my mother bought a sgs2 today (living in the netherlands).
now she want to sms in russian text but if she send a message the mesege will be like this : ??????????????????????
can people help my with this problem?

but my mother can typ in russian but if she sens it the mobile say i canot send it but if she send it then then the man who resive the sms see this ????????????
i undestand you !! cyrlics are like another dimesion !! all the worl use latin simbols and and on russia use cyrilic , so her sgs2 have the codecs to understand the russion simbols but the man who recieve the text doesnt have that kind of "codec" !!
i hope im clear !

Just what I was about to suggest. You can change it from the message app, hit menu then settings.

I've just got X01HT a couple of days ago from Softbank.
Hate japanese interface, i would like 2 update to English Rom, n of cuz WM6.
But there is just one problem. will i be able 2 use softbank.ne.jp email? Now i have downloaded n istalled s-mail application from the official site n can use it.
But will it work if i upgrade 2 english version or WM6?

Well, I'm using softbank mail a.k.a S!mail.
Please refer attached screen shot and Make NEW SoftBank AP setting on ANY Hermes ROM!

You may use MMSLite 2.75
1. delete registry reference for Arcsoft:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Acrsoft
2. install japanese font
http://www.asukal.jp/WM5/LetsJapanNo5x.cab
then SoftReset
3. install MMSLite 2.75

That'll only add connection settings to your device.
As far as I have tried, 'Network wizard' cabinet file could not make it!

Why is that when I send e-mails from my pc to a softbank.ne.jp account, she can't see the message everytime...I mean the mail is received,but the text is gone..and this doesn't happen with every e-mail..why is that?Is it something I am missing here?
Is there a limit of characters to be sent in a message? Is there a certain type of letters needed or certain size of text?
Please give me some suggestions, I need help with this

Sayid - follow the link below and the instructions. I just really glanced over it, so let me know if it does not work for you. I believe this provides flowing text as opposed to separated characters.

Ok, go to Android Market and search "Aziz Huss" and select "Ibrahim Arabic Keyboard" - once installed, in the keyboard properties, select "Connect." I tested it, and all characters connect properly.

Sorry, Sayid. I was testing this on my phone (Droid Incredible) - it will not work the A101, unfortunately (the characters don't connect). I'll keep looking.

Opera browser supports bitmapped fonts. So, that is one way to read hindi [devnagari] text
Alternatively, install 'TheMyst_ICS' theme from DevilsKing. I installed it and saw 'Devnagari' fonts appearing on my screen.
For typing, install 'PaniniKeypad' from market. There are various versions available for different indian languages. [Though, I have tried only PaniniKeypad Hindi IME.]

Samsung included the support for Indian languages in their Gingerbread update, are you still in froyo ??

I tried different CDA and updated my phone several times but no can't get arabic Rom language
and as we know a lot of si didn't receive update yet
So i need of every on that updated his phone to official 4.0.4 and has arabic Language , share his CDA (in build.prop) cause i get sick of trynig.....!
I need help and please share information
