Can anyone download for me the latest firmware with WiFi security fix from here? I need RUU_HTC Gratia_Froyo_S_HTC_WWE_2.37.405.11_Radio_47.54.35.20_7.13.35.13_release_223105_signed.exe file, but download seems locked for me, don't know why.
I just tried to download the RUU but it seems that the file is missing. Either they have removed it or it is temporarily unavailable.
Maybe somebody downloaded it and has it saved and can could upload it
What are the 6th and 7th characters in your device serial number? Those two characters are what identify which device you have. It says there is no update necessary for my serial number (which is an AT&T Aria, device code R0).
I have a Gratia, I think that's why it gives us different results. 6th and 7th places are "RJ". This is what I get when I enter my SN. When I click the download button I get a 404

"RJ" is that characters. (for example, H T 1 2 8 R J 0 0 5 1 8, it's not my serial, but leads to the same update)
And yes, branded devices wouldn't get that update, they'll get it later.
Seems that file is absent on HTC's servers for some reasons. Well, I had reported to HTC support, and they could not say anything certain about it, just "contact to service center".
Yes, they don't like to make it easy to get certain RUUs sometimes.
If you load the frame in a new tab and click the download button it gives me this URL but still a 404.

Yep, i've found it already. Thanks nevertheless.
For now i'll wait for HTC support's answer.

I've continued conversation with support. Firstly they've sayed that that update is unapplicable to my russian Gratia, and i should go to the service center if i have any wifi issue. After some explanations (about unavailable update to non-russian but still european phones) they've promised to report to their engineers, and still recommended to contact service center. I don't know what to think about it. The situation looks pretty stupid for now. They have that update and i even know it filename (whoa!) but they don't want me to get that file for some reason.
I can only try to install stock rom to my Gratia and try to get FOTA update, if it's present as FOTA. But i don't think that it'll be successfull. BTW i can loose S-OFF in that case.

I hope you realize that the "wifi security fix" just fixes a software bug in Sense UI. If you are running a custom ROM that is not based on HTC's Sense UI, there is no reason to apply the update.
I know, dude. I'm even use modified CM on Gratia instead of stock rom. But some times ago for some people i've made custom rom (that was based on sense) and i want to keep it updated.
Hi, anyone have this rom -> Gratia_Froyo_S_HTC_WWE_2.37.405.11_Radio_47.54.35.20_7.13.35.13_release_223105_signed.exe if yes plese upload it! I have RUU_Liberty_Froyo_S_HTC_WWE_2.32.405.1_Radio_47.52.35.18_7.13.35.05_release_154177_signed.exe
Nobody have this ROM yet. Download link is still broken.

Hello all
Today I got the notification of an update available from HTC for my unlocked Titan (on Three UK), currently on 8107.
Yet again another HTC update that does not tell what it is for, but I decide to install it anyway.
However, the update process fails every time with error 801812DC (see pictures attached), saying that there is a problem in the back-up of the phone.
Rebooting the phone, the computer and connect/disconnect did not help, always the same.
Also, this error is not included in the list on windowsphone.com.
Anyone with the same issue?
Thanks
maTTeo
EDIT: Solved. Probably I did not have enough space on disk for the backup.
EDIT2: No, not solved. Now I have space, but still same problem.

I got the update too!
I am installing it now - I am guessing it's the drivers fix for 8107 based on the back up creation steps it has followed. If I get the error, I will update it. I am on step 7. Hope this is a fix and not another lock down update!
HEADS UP: those who want custom ROM etc, DONT update just yet.
EDIT: At step 9 - my phone restarted. I unlocked the screen and it said 'Update successful'. However since last 7 minutes my Zune is stuck at step 9 and says 'restarting your phone'
Did you check that you have enough free space to create the backup?

Actually no. Thanks for the hint, this could have been the reason.
However, I tried again the update after closing a few applications (which were possibly using some space on disk), and the update was succesful.
Now after the update I realise I have only 6 Gb left on my C: drive.
Anyway, if that was the reason, why not to say: "Disk full" instead of "Error 801812DC"???? What does Microsoft expect from their users?
Thank you all for your support!

I am having the same error message. How much space did you free up?
I now have 11.3GB free on my C: drive and it is still not working. Same error every time.

