I read a recent article about ICS having a mode for stylus input to have pressure support so would that mean one would be able to develop a scale app for Androids? :{D<

I doubt it could register that much force. Also, it would break most Android-based devices. I note you're probably joking.
I'm not sure if the Tab has the hardware support for that feature, though.

I'm sure it would handle the force, as its probably just to weigh small quantities of drugs to be bought and/or sold.
I am just kidding but it would broaden the market even more. lol
If you can read this it was sent using my GT-P7510.

Haha I'm sure mine still will to, its just so damn hard to be precise using your finger
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using XDA
It doesn't support it in the sense that it can pick up on the shift-button or detect any kind of pressure stimulus, etc.
It works fine as a more precise finger, though.
I found how well this app works. How do I easily open it like with the double tap home on my old droid x. Any help appreciated. Just hope that the solution is stock.

That was absolutely not my intention. I was wondering if you had found a different app I hadn't seen

I've worked with it and it has a success rate of around 90 its insane. I tried WiFi at the Verizon store and it was slow and incapaple with a success rate of around 70. IPhone users still try to sell me on siri lol.
They even think that apple made siri when it was actually made by the same people who made voice software for computers I believe that it is called dragon or something. Isheep are generally ignorant because the ones who are isheep have obviously never used android because if they did the wouldn't be isheep.

I know that was not your intentions and I was saying that in a way where I was laughing at myself. It was because I often times don't read manuals and then overlook extremely simple solutions.

I propose the creation of a rom focused on security. Possibly implementing whimper core systems into the rom complete with a tor router and browser. If anyone has any other ideas to add id like to hear them. Is any chef up for the challenge? I predict that you would have a rom that people with every devise would want.

Really? No one is interested? Android allows for some pretty unprecedented mobile security and anonymity tools. I guess i'm the only one wearing a tinfoil hat.

Honestly this article doesn't reveal anything. Its common sense. Its only the manufacturers fault that they have so many devices, and some with different processors, to take into account.

If someone has the original s-view cover and can check the connector's resistance. I think we can take it from there...

It could be a microcontroller sending a command too, not sure how far Samsung went to prevent clones, could even use a microcontroller running an encryption algorithm which could be difficult to reverse engineer. Best option would be to probe both ends with an oscilloscope.
