You SHOULD flash custom kernel (e.g rage, krsh) to get cwm, not by using rom manager afaik.
BTW, i think this should be posted in general section?

In your 1st post, you mentioned that you have relocked your bootloader. Are you sure you already unlock it back before flashing krsh? Sounds like you dont (stuck at s.e logo) and how does you go into cwm if your phone stuck at there?
The steps is simple:
1. Unlock your bootloader ( i dont recommend testpoint method)
2. Flash kernel
3. Now you have cwm with preroot!
Edit: seems i missed some point of your original post. Now, you want to relock or want to get cwm? Ive successfully relock mine once but i dont see any point for that since drm is gone forever and warranty have been void. I done it just out of curiosity. Just use the search tool or google.

how to re-lock Xperia boot loader:
Requirements:
1] PC Companion and Update Service installed on your PC

And Step by Step Guide:
1] Download the files given above in requirements.
2] Install Flashtool anywhere you want but remember the installation lockation (Let it be "C:\Flashtool" )
3] Now copy the “Xperia Relock bootloader.ftf” file that you downloaded above, and paste it inside the “firmwares” folder located at ("C:\Flashtool\firmwares\")
4] Now double click on the “FlashTool.exe” file to run the program.
5] Once the program opens — click on the “Flash” button. (The first button with electric shock symbol in flashtool software)

Hello, I am telling you what happened to me to see if I can shed some light.
In te begining the terminal is a GB Xperia Mini with version 2.3.
As I arrived and turned it on for the first time by the Companion, upgrade to ICS 4.0.4
Everything perfect, except the known problem of Wifi disconnection access in 4.0.4
So I decided to do root and previously unlock the bootloader.
I had read on the forum that "playing" some files in the system would solve the problem of Wifi access. (Later I learned that you could take root access without unlocking the bootloader ... but hey, "what's done is done").
To unlock the bootloader, I decided to use the official road marking Sony, as DRM content did not matter much, and also made it as well try some ROM etc. ...
Sony's method went well overall, but when updating the Android SDK I had some problems because fastboot is no longer where it should be, etc ... I'm not sure you have used the google usb driver gives modified Sony.
So looking in forum found a way by which fasboot downloading the file with other files usb driver, etc ...
Finally the bootloader was unlocked, after gaining access root for any of the methods that are out there and install the CWR.
I must have done something wrong in the previous steps were wrong because I "mapped" physical keys. The right button was always on and did operate the volume, the volume keys were not working and it was always in landscape mode, the screen never turned.
With this background, I started to install some ROM via CWR to see if the problem is solved. The ROM settled well but the problems still remained.
So what I thought was a completely flash Stock ROM pair solve the problem.
The selected was the Stock GB and effectively solved the problem of the physical keys, but there was another and is the reason for the question.
The bootloader is still open, I gain root access, I went to install the CWR, but I can not get the Recovery to do anything.
I tried restarting in recovery mode, restarting from ROM Manager ClockworkMod recovery mode, with x-parts rebooting into recovery mode ... and nothing at all .. not access the recovery to load anything.
I think one thing is related to another, flashing a stock ROM with bootloader ered with not being able to access but not sure.
The last thing I tried is to install a new kernel that already has everything included, but when I go to flash from FlashBoot tells me that I havent root access, which leaves me even more puzzled, because if I have gained root access.
How to unlock the bootloader with stock 4.0.4, not sure if this has something to do and if flashing this ROM again if I will enter the Recovery ...
See if you can help me ...

No, i not tried because if you unlock the bootloader with oficial method of Sony, not possible lock again.
True, it is a long story, but I prefer to put all the details in case anyone asks me the below.
It can be summarized in three questions, then:
1 - Why I can not access the Recovery if I have the root terminal, open bootloader and installed the CWR?
2 - Why I can not flash kernels with FlashBoot? Why in the flashing process tells me "terminal not root" when yes is root?
3 - Changing Kernel may solve the problem of access to recovery?
Thanks.

Install the drivers again and maybe download the modified winusb file from here. Then install the drivers from flashtool again (installation folder>drivers).
Try to flash a kernel like rage kernel for 2.3.4 (if you are now on gingerbread).
Make sure while trying to flash kernel, that pc companion or sony update service isn't running in background!
EDIT:: Wait, if your bootloader is unlocked it should say:
Rooting Status: Bootloader unlocked: yes
not ALLOWED.
Sure you didn't relock or do anything. Maybe unlock again with fastboot...

I can suggest you to try the following steps, from Flashing CyanogenMod Guide (http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/Sony_Ericsson_Xperia_Mini:_Full_Update_Guide):
Flashing CyanogenMod
If the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini has been rooted, unlocked, etc. through steps other than the method described above or running a custom ROM other than CyanogenMod and you are having issues flashing or booting CyanogenMod, it is recommended the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini be returned to stock & start over with the full instructions provided above.
Download the latest version of CyanogenMod.
Optional: Download the Google Apps for the device.
Extract the boot.img from the CyanogenMod update.zip and copy the it to the same folder as fastboot (the /platform-tools folder within the Android SDK folder).
Place the CyanogenMod update.zip file on the root of the SD card.
Optional: Place the Google Apps .zip on the root of the SD card also.
Disconnect the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini from the computer and power it off.
Press & hold the Volume Up button while connecting the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini to the computer.
On the computer, open terminal and run the following command:
fastboot -i 0xfce flash boot boot.img
fastboot -i 0xfce reboot
While the device is reboot press the Volume Rockers a few times to boot into the ClockworkMod Recovery.