How much space are you using on your phone? You need at min the same free space... If you can't then delete all the music etc to make the backup smaller

Tried a new cable and no joy, also deleted all the music off my phone. Really don't want to factory reset so might wait for another update to come out.
Again, 801812DC
And here I am again, Tango update, same problem.
So I can confirm it was NOT due to lack of hard drive space. Now I have 30 Gb free on my hard drive, and 6 Gb of memory used on my Titan. Still, 801812DC.
Anybody figured a solution?

What's ur current spl/boot loader version? You need to upgrade to most recent htc spl 2.6 which meant to address error in updating with Zune.

Found the update from HTC here:

HTC says it addresses errors 80070013 / 8007000F, hopefully mine too.
Now I have applied it, will try the update to Tango again.

Thanks habnzrot, but unfortunately no, even after installing Bootloader 2.6 from HTC, same problem. Backup interrupts at 11%, phone restarts and error.
Any help?
maTTeo
Ok, really tried everything now, including:
- Updating SPL to 2.6 (latest available from HTC)
- Unliking the phone to Zune
- Reinstalling Zune and pairing the phone again
- Deleting the folder "Windows Phone Backup" as suggested by someone on the internet
- Running Zune as Administrator
- Deleting most of the apps from the phone
- Creating even more disk space on my computer
- Using another USB cable (instead of the stock HTC USB cable)
I phoned HTC support, and their solution is hard reset. If, after that, still does not work, I have to send my phone to repair.
Obviously I would like to leave hard reset as last option.
I noticed so many other people have the same problem:
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...&CurrentScope.Filter=wp7&askingquestion=false
But no-one can answer. I wonder:
- Why this error code is not included in the web page I am sent to, by Zune, to check the error code?
- There must be ONE guy at Microsoft, who implemented this error code. Why they are not answering and telling us what it is?
I am very frustrated.
Cheers

Have you tried updating with another computer?
Also, try this:
1. Run services.msc (If you're using Windows XP, press Start, click Run, type services.msc then press Enter. If you're using Windows Vista or later with no Run in the Start menu, type services.msc in the search box then press Enter.)
2. Look for the "Automatic Updates" service, make sure it is started. If not, start it. Change its startup type to Automatic.
3. Look for the "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" service, make sure it is started. If not, start it. Change its startup type to Manual.
4. Look for the "Automatic Updates" service, make sure it is started. If not, start it. Change its startup type to Automatic.
I'm also having the same issue doing the force update trick however I'm getting a different Update Error Code 80180048!!
I've searched the web and tried every solution but still no success??

I think the update route is not an option anymore. You should try to flash the firmware with Nokia Care Suite
So.. I downloaded and installed NCS and got files from Navifirm.
However, when I go to Recovery, the Product Support tool doesn't see the data packages - tried rescan, and I have preferences to search in the location where the data is.
Am I missing a step? I have them downloaded, but is there an installation for the data package I'm missing?
Thanks for any help!

Copythe folder holding the files you got from Navifirm to C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products and rename the folder to the model number (as in 'RM-801' for the EU Lumia 800)
Then in NCP do File>open product and select the correct product
Sending the language cabs fixed this for me. No need to reflash or lose any data.
Goodbye for Now, Lumia..
Thank you all for the very helpful and instructive comments.
I did in fact attempt to use cabsender to send all language files to the Lumia; failed. Then tried one at a time; also failed. That's turned out to be the death nell (sp?)
I finally got the hang of NCS, got the correct files to appear, and also did the manual driver installations for x64. NCS could read my phone, but when I did the actual recovery, no matter what the phone just would not go into recovery. Would always power up and stick me either on starting or on checking mode. I even tried different button hold combos and then just not pressing anything - to no avail.
So it left me with a phone that could take and receive phone calls, but no access to ANYTHING requiring alpha input - including SMS and email.
Looking back, I think I may have also had a hardware issue. I could never get bluetooth to keep a connection properly - and many other RM-801 owners told me theirs worked fine; mine was not under warranty so was stuck. I don't know if that had anything to do with the phone rejecting the language files for 8112 and 8773, or with it not responding to any flash attempts - but wouldn't be surprised.
Today, I am thanking the Gods that I never got around to selling my HD7. I recommissioned it and got the new SIM for it and it's up and running nicely now. I figure if anyone dumps a Lumia *900 for less than $100, I'll go for it, but otherwise am intending to use this until I get my hands on a WP8 near the end of the year.
I found to my surprise that using the larger screen on the HD7 though less pretty was really refreshing. I love the form factor of the Lumia 800, but I think the Metro UI really deserves a bigger screen.
Anyway, congrats to all who had success and again many thanks to those who tried to help me yesterday and last night. Am sure we'll connect again when we have our Lumia Liquid Metal PureView WP8's!
Cheers,

