Hi everybody, I' ve been able to install the android market successfully, but I can't install the Google talk app, any ideas? I've tried the following steps http://www.androidictos.com/2011/07/como-instalar-google-talk-en-android-2-3-gingerbread-root/ with no success, When I tried to install directly from the sdcard I get "There is a problem parsing the package"
Some of the apps are not working for this tablet

Yeah, I think we have to wait for a working ADB -> recovery -> custom kernel/ROM

Hi, I have had problems with my android market after I have flashed a new rom yesterday (ExtremeLegendFuseâ„¢2). Whatever app I try to install or update, it just gives me an error message saying '[app name] could not be downloaded due to an error. I tried to switch back to Extreme Legend Fuse 1 but still no good. I have tried all those sorts of method on other forums such as clear data and cache of market as well as trying to sign in Google talk. I am able to sign in Google talk and talk to people but I am still unable to download apps.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Many thanks.
Hmmmmm, I have yet to flash one of the legendary roms till fuse 3 is released. But I'm assuming that you have not flashed the right gapps zip. Go to 1st page of the legendary rom page and dl the gapps from there. If you still have no luck you should alert the Dev on his help thread on the "general" section

I had that yesterday on a KANG build. It seems that many CM7 devices occasionally have this problem.
I wiped phone cache via CWM and everything worked great.

You can try rerooting it with superoneclick and if that doesnt work let me know

Hi, sorry to thread hijack but I also have this tablet, now I'm new to the world of android and rooting. But I have tried Superoneclick and it either won't work or it freezes on step 2. I tried a japanesey program and that said success but checked with root checker and no luck, I also tried a package someone had put together and that gave me superuser but still root checker said no.
To get the drivers for my tablet I used Moborobo and it downloaded them automatically. I assume I put the device into recovery mode correctly hold down vol + plug in usb and press power 10 times and the android appears which has fallen over? Well I got this image anyways and tried again but the japanesey program didn't even recognise and superoneclick just froze again at the same point, step 2.
Is there anything you could suggest? Or anyone know a fool proof way of rooting these tablets. I am new so might need a little more explanation than most, I read something about using scripting and I have no idea where to even start with that.
Thanks in advance,
Mike
Hi,
I'm currently using a Nexus 7 (2012 model) running Android Jelly Bean 4.3. I've been having a strange issue where the Google Play app keeps saying there is no connection. This has also occurred in the Youtube app. I have tried changing my time manually, rebooting my device, and uninstalling updates, to no avail. I am currently unlocked and rooted, and using TWRP as my recovery. What can I do to fix this problem?
Update
So after a painful night of trying to fix this problem by myself, I tried installing a custom rom: Liquid Smooth. When I installed it, Google Play and Youtube seemed to work just fine. At work today though, both apps failed on me again. This proves that it isn't my connection at home. Could it be my Google account? May I please get some help with this problem?
I ve had this one time before... I dont know for shure from where its comming (must be something with the framework) but i do know that the only thing helped that helped me was reinstall official firmware, root it again and install philz recovery...
Do a full wipe and install ROM once again....

I unrooted and re-rooted my ROM, flashed Philz Recovery and LiquidSmooth, and I'm experimenting with each app I install. I think the problem may have been with either XPrivacy or Freedom with Market Unlocker Pro. In any case, I have uninstalled all 3 of these apps.

Well, turns out it was Market Unlocker Pro which caused the problem, as I haven't gotten this issue in the past few days

What app where from ???
It can be a virus or a malfunction. Try uninstalling the application and clearing the data of google play services and google play store in Applications manager. If that doesnt help you can try simply restarting your phone. As a last resort you can factory reset your phone. You can find a antivirus program anywhere even the file since you cant install, but this is not likely the problem.
Good Luck
Ohh thanks all of you for rply but it was bcoz of an app named "Twilight". It's sorted now.

You'll need to uninstall Xposed, reboot, then install the newest version from here: http://dl-count.xposed.info/modules/de.robv.android.xposed.installer_v28_8b8a7e.apk Then of course, reactivate it and reboot and you'll be back in business.
I just tried it & it says the same thing.

Hmm. Maybe we need to backup and see exactly what is going on then. The TW backup - are you still rooted on it? Can you tell me EXACTLY what the error message is that pops up when the install fails? Can you install other new (non-rooted) apps? Feel free to hit me up on Hangouts if you are looking for more immediate help.
What's your hangouts id ? & ill send you a screen shot of what it say on hangouts. Yes I can still use and download root apps. But my rom installer wont worK either.
