Hey guys, i want to run chrome beta ace, which is running ferhatmod by ferhatremory . But when installed apk file of chrome beta, it says that it requires at least android 4.0. I am already running 4.0.3. Now what shud i do?

Because that rom is a fake and its 4.0.1 (LEGACY7) not 4.0.3
All he did is change build.prop tags and add a few MACLAW builds apk's
Chrome needs API's included in 4.0.3 ,when you launch it, it checks for API's it needs, 4.0.1 does not have those API's so it shows that error.
It shows Android version 4.0.3? 4.0.4?(I don't remeber exactly) in the rom because the build.prop is set to show that version.
and even if you get a normal ICS as CM9 it will not work becouse it doesnt work on ARMV6 phones as your Ace is

have a look at THIS bus as its earlier said armv6 is not supported [personally haven't tried to install it though]

Only if Google adds ARMv6 libs in a update.
To check open the APK in a archiver, open lib,
[]if there is a armeabi folder then those are Genetic ARM libs (work on all ARM devices)
[]if it contains armeabi-v6 those are ARMv6 libs
ether way if armeabi-v6 or armeabi it will work on ace then.
The latest update still does not have any ARM libs exept ARMv7

and give permissions like the letter "L" upside down

try to install via recovery
take the camera with root explore
and save it in the folder system / app
give permissions similar but inverted letter L
hopefully work well

Must be a broken download, re-download!

The inbuilt themes are for HDPI phones and are too large for our screens

Copy them to /sdcard/MIUI/themes
Then appy using milocker ... you can download the app from market ...

Yeah its normal cos S III comes out directly with ICS, you should wait until someone cooks a mod for GB u.ú
Has got a lib file, so it shouldn't be compatible, anyway u can try... if u want xD

How to add icons to the bottom baar
I have installed this and working fine. Can anyone please tell how can I add icons to the bottom bar where we have menu icon on the right???
Update:- I figured it out, first put the icon on the homescreen and then drag it from there to the bar....
Too much wasted space on wide screens like Neo's screen

To acess his roms use rom manager..For any two days of a particular week, the rom will be available in premium section.
For rest of the days, the rom will be in free section. You can download then.

ROM manager only shows the builds for devices supported by cyanogenmod , and p500 and other armv6 devices are not supprted for CM9.

The Cyanogenmod Team have integratred a new file manager for cm10 which allows Root Access, probably will appear in next nightlies called only as the CM File Manager. Maybe in next Jellaxy or PAC or AOKP builds we might be able to have its taste

I used the System App Pack to create a flashable zip, and it worked fine. But if you still get the error
1) You can download the sources from GitHub and compile to make APK.
OR
2) Wait for Sunday when the next Jellaxy Update comes with the File Manager pre-installed.

Well as much as I know it is using the HOLO style from Honeycomb, so I don't think there will be any problem with Tablet, you can though compile it from Sources, using the XDA auto Tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1053227

Just for a confirmation guys that the CM File Manager APK is not workin in each and every CM10 ROMs. Even Galaxy S users are facing the same problem

But you can use Root Explorer and copy the Apk in system/app/ and set permissions( to write for User) and then Restart.

In most ROMs the CM File Manager is not working properly with standalone installations.
Thanks for this it installed perfectly and it has one of the best looking ui in my opinion.
It's a good new feature from the Cyanogenmod team but it needs more improvments and developping..