Try doing a simple refurbish instead of recovery. It doesn't require any buton acrobatics, just plug the phone in after starting NCS. The only trick in this case involves renaming the ROM files to match your phones Product Code, If you choose to flash with different variant.

Don't even bother with cabsender recovery - it uses Zune and Zune backups are uttterly useless.
NCS recovery means flashing a dead phone (or playing dead to force a different variant ROM) - that's where you need VolUp while powering on.
NCS refurbish means flashing a working phone - you plug it in normally and ROM file names must match your product code.

Hey Skrypek, you just SAVED me!! The file renaming followed by refurbish did the trick!
Also used your method to update to a UK Variant of Tango for the RM-801 - and went SMOOTHLY with no downloading and screwing around with language packs or cab files. Everything is running perfectly and can access all alpha functions SMS MMS, Email, Wifi, About Phone - i.e. every single thing that had been malfunctioning before.
I am now a strong fan of Navifirm + Nokia Care Suite - VERY easy to work with.
Now I just have to visit the T-Mobile folks and get a new microsim card!
(edit, feeling adventurous again, I cut my SIM card - SUCCESS - so now don't have to shell out another $20 to T-Mobile )
Many thanks!
I really thought I had a brick and had posted an ebay auction for parts; glad I was able to snag the listing back!
Cheers,
Skrypek..
Did I tell you you're amazing?
Thanks again!!!!
Nice to have my Lumia back!!!
Hey guys,
I was reading allot of info on the web about windows phone and the amber update and stuff.. but never a solid release date.
so the amber update is going to be released in this august, and this info is coming from some guy in spain via twitter..
so we are not sure when this update is going to be released. (ok it hasj been released)
but i have recently installed the amber update like so many others, and the update is really good, adding allot of new features that anyone with a lumia should be able to enjoy.
since windowsmania.pl doesnt offer the roms anymore (and i dont speak polish) and the amber roms aren't available through Nokia Care Suite, it could be quite difficult to obtain the roms and the necessary files & info to install this update on your phone.
i put together a few steps that will help you install amber. (especially when you never did this before!)
also this is mostly for the europian users with a Lumia 920.
please note that i will not be responsible of your own action on flashing a phone!
like only start flashing with a full battery!!
and make backups before you start! your phone will be wiped clean!
(go to settings for backup options, wp8 can make all the backups you want!)
Downloading the right files & setting this up:
step 1.: download Nokia Care Suite --> also known as NCS --> get it from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?aww6lix9f0vuukd or http://d-h.st/IvF
after download install NCS.
(UPDATE: you can also update NCS itself by clicking updates in the NCS main menu.
by doing this it will also automatically install every necessary driver. so step 2 isnt really needed.. but you still need to do step 3 because it will give you acces to the update itself!!)
step 2.: download the drivers here: http://d-h.st/Mc3
install the files and reboot the pc after installing!
(includes 64bits drivers and 32bits drivers, if you don't know which one you should use, you can better stop reading from here )
step 3.: go to: C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Product Support Tool For Store 5.0 and find the usergroupsconfiguration.cfg file.
replace it with this file: http://www.mediafire.com/?r0up8y7tyku1k11 or http://d-h.st/GFW
thanks for the config file go to Jragar
(it will give you acces to Care Suite External)
Step 4.: download the rom here:
part 1: http://d-h.st/JgP
part 2: http://d-h.st/2JG
part 3: http://d-h.st/h17
(its the RM821_3047.0000.1326.2002_RETAIL_eu_euro1_425_02_240539 with product code 059R4H6) thanks for the rom goes to: blakepender
Note: i used the rom on my Dutch Lumia 920 with code: 059R016. it still works like a charm and i still have product code 059R016. so i dont think it will change your product code. (but im not sure!)
drop all files from the .rar into: C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products\rm-821.
if you dont have this folder yet. create it and then put all the files in there.
Identify the phone:
Step 5.: plug in your phone, while the phone is on, so your pc can detect it. After the phone has been found by your pc, start NCS.
double click on the "Product Support Tool for Store 5.0", it will promp you for username and password, just press sign in.
If all went well, NCS already found your phone and it will give some info about it. like that it will be running in normal mode.
Step 6.: In the Product Support Tool (PST) click on "File" --> "Open Product". A new window will appear. go to "RM-821" click open.
Step 7.: Now click on "programming" (Bottom left in PST) --> "recovery". After this click on "update list" the rom file should appear.
if not check if you put everything into the right folder. (step 4).
Start Flashing:
Step 8.: Click the start button once! it will give an error. This is good! (its because it has an different product code, but it will be fine)
please note that it can take a few minutes before PST gives a "recovery - failed" notification. please be patient. press ok after you get it.
Step 9.: Now unplug your phone, and power it off. Hit the Start button once again. PST will give an error that it can't find your phone.
It will show you the option how to start your Lumia 920 in flash mode.
Step 10.: Start your phone by pressing the power button + volume down button simultaneous. when the phone starts the vibrate. plug the phone back in to the pc, and press the "Retry" Button.
Give it a minute and it will start flashing your phone.
You know its going ok if you start seeing the nokia logo with a progress bar on the phone.
Please while the phone is flashing, dont touch anything.. if it gets disconnected somehow your phone can get bricked..
When the flashing is done it will reboot and it will start wp8 with amber.
Please keep in mind that it will take allot longer to boot the first time because it has to configure allot of things.
Your phone will start and ask you what language you want, just follow these steps, after this you will have the amber update up and running!
After a few hours to possibly 2 days (tnx Mikemikeson) with wifi it will give a notice that you will have like 10 or more updates pending. do this updates to get all amber features!
like sms + call blocking.
Hope these steps will help some folks that just cant wait to get Amber and didnt knew where to get the right files.
Good Luck!
p.s. this was done on a windows 7 pc and was confirmed working on windows 8.
Thank you
I flashed my unbranded Lumia 920 product code 059R075, with this one. I can confirm that this is perfectly done. No problems so long as you follow the instructions.
Cheers for the links and the instructions OP.
Update: Persian/Farsi Keyboard and Speech are missing in this build. I am not sure about all other languages though.

