Not that impressive yet... that's overclocked to 1.83 GHz but will wait to see where it goes to next =)
Posted using AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note
Ya but for stock other than oc the att note is scoring as fast or faster than international which is sweet.
Sent from my INFUSE powered by ZEUS
Well from what I've noticed this thing has amazing gaming performance ... silky smooth. I'm not sure why the bench isn't higher because it feels like it should be.

How are you over clocking without root?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using XDA App
He is rooted. Look in development section. There is a rooted kernal with oc that he is using

I get 3900 in quadrant and 7500 in antutu. I removed a lot of bloat though this is only at 1.79GHz.
Yeah I hadn't hit that forum yet today. I just saw it. Don't know if I want to root this bad boy yet
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using XDA App
Dont know? I didnt even have to think about that one. I cant wait for a custom rom to get rid of this stock ****. Maybe a CM7 port for right now and CM9 when ICS comes out.
No kidding rooting and oc'ing is what I do first! Thanks to Da_G for working hard getting that done.

7660 Antutu, 101 linpak...
6284 on Antutu and 2221 on Quadrant...that seems really bad
I just ran antutu v2.6 AND i'M GETTING 6222, which is about average considering that I haven't rooted and am using a launcher. Interestingly though I'm getting a CPU frequency of 384-1180MHz when I go to information on Antutu. It does show 1512MHz on the score page, could it just be a mistake in the information section? I hope its not hitting a wall at 1180 during the benchmark.
International version for your reference so you don't have to cross forums.
Ran it 3 times with the same results.

One here as well, it doesn't really matter though as it still uses both. Probably just setcpu detecting the information incorrectly.
Try using quadrant standard.. I only get 1 core in quadrant advanced and 2 cores in quadrant standard..
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium
At the.time you check it only uses 1cpu.
Your governor is probably set to: ondemand.
So if you do a lot of things fast, and it neeeds another cpu to keep up with you, that's when the second cpu kicks in.
When you can simulate that and open app fast, you will see it detects two cpu's. I had same issue intil I started switching between tabs really fast and checked back; two instead of one.
Try it.

Standard got ads. Advanced doesn't.
This is also why you see 1 in advanced, and 2 in standard. For the standard version it needs more cpu-power to do everything the app asks for; permissions, ads etc. advanced doesnt have this so thats why you see one. (less actions, less cpu-power needed.)
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium
Quadrant doesn't truly support 2 cores, therefore it sometimes shows 1, other times 2.

You'd have to talk to Joker. I'm running his ROM. But I figured for ****s and grins I'd try Shabby's little script for dual core. And it seems to work. So thanks Shabby. Though I haven't been able to get that high everytime, I've hit a couple decent bench's at 4700+

I think most people are useing set CPU. I prefur voltage control but the kernel that's been OCed isn't set up to UV apperently, from what I was told.
Big Dogg Infuse I997 ZeusB5 ICS!
I've been using SetCPU with no issues so that's my vote
I like CPU master alot its really clean and easy to use. Plus is a free app on market .
And thank you for starting some Rom building!!!
I assume its gonna work with Tegrak eventually or is that only samsung CPUs?
Per Da_G's suggestion, I'm using System Tuner. Looks pretty cool and gives more info/control than SetCPU.
FWIW
I like using SystemTuner.

I second that! Rom ToolBox is the best app for OCing plus its one of the best android apps period. Has root browser, kernel tweaks and so much more.
I'm interested in what other people are getting on quadrant. Include the rom and kernel with score.

i'll get through the day today without charging and moderate use. maybe an hour on the phone. watched half of thor on netflix and read about six chapters of a book on amazon app. it came off the charger around 10am today and will run out around 2-3am im guessing.
**** is snappy man. love it
the trick is to make sure you always charge with the charger the phone comes with to make sure your note is going into deep sleep. besides it only hits 1.9ghz when it needs to. it doesn't run at that speed constantly although you could force it to if you wanted but that would surely eat the battery alive and i'd be scared of frying the processor
