If we can play some Unity 3D games (etc.: Counter-Strike) on android, so I have a question how to port these games to android?
Is there any way to play games like these?:

Yes, it is if you will not use to many effects, like particles etc.
You can try to compile Angry Bots, it's working on my Galaxy Tab 10.1

If you use Unity it's not so hard. Will need to make a lot of optimisation if you wanna port some big
You can not use dynamic shadows, it's not supported for mobile yet.
Maybe you have to connect some objects in bigger meshes, you can use MeshMerger script - it's on UniWiki. Use texture atlases to create conected materials.
Some scripts will need small fixes, if not: you are home

does that thing makes heavy games run smooth?
and where can i find plugins for neo??
ChainFire is like a middle ware that sits between ur apps and ur Open GL drivers. It "can" make heavier games run smoother BUT only by lowering it's texture quality and other limitations. It's like using lower game settings on ur PC to make games run smoother. Also at the same time u can use Tegra plugin with THD games to make games look better at a slight performance cost.
All plugins can either be downloaded from within app or frm playstore. Most plugins r not "Device Specific". SO there is no such thing as "for Neo"
I was wondering if anybody knows a way to run unreal 3 pc games on android...and a way to export them? I think that most of the files are identical on pc xbox ps3 and android so we will need them and an apk to do the other job.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
Actually no, the files are not identical. I have done quite a bit of tinkering on both PC and console Unreal 3 games. The console resources are all optmized and packed according to the target platform, to make loading faster and enable streaming load on platforms with low RAM(eg consoles). Also even you got around that(no public SDK available that can convert to/from the console specific formats(and i'm guessing that includes android) you would need to find a way to handle all the different scripting commands and platform specific functions.
Very interesting.

it is possible if you have source code of game & in-depth knowledge of game development on android & PC but it will be very hard to port an HD heavy graphics PC game on android and you have too many programming barriers to port PC game to android like codes for C++ of pc may not properly work on Android NDK or you may have to write the full java source code instead of C++ for android
so 20% chances are there to port
press thanks if i hepl you
Life is Strange, isn't it?
I noticed that Life is Strange is on the Unreal Engine, I asked the developers on Twitter to port it, I don't see how it isn't possible.
We can play every single TellTale Game on Android, Goat Simulator, Slender, and even Call of Duty and Turbo Dismount. Saying it's impossible is stupid. If the game was literally built on an engine that can have a selection to Android just like that, how is it impossible? Not to mention San Andreas is possible? GTA III? It's literally stupid to say it's impossible, and one day I'll be a game developer and figure it out myself.
Hi Guys,
I have recently started developing Android apps using C#(Mono Droid), with Xamarin. So i developed a few small apps for practice with whatever i could read off on mono droid. But i am wondering how do they create the graphics in games and how to go about it in Mono Droid?
I recommend you to start learning Unity3d engine. It is easy for use and has greate perfomance in 3d graphics on mobile platforms. You can use C# for scripting.
HI I'm a beginner for android game development.
I want to make a online multi-player physics based game in 3D. Currently I only know that the graphics should be design in unity or blender, later the graphics should be integrated within the program with the help of libgdx like tools that is game engine.
I don't know how to do all the all the stuff also can i design the same android game using blender game engine if yes then how?
Please provide proper guidance and step by step information thanks in advance..

Unity
It certainly is a big task you've set for yourself, especially if you don't have much experience with developing. Don't expect to succeed at first, start small. That being said, Unity is most likely the way to go. I would be able to make all that you talk about with unity (though multiplayer is no easy feat) and maybe some 3D modeling software like blender or Cinema 4D. You should start by watching some basic tutorials on unity, then work on small games using parts of what you want to use in your big game, once you have a good grip on most of the parts (like physics, network and such) you might just be able to make that game Best of luck, I hope this help.
Edit: Plus you'll be able to publish on multiple platforms!
Hi
Someone here who makes games? What language do you use or game engine? I'm using Unity right now but am thinking of switching to some drag and drop game engine.