you can try i though. when you have PST running with your phone connected, you can look for the latest rom file available for your phone.
under "tools" click on "firmware download" type in your product code, which can be found under the basic info tab. it should show the latest available firmware for your phone.
it will be non-amber, but atleast you have something to turn back to if it doesnt work in the end..
so download this rom first before you start flashing and you should be able to try it out without any consequence.
otherwise check this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=44504258
its about putting amber on AT&T Lumia 920.
so good luck!
Yep the European amber rom works great on my lumia 920 att
Sent from my RM-821_eu_euro1_425 using Board Express
Just to confirm that this works perfectly on Windows 8 PRO x64. Thanks for the info
Fix missing languages
Instead of adding keyboard, simply change the system language and you will automatically get the desired keyboard. Your languages persist should you revert back to English or any other system locale.

Thank you for this info, i did not know. im transfering the files as we speak.
it should be available within the hour.
Sorry for the inconvience
Flashed this last night and it is working beautifully, I have noticed since installing this WhatsApp, Skype and Lync are pushing messages through much more efficiently and I have found my battery still has 40% charge after being used all day, usually by this time I would be at about 15%.
For other people that flash, check out this page here for all of the QR codes for the Nokia system apps.
Use the Bing Vision on each of these QR codes to force the updates down.
Thanks for providing the ROM and Instructions, much appreciated.

on my ATT 820, I know it's a different device, just wondering for those few who got it working on the ATT variant, if there was something else I needed to do .
************ Edit ************
Well, I guess I never flashed it to portico, and I don't see a copy anywhere so I guess I'm waiting on the official 820 variant. But thanks
i have an unlocked 920 (i think it is RM-820)... will this flashing method work for mine as well?

you can check with NCS to make sure if its really a rm-820. just look for basic info in PST.
also it should work but it will change it to rm-821. and im not sure what that will do for your provider. Probably nothing.
maybe if you check the lumia 920 dev section on this site, i know there is a topic about changing from rm-820 to rm-821.
im on a holiday in greece on a tablet so i cant search for link now. good luck and i hope you wil have amber soon!

