Hi everybody, my friend sent a LG P690 for me from USA, because P690 isn't sold in my country VietNam.
So I have a question, mods pls don't delete my thread , thanks so much. And my question is:
After buying this mobile, my Dialpad look like in the first attach image, it means that: when I type a phone number to call, it appears: 846-23
And after reset my mobile, when I type the number, it appears: 84623, now it doesn't have the symbols - between the numbers ( see the second attach image).
I just want the dialpad looks like in the first attach image , can anyone tell me what's the name of the soft or anything else to solve my problem, thanks for helping and sr for my bad english too +__+.

i think u had an custom rom earlier....n now u dnt.....
Oh... I think the first image is ics.... lol.... btw u need to update ur phone....

Hi all,
i need some help with uptodate 18.3
i am using Jackos S3 v1.03 smartmove rom(6.5 with sense 2.1) on my rhodium (t-mobile USA)
issue is when ever i want this medical reference software called "uptodate"to work for me it just shows me a blank screen.i've tried v18.2 and that too didnt work for me.
issue is(explained below)
1.when i click on the program icon from start menu it shows up "screen001"(please see attachments);-------which is good
2.Next when i type something in it(as shown in "screen002"),its still good
3.and upon hitting "search" in windowd it pops up the "screen003"-----everything is smooth uptil now
4.but when i select any of the topics it shows up blank screen as shown is "screen004"and my device is still functional and i can browse back and forth but it shows no data
*so bottom line is:this does not hang up on me but refuses to show any data,please help me in this regard...i can switch to another rom if necessary but i really need this software desparatly
*there is also 1 more thing when i select "table of contents" which is shown in screen001, my device gives an error shown in "screen005"(this screen005 also comes up when i select "about" from "menu" in screen001
please help me rectify this issue..i shall be really thankful to u guys

i m sory, its a litle out of topic question bt i wana knw whre i can get the dvd of uptodate in lhr, or in pindi/isd? I ve omnia, rom dont knw, coz i m new in using. Ur help ll b highly apreciated. 2ndly can i install uptodate èout active sync?

though i tried a hard reset and installed UTD 1st thing on it along with fix uptodate by doctorcete

i recently bought new galexy s2 i live in iran so i need to check my sms and email in persian which is similar to arabic fonts
as u may know galaxy doesnt support arabic symbols so its to hard to read my sms there is some apps which can help me to read them but its so odd to see this high tech smart phone cant read such fonts if u can help me please tell me how can i fix it i dont want to root my phone
i have the other smart phone which is htc sensation (actually my mom has). at first it's font has the same problem i mean persian font was v.s and i couldn't read them i used to use some apps to fix it until htc company release some updates for arabic users then i could use it for persian because it has the same alphabet without 2 or 3 alphabet then i installed new keyboard. as htc could read arabic alphabet it could read persian alphabet after installing new keyboard but in galaxy s2 there is no such same thing i mean i cant find these update for arabic fonts if there is please help me and tell me how can i fix it without rooting my phone i dont want really root there must have be a solution for many arabic users and samsung should have think about it if any one knows it please please please tell me as soon as possible its so hard to read my daily sms, mail , sites , etc please help thank alot

I been looking for the stock keyboard cause since I installed a new room lately , and my keyboard types very well in all language but once i send messages in korean or arabic letters it shows as (?? ??? ??? ????) to my friends instead of the words i wrote , even tho it shows correctly to me.
Its weird how the arabic letters shows correctly on my screen but it doesnt on my friends phones.. and its a problem to me cause i write in multi language.
so I heard that the original stock keyboard would fix this problem for meand I been looking for it all day.
by any chance there is one for a rooted Galaxy S2 i9100 with a custom rom !? Thx in advance
If the custom rom is aosp, then no, I don't think it's possible.... Otherwise, I don't know..... Maybe someone else may advise you better.

There was a flashable CWM zip with Samsung keyboard. I'm also seraching it at the moment...
I Fixed my typing problem finally !!! It turned out that I didnt need to install any new keyboard at all , I just had to change the Input mod in Messaging settings from Alphabet to automatic and thats it haha.. it turned out to be a small problem after all , wew

does it work in CWM? try it in Aroma... It should pop up a few options... If it does, then its a bug with realicsliter3 and u can try r4....
i change rom to cm10 , octane , pacman , orginal rom but it dosnt work
Maybe it's broken, give it to a phone store near you, and tell them to check the button.
and if you are following the suggestion by Sadra.. be sure you return to the original stock ROM and relock your bootloader.. As they might create a fuss detecting a Custom Firmware.....
The problem is that phone stores Here's ability to make is low
and they cant fix my phone

Probably fault in hardware if its not working even in stock rom. Send it to service center
