I think you can make that assessment. Haven't seen any of the games listed on the thread for International version that haven't worked on my GNote, although I haven't tried running Chainfire3d yet since I just rooted last night.

My fruit ninja works but graphics is not as good as smaller screens... wtb hd

Sentinel 3 looks really nice with the HD packs installed.
Anyone play misquadron special edition? It runs fine, bit if you hold down the fire button it seems to randomly stop registering it.

Weird. I get a black screen with a white bar in the middle like it's downloading the extra files. But I can't see any text so I'm not sure what it's doing. And after letting it sit for about 10 minutes without the bar moving, I just uninstalled it thinking it wasn't optimized for our device yet

High end games, such as Amazing Spider Man, GTAIII and Dead Trigger might require:
1) Overclock to 1.7Mhz using CPU Master Free,
2) Installing ChainFire3D and turning on the driver
3) Flashing the Adreno2xxdrivers for Adreno based games Qualcomm GPU games (see Edit 2.
Some games, (especially Gameloft games) might bring up comparability issues. If this is the case, try flashing Supreme Mods.
The above games are confirmed by me, running CM9 Nightly. I will try and install a few others, including some Gameloft Games. I currently run the July 7th 2012 CM9 Tenderloin Nightly.
*: The Adreno Drivers are required for this game. The default game quality is set at as config_android_lowphone which limits how the game looks. Once installed, head over to /sdcard/Android/data/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAMHM/files and find the "config_android_lowphone" file. (Note: You might not be able to access this file from your Windows/Mac browser, you will have to use RootExplorer on the device). It is safe to delete it, and rename config_android_s3 or config_android_high to config_android_lowphone to increase the graphical output of the game. It makes worlds of difference, and at 1.7Ghz, your touchpad can handle it.

Edit 2: The Adreno drivers have been included in CM9 Nightlies past 07/07/2012. No need to flash them.

I flashed this mod http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1519161 and Unrolled Textures using Chanfire 3d, and of course I'm OCed to the full.

I think those games are not XGA (1024x768), which causes problems while trying to launch.

I can guarantee you you're not playing Dead Trigger on Ultra High (tegra
3) w/o modding the ".xml" file. With or w/o CF3D.

Please be more specific. Where are these XML files located for Dead Trigger? And when I run the game, the graphics seem maxed out without any modifications!

Dead trigger has weird textures for me. They are all mixed up. Like if I open a menu the normal one will spear and a transparent one will above it. Whn I take a Cerenkov shot it looks normal but in game they look weird.

First of all i have the best HD Games installed on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Asphalt 7 ShadowGun The dark Knight rises ....Etc , despite the fact that i have a stegmatism i sometimes feel dizzy and my view site kinda scewed,is there anyone else feeling this seriously!!

It's called motion sickness I get it when I play medal of honor games on Xbox but I can play mw3 or black ops for hours without any problem it's weird , I think its something to do with graphic rendering , it affects certain people : )

Real racing 2 works for me, but the gyroscope is messed up, have to tilt right to turn left and vice-versa. Any suggestions?
On a side note, it actually runs better on the HD than on the nexus 7.

just enable gamepad, it works on n64oid and dead trigger, asphalt, and other games.

Loads and runs, but the screen keeps flipping - this happens with screen locked or unlocked. Any thoughts? I've been playing it with the game tilted so it doesn't change orientation.

Apps from unknown sources are allowed on the kfhd, not just the ones in the amazon app store.
You can get free apps from websites like 1mobile, getjar, 4shared, and freewarelovers to mention a few.
You download the app as an apk file and install it after it completes. You'll find it in notifications tab and just click on it and then install.

Got it working on mine. Not rooted. Installed frameworks and then googleplay, open play and register ypur email, then close. This is only so gameloft games open since most of them (at least if you side load them) try to access google play somehow... this worked for me, but cant get to play Nova since it says is not compatible... well... Got modern combat for what its worth xP
Note: For the incompatible device I downloaded and apk I found on internet which had compatibility off. That did the job for me (Version 1.0.1). Hope it helps.

That issue seems to be driver related; in that the accelerometer will touch out if software and hardware are properly integrated. Mods and/or custom Roms will fix this problem.

The game Rayman Jungle Run is marked incompatible in the Play Store, but on Amazon Apps it says it is compatible.
When sideloaded the game runs perfect, and it is gorgeous with those hand drawn art assets.
I hope they patch dead zone the game is so badass I even play it with the pink guys but I would like it to work

I haven't had this issue at all, almost all apps on the market work fine for me. I was even able to install the XDA App for Tablets directly from the Market (it works without a hitch). It makes me interested in sideloading some apps from my Prime, given the DNA does have a very high res display. Will post results.
Angry birds star wars HD starts up but when selecting a level it instantly quits.
Shawdowgun Thd is for Tegra chipsets only.

GTA Vice City works great when side loaded. Bought it on Nexus 7 and used titanium backup then installed on DNA. Works flawless!:laugh:

which app didn't work? I used my backups from my nexus to restore my games to my DNA and I had no issues other than angry birds star wars FC...
ChompSMS - had to install it from their website. Works great.

yes,without any lag! he's very smooth ( only loading page can lag but that don't affect the game) =)
Try Reckless Racing. You can download the APK file, it has 2 kinds of racing and it's so fun!
Also, MW sometimes freezes on loading screen. It won't load the game until you go back in home screen and reload the game from Task Manager. It's pretty annoying because the device keep freezing for a while after holding the home button.
+1 for Reckless Racing 2, nice game.
