Yes it will, but it will not support T-Mobile's 3G or 4G network. You will only be able to use Edge/GPRS network.
How about the vibrant unlock? Will it wirk for the att 3g

The gt-i9300 is designed for GSM based networks. Only America and a few small pockets of the world use CDMA.
That said, US have some GSM networks and not all frequencies are compatible with the i9300.

Wanted to port a ROM that was international to my sprint s3. It's Chinese so I was going try it and see what happens.
