Didn't know some roms had it built in. You could always just use one from the market. There are a few options (Tango, GTalk video works if you enable it, ooVoo, yahoo messenger has a plug in, and I'm sure there are others).

I've never been able to get it to work. You're better off using tango, or Skype probably.

Sounds like your front facing camera is blurry? Try it in regular camera app...if it is still blurry, you probably have a hardware issue. Condensation inside camera lens? Scratches or blurring from a screen protector?

In addition, his poor english leads me to believe he's probably an I9100 user, not an I777 user.
There are VERY few I777 users who are not native english speakers, since to own an I777 you need to have either:
1) Purchased from AT&T
2) Purchased from a native English speaker on eBay

Of course you can do 3G videocalls on Optimus One, it works perfectly....
You need either Fring or Tango from android market... ( phone to phone videocalls) and a new app that is called VTOK, its in his beta, but is showing good progress, it can do videocalls to google mail ( phone to pc and phone to phone) !!!! GREAT!!
So you absolutelly can do 3G calls on O1

3G Video calls as in over the network. I know those apps but the other person must have that app installed and must be on it. In that case Yahoo Messenger works really great for me. I mean 3G phone to phone video call over the network.
Ohhh i see.... somewhere i read that android 2.3.4 implements 3g videocalls... but maybe its only for phones with front camera, but im sure someone will hack it in order to use back camera...

Even if someone does that, you will have to hold the phone backwards so there is no way you can see the video of the other person.

In that case badly waiting for it. But Optimus One to get official 2.3.3 and not 2.3.4 hopefully by end of this month.

Yeah but can use a mirror and can at least see the other person.
There are many workarounds for that... search in google.
Cases with mirrors, clips with mirrors, BATHROOM mirror (LOL)....
People usually do coke in the bathroom, and not video calls!

Official response from Fring

As many of you know, Fring doesnt work with the SGS2. In particular, the front facing camera does not seem to transmit, though you are able to see the other person. I contact Fring about this and here is the response I got:
>Hello,
>Thank you for contacting our support team.
>We are aware of the issue and working to solve it in the near future.
>Make sure to check our blog for version updates http://www.fring.com/blog
>Please feel free to contact us again should you have any further queries.
>Thank you,

[Q] Sound Quality... da hell?

hey guys!! how are we all?
so, i have been using my galaxy s 2 for a long time now, and i still love him, but i have one issue.
I was meeting up with a mate for tea tonight, and i dropped him a call. I realized that he was also on the galaxy s2, and i noticed that the call quality was shocking! All i am wondering is if it is my reciever or actually the call quality?
If you know i'll love you forever <3
Thanks guys

Did you just notice it now or has it always been like that?

No. It was probably due to bad reception or something, if it persists though, flash a new modem.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA
Ok THANKS! any threads you can point me to show me how to do it?
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA
No there is no problem with call quality.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA
You want modems ? If you have an I9100, here's a bunch of modems you can try for starters (CWM flashable). Do a Google search & append XDA to your search terms & I'm sure you'll find threads which link to others.
If you have an I9100T, they tend to work best with modems specifically for the I9100T (I know this thru experience because I have a I9100T), do Google search for 'Samsung Galaxy S2 XDA I9100T modems' or similar (use your imagination a bit with the search terms). This should yield you plenty of threads, many of which will have links to modems (some posts may even have modems people have uploaded as well).
In saying that, if you've tried every I9100T modem you can get your hands on and nothing works, you might as well try the I9100 modems (hopefully you won't get to that stage).
Also have a look thru the AU SGS2 thread, plenty of great posts about modems over the past 5 mths I've been reading the thread.
You do need to also understand one call could very easily be a network related issue, so I probably wouldn't go flashing other modems unless you're consistently having call quality/signal strength or data speed issues that you can't pin on the network (they happen in different locations where you know you have good coverage).
If I could double thanks I would

[Q] Voice Feed Back?

I have the newish Samsung Galaxy S2X but people say that they can hear their own voice during calls, is this normal or has anyone else had this issue also is there something I can adjust in Settings to fix this cuz I am new to Samsung?
Thanks
Echo effect was often connected to noise reduction function. Try to disable it if your ROM supports it at all. Btw - which ROM you have?

Also, I just noticed you said you have a Galaxy S2 X. That is actually the SGH-T989D.
FYI, you're currently in the forum for the GT-i9100, which is the international version of the Galaxy S2. Two different phones. You should probably be in the T989 forums.

Videos dont play on the web

Hi Guys,
I have played with my new Galaxy S3 4G now since yesterday and i have a mix feeling about it. First of the videos on the net
Ex: http://www.engadget.com/2012/10/04/lg-optimus-g-att-hands-on/
This i can play on my iPhone which dont have flash but i can not see the video on GSIII. Why is that?
As i understand i cant download Flash either nowdays (actually i hate Flash but i'm puzzled how my iPhone can play them?)
Lastly my GSIII 4G is crashing quite allot, only today i think it happened 3-4 times (even after it updated to latest SW ALI9). I'm just doing a call using Bluetooth or going to options and enter a menu or start the camera....
I'm not all that impressed with the stability to be honest!

You have to install flash, Google is your friend. Hint flash and apk
Either that or just download the lastest and last updated player from the market!! Never understood why people felt the need to get it else where as this is the last & most up todate version. (I know i downloaded both and there are the same)

Thanks for the link, will try it a bit later. It seems its not working very well on other browsers then Dolphin though, and to be honest my phone is already very buggy and crashes allot so i'm not sure now if i want one more crappy software on it (yes i hate flash to be honest)
I use the global (EU) Galaxy S3 4G model (black color). I'm really disappointed how unstable the OS/software is really. It crashes like once every hour now. Maybe its the Bluetooth headset that makes it jumpy. When i'm on the call it crashed twice and fast re-booted, call was up but transferred to the phone. The sound was badly distorted so i had to hang up and reboot the phone before i could get good sound. Going to test more without Bluetooth now to see. But overall it is unstable even when doing other simple tasks.
I am on 4g. I also think I am on the wrong forum. I am using the american sg3 on t-mobile. I have put my phone to 4g only. That my have something to do with it
I replaced my phone with a new one and its working perfect now. I just had bad luck and got a bad sample.
