how to reset custom rom counter?
With a jig. Do a search on eBay for "Samsung Galaxy S2 jig". Costs ~$3.

And also refer to JJEgan's answer "A".
If the jig doesnt work its because you need to flash the old bootloader.Newer firmwares have the non-wipe bootloader (2.3.5 and above I think) so flash this in PDA without selecting anything else.Just hit start. But only if you need it.

Not unless the custom rom contains root .

Yes by flashing a stock firmware or kernel and resetting the custom rom counter to zero .
And if i install a custom rom. How can i install the normal rom again?
By flashing a stock rom
You need to start reading before flashing .

phone needs to be rooted before you flash a custom rom.
have a read through the developer section and all the answers for your other questions will be answered.
first steps first though - read chainfires root and clockwork recovery thread first to see what tools you need and follow the guide to the letter - no exceptions!
.................lol or as above from JJEgan
Typically you will need to root your phone before you install a custom rom, and yes you can easily unroot. There are several guides in the development section to help you. Make sure you read thoroughly and understand what you're doing.

Custom roms are flashed via cwm and stock are flashed by Odin. Most custom roms are pre rooted.

You can easly remove the yellow triangle reflashing an original samsung kernel via Odin. You can take it from sammobile. However the counter in download mode will not be reset. But dont worry, no one will look in download mode (personal experience).
Or, you can use a jig usb. You can take if from ebay.

I've flashed this great mod by TRWP (wipe/factory reset before) on stock 4.2.1 EMC2 ROM
all work fine, great ! and many thanks to the developer
now the issue is that i'd like to reset my counter and I try to use Triangle Away last release
The program see correctly the staus and seems to be able to reset the counter but even if it told me that the reset was done correctly, it does not.
Any suggest ?
Suggest you read the faqs and guides .
It requires stock rom to reset is the basic answer .
TWRP what mod ???

TRWP is the cutom recovery used to flash SUPERNEXUS 2.0 ROM
so you are telling me that triangle away works only on rooted stock rom ?
almaximo said:

As opposed to >>>>>>>>>>>I've flashed this great mod by TRWP
Leaves the impression that it was some mod by TWRP rather than a custom rom .
so you are telling me that triangle away works only on rooted stock rom

yes I've seen these two discussion but it seems not so clear and simple as you told
I've understood that it depends on kernel type if triangle away works or not, not if the ROM is original or not.
My question is simply related to SUPERNEXUS users and I cannot post in specific thread cause my few posts (less than 10)
anyway, many thank for your help
Hi i install android 4.3 btu uk qnd instal update than install recovery phiz and finaly install costume4.3 uk +mk6 update !
But now im went come back garanty and reset conter to 0 ,im try use tringle away but it cannot reset my counter
Now please help me !!
Your phone is custom, why would you expect your flash counter to stay at zero?
Counter will only stay at zero if you have stock recovery and kernel.
Read and understand the basics, general forum sticky threads.
Use TriangleAway

It requires root.
Some devices/bootloaders set the counter to 1 at every boot if you are running a custom kernel or recovery. On these devices, Triangle Away may always display 1 - make sure to check the counter in actual download mode, and make sure you are running a stock Samsung kernel and recovery.