Hi Guys
I use a Lumia 920 locked on EE Uk Network and was very impatient that we have still not received the Amber Update and after much searching I am finally on Amber and loving it.
So Here is How you do it :-
1 ] Download NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATeR FOR RETAIL
2] Install it on your PC > It will also automatically Install any drivers or additional software required
3] Once Installed Follow Instructions to Connect your Phone through Cable to PC
4] It will Show you the update available for your Phone
5] Follow Instructions to Download and install the software update.
6] I normally do another full hard reset after updates just in case (optional)
ENJOY!!!
FAQ
1] DOES THIS WIPE YOUR PHONE?
This way of updating will WIPE everything of your phone so a backup of your stuff is a must unless you are happy to start from scratch like me, It wont effect your purchase as they are linked to your MS Account, game saves and other stuff will be effected.
2] IS THE SOFTWARE TRUSTWORTHY?
The software is generally for use by People at Nokia Care Centres to update phones, as for the validity of the software with regards to viruses and stuff I found the link on google and you are welcome to search for the same if you can find another download link by googling ( Nokia software updater for retail 3.08)
3] WHAT IF THINGS GO WRONG?
I can't help you in anyway as I am just posting the resources, but it is a very straight forward process that even a 5 year old could do it.
ENJOY!! -
Does not work with ATT phones in the US. It finds the version of software that was already sent OTA six months ago. It is not Amber. It also gets and internal error after it downloads said software due to it being the same as already on the phone. 1314.0001 is what this package finds, and it is what was released OTA several months ago and is what is on my phone now.

Hi Thanks for the feedback, so maybe there is no update available for your device on the nokia servers then, I know it works as I have the amber update right now as enjoying every bit of it and its still not released on the UK networks except for vodafone.
Maybe you can keep trying every alternate days, and lets us know
thank you.
If there is no firmware on NCS servers you can not use NSU anyway.

Many thanks, been waiting for what feels like an eternity for my Three Lumia 920 to get the update - Nokia site still says it is coming soon for Three UK. I downloaded the software, plugged my phone in and it said the update is available. Downloading right now :good:
Thank you worked like a charm took me 5 minutes for everything
Stuck with 18 applications that won't download
Lumia 820 on Orange UK (never again! Could any company be worse.)
Took rather longer than 5 mins as I am out in the sticks and it's 1.22Gb to download.
I am now looking at "18 downloads" in the Store, each one of which says "Downloading application Attention required. Tap here."
I tap, and get "We can't connect to the Store at the moment. Check your data connection or try later". Hit retry ... and go round in a circle.
Or I get "Downloading application. There has been a problem completing your request. Try again later. Error code 8000ffff"
The connection should be OK as I can see bbc.co.uk, for instance.
Perhaps I'll try in the middle of the night.
cant update mine, is a 920 in MX telcel. it just download the update but at last time its says "error writing firmware on device" and the phone reboots. What can I do?
Does amber work with my USA ATT phone
I have an AT&T Nokia Lumia 920 thats unlocked to a different carrier right now. Can I follow your directions to install Amber onto it right now?
Thanks for the help guys appreciate it.
I got one problem as well. Phone was bought from ee (but unlocked using the code). However then i try to install nokia pro camera it says its not available for your device. can it be that ee hasn't released amber update yet?

There is apparently a problem with the Procam and it seems to have disappeared from the store at the moment as well, I believe Nokia has pulled it for some reason.
Lot of people are posting that it is not available for your device.

I used Windows 7 and it worked on that.
Just saw your 2nd picture. I think everything to do with Windows Phone 8 needs Windows 7 or above. I couldn't do anything with my Lumia on my XP machines. Quite why not I can't imagine, but that's Microsoft for you.

from what i heard they should've already send you some sort of link to download all the stuff via email before the actual appointment .. i am crossing my fingers here .. hopefully you will get the tool... oh they will ask you if the computer sees the phone .. please say YES even if it doesn't and ask for a remote session because you need the phone for work .. ( i know i sound awful) but that might be the only way to get the tool
I replied to the email yesterday early. The tech should be sending the information over soon. They said it would be between 24 and 48 hours. Hopefully we find out very soon.

