I think you should go to the International Note forum not here. Idk if it'll work though.

The Skyrocket root methods should work because it's almost identical hardware.

I would've thought that the Korean ones use Exynos, no? But I think it's LTE so they do use Qualcomm?

Yup. Current Exynos don't do LTE.

Tmobile

Hey I was wondering, how come we can't do like the skyrocket and get 3g/4g on Tmobile like they do?
maybe because the skyrocket and the tmobile gs2 are the same damn phone?
the i777 isnt anywhere near the same.....

Because we don't have hardware 1700 MHz support.
The Skyrocket hack takes advantage of the fact that the T-Mobile T989 and Skyrocket are basically identical except for the modem firmware - flashing a T989 modem effectively turns the Skyrocket into a T989.
(AT&T uses 1700 MHz for LTE)
Okay oh thank u, and thank you for not being rude

T959V CM Official?

Hello
I am new here, and I like to know if my T959V, UPC: 610214625717 have or exist the cyanogenmod official?
what is the diference about between the T959V and the Vibrant?
thanks
I really don't know much about the t959v because you are in the wrong forum. This is the t959 , which is a 3g phone. You have a totally different phone so DO NOT flash anything from this forum. The t959v is the samsung galaxy s 4g, they are two totally different phones.

I think about 320 euro, I still remember that it was cheaper than the S2. But I have no idea on how to root it, so here I am. :silly:

Yeah, is cheaper. Here they sell it for around 640 dollars.
It's too soon for that device, you might have to wait a couple of more weeks to get some intel regarding that matter.

Don't flash anything that isn't intended specificly for your S2 plus.

This is the I9100 forum, A completely different device to i9105P. You wont find any info on rooting a non-I9100x here.

Well, I didn't see any section about the i9105P, so I thought asking it here would be the best option.

No as its a completely different device with different hardware. Use search for model number, You may find topics/forums which can help.

It might potentially be useful to look at attempts to root the Galaxy Grand (e.g. at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2134216) - that's based on the same Broadcom SoC as the S2 Plus so the software is pretty similar. I think they're not identical enough to flash files designed for one onto the other, but the steps to root it should be the same.

I know the steps already, but the only problem is the firmware. It has been a few week, but no rooted firmware has been released for the Samsung galaxy s II plus (I9105p)
Root is now possible on the Galaxy S2 Plus thanks to chotu222.