These steps will flash you the new kernel with CWR, so you will be able to access the phone
I can suggest flashtool with it's own drivers - working on windows and linux so - on which are you working?

Okay here's what I mean, better explained:
If your bootloader is unlocked (as mine) it tells you in the Service menu (*#*#7278423#*#*) -> Service Info -> Configuration:
Rooting Status:
Bootloader unlocked: Yes
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
But you say at yours it tells you:
Rooting Status:
Bootloader unlock allowed: Yes
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
So reinstall the drivers and "unlock bootloader again" like on sonys site. Because it's strange, that it doesn't tell you same like mine...

you need to wait to let your computer detect and install drivers while your phone is in fastboot mode. if they dont install then you will have to google for universal fastboot drivers.

Windows is stupid, does not installs drivers (already installed) in pc. It tries to detect over internet for latest WDM drivers and drivers FAIL to load.
Always click this button while installing drivers and wait with patience.

My friend have all RUU files for HTC Desire 620 single sim (A31_UL). http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=60849939&postcount=10
Because lack of knowlege we need help from someone to compile a custom recovery for our device.
Here is a list of RUU files:

He is willing upload any file from upper list, if somone wants to help.
Note where talking about the single SIM desire 620 Qualcomm snapdragon 410 not the 620g which has different cpu and uses different firmware
desire620a31ul_stock_recovery
Taken from Orange UK rom, as far as I know recoveries are not carrier specific.
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0Bw7S-kfd-L-RdFVwY3FGaHkyaG8/edit?usp=docslist_api
This could be used to compile a custom recovery either TWRP or clockworkmod.
Next is the boot loader Rom for the UK orange carrier. This also contains the stock recovery.
0PE6IMG_A31_UL_K44_DESIRE_SENSE60_Orange_UK_1.02.61.1_R_Radio_00.03.012_U10012131_41.09.1225_release_428553_signed_Hboot.zip
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0Bw7S-kfd-L-RR3RQUVJLTVhMbXM/edit?usp=docslist_api
Reading online about creating custom recovery its seems the stock boot image is usually used to building programs that MediaTek devices which the 620 in question isn't, so i've uploaded it from the RUU files.
The closest desire to the 620 A31UL that has a custom recovery is the Desire 816 which has a Qualcomm MSM8928 Snapdragon 400 chip set, the 620 A31Ul has a Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410, both of these are Kitkat phones.
https://twrp.me/devices/htcdesire816.html 816 TWRP recovery
What we need is someone with experience in creating recoveries and experience in the Linux environment, we can provide all the needed files and flash any created recovery for testing. And then if this recovery works successfully that could post it to TWRP or CWM for regular android users.
I've had two prevous phones Xperia Ray and Galaxy S3 both which i rooted uses sources built by others and install many different customs roms. So if someone was able to create a recovery we easily be able to test it.

Just uploaded HTC desire 620 A31UL stock firmware
These are for the EE/ORANGE carrier UK only and are here if you have bricked your device.
RUU file is for Windows and from my understanding you need to first re-lock your bootloader.
RUU_A31_UL_K44_DESIRE_Orange_UK_1.02.61.1_Radio_00.03.012_U10012131_41.09.1225_release_413623_signed.exe
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0Bw7S-kfd-L-RbEE4RnBjcmg1UkE/edit?usp=docslist_api
This is to flash stock firmware without pc, rename the file to 0PE6IMG.zip and copy to the root of sd card. When in hboot boot loader it should flash. Or you could flash in stock recovery.

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0Bw7S-kfd-L-RWmJ3d054Q1NzVzg/edit?usp=docslist_api
All files are from www.ir-file.com

CarlivImageKitchen-Windows_v1.0.zip tool for unpacking/repacking boot and recovery images for Android phones:*Carliv Image Kitchen for Android.
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0Bw7S-kfd-L-RVDRieUNHV19NUE0/edit?usp=docslist_api
Using this u can extract the recovery.fstab file from the recovery.img

The next step would be to create the custom recovery from this which we need some assistance from someone experienced in building recoveries.
We have had a break through S.Yazdanfar at ir-file has sent me a custom recovery via email, will test this later today and try to root through installing superuser.zip. Will post the results and recovery if it is sucessfull
I successfully flashed recovery.img from fastboot, but when I tried to open recovery in less than a sec gives me this message

U need to hit Vol+/- when booting up, it should vibrate and LED should light up to Yellow or Pink, once it vibrates and LED turns on, hit Vol+/- that should put u in recovery

Hi guys. I have Z Ultra C6833 with the latest build number which is 14.6.A.1.236 and with locked bootloader. I updated my phone via online update of Sony and without flash tools. I have question:
1) can I use your method in my phone? I mean should I unlock my bootloader or not?
2) does it create problem that I updated my phone via online update and without Flashtools?
Thanks
Perfect, easiest method yet.