I sure hope so! Right now, I do have fastboot so all is not totally lost and if they don't respond I could probably reinstall TWRP even though it's not fully functional and try to install the stock ROM, but that seems to be quite the task given the limited capabilities of our version of TWRP right now.
UPDATE: I called support and the reason they have not escalated the case is because they needed my receipt for proof of purchase. Scanned and emailed the receipt. On the phone with them now and they will be sending the repair request "tools" to download within the next 24 hours! So another wait period is in store. I'm hitting the refresh button on my mail inbox every 3 minutes!!! THE SECOND I GET THESE FILES I WILL PUT THEM ON ANDROIDFILEHOST!!

There's a big chance that they won't give you it. They'll likeky tell you that they don't have the files and will tell you to ship the phone in. (Many have tried to get the unbrick tool but failed because they "don't have the files".)
UPDATE: My frustration had gone from high level to now astronomical! I have called yet, once again, to get this device unbricked. I am now being told the device will be handled via a remote session. They will basically connect to my device via my PC and reflash it.
So this now begs the question:
"What do I need to do on my end to secure the tool? "
Maybe I should sweet talk the technician to let me get my hands on the reflash tool. Or perhaps disconnect the session "prematurely" once I see the device is back to full operation and some remnants of the tools will be left stuck in my PC.
My bet is that the files I will be downloading are nothing more than updated platform tools and the full OTA file.
However, they did CONFIRM that it will be done via a remote session which is significantly more progress made than others have had at this point so that leaves me hopeful that the tool is going to be utilized. Maybe I will be the guinea pig...

nah. You'll be likely to be getting something called msm download tool. (If they even give you it.) Basically it uses qualcomm's edl mode to repair your phone. And you can't really do much to secure the tool, just if they don't give the tool just prob ask them again. (that's how the tmobile msm tool for the n200 was given to someone lol.)
FINALLY got the email with the link to the files I am to download. The email also states that I need WinRAR installed to extract these files. The ROM is also password protected and I'm not about to give that out in the event they change it. I would imagine it is not your standard stock rom. The "driver" is not password protected though.
I took a screenshot of the link to the driver and ROM files. But of course....I'm not going to post these just yet in the event that they are single use files.
Also, I am at work right now and should be done 1230 ish EST and the remote session is scheduled for 3PM. This should give me time to download these files, unzip them, place them on my desktop for the remote session and then copy them directly to a flash drive for later use and download to AFH.
Also, I plan on sweet talking the tech as much as I can to see if I can ask what tools she is using for the session.
BTW:. THIS TOOK CALLS EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR ESCALATIONS FOR 5 DAYS! They realized I wasn't going to give up until I got exactly what I wanted.
EDIT:. The representative also told me the device will be downgraded to Android 10??? I thought the device came with Android 11 out of the box. If this is the case it may be a tool that works from a predecessor. All of this is speculation at this point until the actual session. But noteworthy nonetheless.
Here is the image of the ROM file site. Ran late today at work. And the technician literally emailed me back saying she leaves at 2PM. Ain't that a kick in the head!

Ok the fact that the device will be downgraded to android 10 makes zero sense. It didn't come with Android 10 in the box, (like you said) which kinda means that the tool might flash a possibly faulty version of oxygen os 10. (Unless if the representative lied about the Android 10 thing.)
Edit: the n100 and the n10 came with Android 10 in the box, so slight chance that the tool is for the two phones mentioned

