I have been busy and have not been on this forum much recently, but it looks like XDA pulled your recognized developer tag? Faux had a similar experience.
I think you said it all here:
"im still a developer screw a tag, it doesnt mean sh*t, i know what I can do and no body can take that not even xda".
We are with you and behind you on this like we were for faux.
It is a shame so much attention goes into BS like this from XDA - the same people who have opened the door to all kinds of potentially malicious third party tracking cookies and malware on their site. That is one reason that I do not spend much time on it anymore.
