I think that htc Sense is very cool coz i was a htc user......so this ques is to developers that can any one port the htc sense rom for SE Xperia MiniPro.....

I am interested Sense Rom for X10MP, i like Sense, but i am not developer, because i dont know english language

HTC One has completely different specifications compared to Desire V... So it cannnot be ported..
Many issues like Wi-fim Bluetooth, GPS but most importantly resizing issues which is really tough and hectic to do will be present
and more over Desire V does not have a stable Base rom like CM9 or for dat sake any custom rom yet.. which is source built
All the roms are stock based custom rom..
I think its better if that suggestion goes to Baidu ROMs of Chinese Desire V, cuz they are more efficient than the original primods.

The rom needs to be ported to your device,otherwise it won't work...You have to ask the ROM Dev to port it to xperia u...Maybe he (or another dev) can help you
well first of all you need to have unlocked bootloader whereas you have locked bootloader.... second the rom you are refering to is specific to the xperia u devices... flashing it on xperia P will brick your device... and why do you even want to install xperia u rom when xperia P already have every custom rom possible from ICS to Kitkat.... flash one of those..... i prefer Kitkat because its close to perfection and can be used on daily basis... just use greenify donation app to hibernate apps and xbooster pro with multitasking profile to boost ram with right governer and io schedular..... trust me you will become a very happy man.... ps. if have any problem with bloatware just remove it...