UPDATED INFORMATION as of 8:45PM EST 12/6/2021:
The files are being downloaded now as we speak. I will post them to AFH but I am not sure how much good they will do.
File 1: L2+drivers.rar
File 1 is small. 1.88 MB and can easily be downloaded. IT CANNOT be easily extracted though. To extract it requires a password and I have been told this password will be input by the technician during the remote session.
File 2: dre8t_10_O.07_211014.tar.bz2
File 2 is MASSIVE (3.24GB zip) compared to file 1 and also takes FOREVER to download. It is directly from a site called obox. It appears to be an Android 10 base file. It also appears to have a build date of October 14, 2021. The site created the download file October 28, 2021. The remaining time for this file being active is currently 329 Days and 13 hours. You can't even log into the site without a password and that was given to me via email. Since the download is coming from China it is slower than a turtle covered in molasses walking in February! It's been hours now and I have just over half the file.
I have been in direct contact via email with my technician and her name is Agnes. but as you can see the header of the zip for the ROM does indeed appear to be for the N200 but Oxygen 10, wherefore Android 10.
So this begs the questions of:
1.) When the driver is extracted do I quick copy and paste it or move it to a secure location? Or do I just assume that they want to make sure I have the correct OnePlus Drivers to make sure the phone can be recognized by the PC? If that's the case, the file and installing BreeZip (because 7Zip isn't properly working with Windows 11 yet) are both an epic waste of time.
2.) If that links me to their computers, how in the name of all things good and holy am I going to be able to get my hands on this tool?
NEED HELP!!! Tell me my next steps folks because I desperately want to assist our community!

Unfortunately, judging from the filename, this is the MSMDT for the TMo variant. It won't even flash by default. There is a small possibility that the representative modded the package, but I wouldn't count on it.

Well, it definitely appears to be somewhat recent! Holy radioactive Christmas Trees, Batman!!!
I sure hope this works! Downloading to AFH now so if it works, great. If it doesn't, I guess I will be mailing in a phone or taking it back for a replacement to Best Buy. Either way, I'm not going to be sweating it too much. But if this works for the community, I will be very happy to have helped you all out.
The tool for T-Mobile was out in August. This appears to have been modified in October. Pretty confident that it "might" work. However, until I successfully complete the remote session, I will NOT share the link to my AFH for the file in the event it is faulty or I have been misinformed. If they make it worse then so be it, I'll just exchange it as broken at Best Buy and call it a day.

Not sure why you're so excited. The filename indicates it's just an updated version (contains OxygenOS version O.07) of the TMo tool, and the modified date show that it was untouched, i.e. strictly TMo and unflashable on unlocked variant.
You need to persuade the representative to pass you something that starts with "Dre9".

I'm not a developer, more like a well informed or advanced user. If they have indeed screwed the pooch here it's going to be on multiple fronts. On every occasion when I've called and emailed OP they have asked for the case number and verified the build I was on, the model, asked for the receipt on multiple occasions and verified the IMEI and model every single time. It's like this dance with them. If the tool hasn't been modded to add unlocked variant support, I would be shocked that they've verified it that many times only to get it wrong and have this be unsuccessful.
As stated earlier... I may very well be a guinea pig for this and one of the first to do this since that.
The plain and simple truth is that we may not know for sure that the update doesn't simply remain the same tool with a line of code added to it to simply add unlocked support.
We simply will not know until the process starts and that will be at 1:25PM EST today.
Please don't take the above statements as me bashing you. I can plainly see by your years here and multiple devices and posts that you're much more informed than I am about this. And I most certainly will ask if there have been modifications to support my specific model before we start. The download count of that updated file was only 13 times when I downloaded the file so it hasn't been widely issued out.
UPDATE: THE TECH CONFIRMED THAT THEY WERE AWARE THAT I HAVE THE UNLOCKED VERSION AND THAT THEY ALSO HAVE SUCCESSFULLY FLASHED UNLOCKED DEVICES BEFORE WITH THIS TOOL. When it was extracted, the tool became MSMV5.19 if that helps. They also logged in via the others in the dropdown box and I can too. I was allowed to keep the tool!!!!

WARNING!!! The technician confirmed that this does work. However, my remote session was UNSUCCESSFUL because the ocdt was a mismatch. Their project number is 20818 and my ocdt number is 2083c. If there was a way to edit that in fastboot or fastbootd or by dumping the file in the update as an image I would seriously flash that and try. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING THAT!
The tool could NOT complete the update and it will have to be sent in!
7zip and BreeZip DID NOT WORK - USE WinRar to extract all files and open all files!

I guess I'll keep my expectations low since it didn't work for you .. but after download I'll give it a shot
So it is exactly as I thought - they just sent you the TMo package.

Yes theoretically you can unpack/repack the ops, but you need A TON of partitions from the unlocked variant, and I'm not sure that all of them can be extracted out of a device, and also without a full MSMDT conversion I'm not even sure if you still qualify for OTAs.
This topic will remain fruitless until someone persuades a "dre9" package out of them.
