Can someone upload the files for root?
The mulitupload is down forever
and I cannot download the file for root
anyone can help?

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the Ftp Upload site? I am able to access the root folder but not the "uploads". Anyone else have this problem?

Is it confirmed to be working for the S3?
Just download 7-zip and extract the zip file to a folder with the same name (Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v18).
Im not sure, but Thanks, something was wroong with my winrar.
I'm having the same problem. please help nothing can extract it ive tried downloading it multiple times and using different computers
Can someone point me towards where/how to apply the location setting fix to see if it works for me?

Edit: I'm comfortable with editing the file through a root explorer if someone is able to tell me where to find the file. I know there is a pathway but I don't know how to locate it...
