honestly, this case looks kind of crappy xD
That is really generic!
The top part covers some of the camera, and all of the proximity sensor i wouldnt buy it.

After using the phone for tow weeks the dark gray part of the case (midle body) start to foil down like a nail polish and the gray paint is slowly going off revealing a black material. Did any one else have same problem ???? Some solutions ??? I know maybe is not such a big deal the device is a great tool and this is a small meter!! but i was thinking maybe is possible to wash off the painture until the black color of the material!!! any one did this ???
Many thanks for every body who participate in here!!! This is a great forum !!! the answer to my all questions is here!!!
I've seen the same on my 9100, but only on the right-hand side (the one with the camera & voice buttons). I haven't bothered to do anything about it, but I do keep the phone in a leather case, so the flaking shouldn't get much worse.
That the black paint comes off the device is a problem with all Wizards it seems....I have it also and I don't really like it.
Does anybody here know if there are Wizard cases for sale ....anywhere ?
Mine has that problem too...well, i helped a bit so..now it doesn't have any paint on it.

Hi all,
new to this forum, I bought an S2 off ebay for £50 with a smashed glass front but the diitizer was still fully workng so decided to see if i could save it and cut the cost of shelling out £70 on a complete screen replacement, I have purchased 2 glass front screens for just over a fiver on ebay.
Ok so I took the phone apart and left thescreen and digitizer attatched to the bezel and metal frame I posted the video on youtube check it out............waiting for my glass front screens to arrive will update when I have them.
check the link I have put on youtube my username on there is cadburyfudge ............I can't seem to put a link in thread as I am a new user........
With a hot air gun...........carefully.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium
Put back together today to test the digitizer and it all powers up perfectly just waiting for the special adhesives and glass front screens to arrive now.

Lol of courseyou will!! but you will need a better tool than a plastic credit card or plectrum to get the glue and glass apart on these!!!!!
I had to use a very thin flat leading edge scalpel blade!!
Oh sorry,I thought it was a question.
I never had my "heres someone that thinks he knows something we dont" glasses on.
Theres loads of videos showing the procedure on you tube already.

LOL u seem to have all the answers ............I don't see an effort to show how the process is done by YOU.......just smartass /condescending comments to all forum users on here looking at ur posts!!!!
Your the donk thinking youve created something[constructive].
Non cheapskates that bought good working phones[and take care of them] would watch that "proper" you tube video if they need to disassemble their phones.
All in all this thread is just spamming some donks you tube channel.
And I see youve spammed other threads harping on about the outer screen cover does separate.
Maybe someone will award you a gold star........lol

Whateva (yawn) .......go .get a life and do something of ur own instead of riling others u muppet..............And for your information that video dosn't show how to separate the glass screen from the lcd panel you twonk so take a hike and buy ur expensive replacement digitizer for £70 upwards cos you ain't got the balls to carry out such an operation urself cos ur probably a useless t.w.at!!!!
UPDATE .............
Ok everyone my adhesives arrived and glass screens...............................................pretty simple now .............just peel off the backing stick it on your phone and carefully without getting fingerprints all over the new screen place it on and press down all over...............I used a hairdryer to heat up the glass front to make sure everything was super tacky underneath the n press down all over to make sure of good adhesion.
Also make sure the lcd panel is spotless before you stick the screen on ......you don't want any bits in there between thee glass and the LCD
here is the link of the stuff and finished phone ..................http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=01kdeCljfTY&feature=plcp[/URL
Phone back to working condition and screen all works as it should!!!!!!!!

It depends on your handling of the device.. If device falls from your hand regularly, then go for tampered one because it will save your phone's display from getting damaged when it falls off your hands.. Else, go for matte finish
Hey guys, I have a very severe OCD, scratches drive me insane if not worse. I saw cerium oxide can fix scratches, but I don't know if there are any negative effects on the screen. Or, is there any non extremely expensive alternative for this kind of issue? Thank you.
nobody?
I've heard that the whitestone dome screen protector helps till in the scratches so there pritty much not noticeable if that's too expensive I've used the wet application protectors which did hide a few light scratches
Or the nano liquid protectors have also been known to help

"It's literally impossible for something that someone has ever tried to not be searchable via Google, so do not ask the community at large in the unlikely-but-extant possibility some private individual has tried it before and not made a blog post or video about it somewhere, or else risk me giving you a firm scolding about asking a question in a forum explicitly designed for these sorts of questions."

If I'm opening a thread here it's because I didn't find anything that answers my questions, or I'd like to interact with those who have tried this. I'm not going to try it myself before knowing if it truly works with this kind of phone.
Next time be quiet, trust me.
