Hi....
I have big problemm with my Dell Streak!!!
Few days ago after reboot I receive NO SIM CARD error and the softkey didn't work. I send it to warranty repair and 3 day later I receive it back working. The same day it crash with the same errors again. Then I did factory reset, but it didn't help. Then - fastboot/update.pkg (15309 stock rom) and everything was fine 'till the next reboot. Then - fastboot/StreakDroid5-2.0.zip and it hangs on Dell logo forever!!! Now I did QDL Tool. I did everything as describe except for the ADB driver – I receive code 10 error when I try to update the driver. Then I run QDL Tool but nothing happen. I receive this report from QDL Tool:

But the phone remain DEAD!!! Any ideas how to proceed or how to install ADB driver when my PC recognize the Dell as "Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9002"?
I had Streakdroid 1.9.1 installed on my Dell Streak, I was trying to update my Streak to 2.0.0. Downloaded amss.mbn from DJ.steve's thread by using right click... I was not aware that file was incorrect (mirror2.streakdroid.com/amss.mbn is broken, basically, amss.mbn I had was a webpage)... So I pretty much fast booted that webpage into my streak... After rebooted the streak, I can no longer power it back on nor fast boot or anything...
I tried QDLTool following the QDLTool tutorial to every word, this is what I get

I tried reinstalling the driver for the bricked phone(R288920) - Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9002 and tried different USB ports, but I still get the above error... I think it probably ADB device driver, but have no idea what to do. Can someone please help?
I was in the same situation as you 2 days ago. Managed to get it up again using streakflash.zip version of the QDL tool: http://www.rdtk.net/2011/07/16/modding-your-streak-where-to-start/

I am lost...no idea what to do now...
iLluFe... Never be bored to repeat again.. I never was so, because flashing amss.mbm.. and now..my baseband turned into AUS_100908_01_BOSS_EVT3_F-EU
I'm using streakflash.. downloaded from streakdroid.com
Okay... good luck...
Sent from my Dell Streak using Tapatalk
So did StreakFlash finally work?
I too am stuck at the same problem.
Did the same mistake.
I am currently downloading StreakFlash and QDL Tool. Hoping for good. Will post back if it works for me.
Worked like a magic
Guys,
I tried it, worked good and unbricked my phone.
Make sure u use streakflash first and then repairtool.
I did it and now I am happily on GingerStreak 2.4.4
Hey there! I own a streak since august 2010 and I know quite well the whole thing (fastboot, recovery, clockwork recovery, etc.).
recently Ia colleague gave me a streak and I noticed that even if sometimes it was correctly booting, most of the time it went into a booting loop.
context: my adb driver is correctly working (tested same config in a few minutes on another streak) so I exclude any adb driver problem.
I tried to refresh it and now I'm in the following situation: stuck at dell logo during boot, no way of going into recovery mode, no way of going in fastboot mode (which means that if I push the came button while powering on, the white screen doesn't show and instead the streak keeps rebooitng).
I'm able to flash with streakflash but not to reflash the whole system with QDL; here are the logs of QDL;

Hi!
I recently started messing about my DS5 and apparently bricked it. I can't remember exactly what was I doing when this happened but the current situation is the following: the device can be powered normally (just pressing the power button) but I will get stuck at the dell logo, even before it animates; it will NOT go into fastboot (black screen if powered on while pressing the camera button) and it will NOT go into recovery mode either (pressing the volume knobs while powering it on). It does however go into diagnostic mode (plugging it in while pressing the volume up button) and the QDL tool will recognize it.
I have tried two different QDL tools; one (from streakflash) ends the process in success and the other (from the repairtool) times out while waiting for the ADB.
QDLTool 2.7.4.5 -from streakflash- (incomplete; last) output:

The ADB is installed (used the Dell) but the device manager never even shows an Android phone at any point, immediately after the reboot it will simply be picked up as a "Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9002" and hence (I guess) the failure to run adb fastboot.
I am almost certain that the adb is correctly installed but I can't be 100% sure. What else can I do?
As a bit of extra info: I´m using Windows 7 32 bits. I plugged in the other DS5 I have (running, but with a broken screen) and this one does show as an Android Composite ADB Interface in the device manager, which makes me think the ADB driver must be correctly installed.
I don't really know what else to do, but I wonder if changing the internal SD card could help. (?)
I ran the 2.7.4.5 QDLTool again; this time with a SIM card installed. Here's the complete output:

After running, the device turned itself off but did NOT reboot. It did not show in the device manager either. I tried to start it again on fastboot mode, to no avail. Device manager will show it under ports, but it remains stuck in the dell logo. ='(
This might not be related cause fastboot is stored in RAM (CMIW), but you can try to change the inner SD card with the other DS5 (broken LCD)?
Try to startup the DS5 without USB connection, if failed, redo the QDL process.
