Original Samsung battery charger/stand and a battery - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note I717

Just received a set of a battery charger/stand and a battery, both original Samsung products, ordered through eBay a couple of weeks ago. They came sooner than expected and are in excellent condition and quality. Based on my past experience, the original Samsung batteries do last longer than the imitation products and also provide longer phone operation time. The seller even included a pair of LCD protection films! The battery charger charges the battery inside a hidden compartment and provides a nice stand for the phone, even with a TPU case. @$39, it's a good purchase, I think, better than getting inferior imitating products. Highly recommended.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260928923469#ht_3831wt_952
While leaving a positive feedback to the seller, I discovered that he has many more high quality Notes accessories.
Definitely worth browsing them.

I'd love to jump on that but I am extremely skeptical of eBay with OEM. Are you sure all the items are OEM? I mean, people say OEM all the time but in the end, Samsung never produced it.

This seller's store only handles the original Samsung OEM products out of Korea. These aren't some Chinese imitating products. I paid attention to the location of the seller and checked out his store in advance. Products that I received are of high quality, all made in Korea.

I might have to jump on this tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up. My battery has been pretty weak and I'd prefer not to send the whole phone in.

For the price that better be OEM.

Yes, that looks pretty good and the shipping should be faster since it's located in the States. Nice. What I received were excellent also, btw, but I would buy from a store in the States for a faster delivery.

It's under $30 from Amazon right now (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0076Z3FSQ/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details). If you get it directly from them, they won't have it in stock until next Tuesday, but it's pretty cheap. Plus, I prefer getting it directly from them to ensure that it's real.

You might want to verify that it actually includes the battery, as the battery is not clearly indicated in the product title on Amazon:
"Samsung ETC-CPK1E1GSTA Battery Charger 2500mAh with Stand and Travel Adapter Samsung Galaxy Note SGH-I717 - Retail Packaging - Black"
All I see is "Battery Charger" despite the battery being shown in the pictures. The reason I mention it is that Expansys sells the charger separately for the same price ($29), or they did when I checked a few weeks ago.
Either way, I have one of these and I love it.

Better deal through Amazon
I just bought and received the exact same charger and battery from Amazon for $29.00. When I ordered it I didn't know a battery came with it, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that it did. Yes it is original OEM and came in a sealed box from Samsung.

I've seen these before, never look too much into them. I know a lot of people are against the eBay batteries but I know Galileo makes a solid battery (not sure if one is available for 3VO). But look into MugenPower also.
I'm personally looking into the Innocell 1900mah. I want as much as I can get over the stock 1750 without straying away from the slim size.

I can at least say the two with charger (similar deal to these ebay batteries now) for my evo back about a year ago still work fine (gave one to a friend for his Hero when I got a extended live batt) also the charger worked GREAT. (It easily rapid charged the batteries without getting hot at all)

You got something against buying straight from the source and saving tons of middle man money? It's like how overpriced most of the cases are. So much stuff is made in china now I really don't care about paying a lot extra for a warranty on a product if i can buy it over and over 5 times before i spent as much as the "official" made in china from an overpriced accessories manufacturer.

I dont have anything against Hong Kong. My wife ordered batteries and a charger like this for her Samsung Epic and when they arrived they were the wrong batteries and the charger didnt even work. At least I have a better chance returning and getting my money back with Amazon or Seidio.
And yes, the shipping time sucks.

EBay now has 3500mah batteries for the 3d.. 15.89 shipped.

FWIW, Just thought I would check today and low and behold, they were available..
I ordered one and I will report back with results.. Make sure you get one with the back with the speaker opening.. one of the other ones does not have it.. the thanks button is right below the link.

I bought one before from Hong Kong, it worked very well (exceeded my expectations, especially for the price)...but I'll never use an extended battery on the 3D just because the texture on the back of the phone makes this phone so unique!
you are probably looking at roughly 2500mah actual
bought one, only 3 left
if this is from a "real" manufacturer, why do they only have 5 for sale?
Sumthin fishy here..

Seidios batteries are traditionally way over-rated as well. My favorite product of theirs is the slim "extended" batteries that are actually less mAh and then the OEM battery I'm guessing this battery will come in at 2500-2800mAh, Seidios will probably be between 2800-3000. You can send the battery to batteryboss.org and they will test it, but I doubt you'll want to drop $75 on a battery and then send it to someone. I actually
have one of these standard size orange white and red batteries and so far it seems good. Maybe 90% of what the OEM battery is. I especially like that is has an Android on it!

$15 battery? Even the OEM batteries can be obtained for less then that. I just bought a Samsung battery for an i500 for $10. Evo 4G batteries are about $10 too. These batteries arent fakes, they arent advertised as being OEM. It's just a chinese brand, and from my testing so far they are well packaged and well performing.
Please make the tpu case for the Seidio extended battery, I love this smoke one I have for the standard battery. And I'm getting the Seidio 4000 this week
I'm getting the seidio "boss" battery, and would definitely buy a tpu case for it. These tpu cases are a gem, so well worth the purchase.

I had 9 original EVO batteries from ebay and they worked PERFECTLY.
Guaranteed they make them in the same factories, just some of them get one sticker, others get another sticker. Maybe they're in different towns, but I'm sure it's the same process and they work great for me. Not like the $60 batteries are made in america - they're made in China as well
These under 20 dollar battery's work.
But for how long
They can last a year but don't be surprised if it stops holding charge/discharges fast/takes long time to charge within a couple of months use
Its like a EverReady battery or those cheap batterys they have at the dollar store
They work but soon you have to replace

Why would you want a 2mA charger? That wouldn't even charge enough to keep up with drain at idle.
Are you looking for a 2A charger, maybe? HUGE difference.

Go to ebay and type "Samsung genuine note 3 charger". Narrow the search field to Buy Now and Least to Greatest.
Now if you're going to come back and say "hey, all those are from China and HK"! My response is going to be, what part of our device isnt? So dont go expecting one from a US seller because we all know where they got their from and price jacked it.

How do you know, I mean REALLY know what you have is genuine? Are you using CORE or comparing disassembly or using o-scopes?
Isn't yours "stamped" like everyone else's?
I have this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A9PO5AM/ref=oh_details_o09_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I bought it when I bought the samsung QI wirelss charger pad a while back. The pad needs a 2 amp charger. The build quality is pretty good. I wanted one that the cable doesn't come off because my wife steals all my USB cables. I've been happy with it. I use it all the time for my Note 3, 2013 Nexus 7 and the QI pad when I have the time to lay my tablet down and not use it while its charging.

Because since I stopped buying "genuine" from eBay, amazon or the like I haven't had to buy more chargers to replace "genuine". All the chargers I've received with my phones or I have bought from the OEM itself are still going strong. The only charger I would trust not bought from a big known corporate OEM or similar is phi hong of which the original nexus one and galaxy nexus came with by the way. My phi hong nexus one charger is still going strong. Phi hong makes good power supplies also. Ive also researched what you get when you buy fleabay. Dirty unreliable power that 9 times out of 10 isnt rated what it says on the sticker and if it does output what is says on the sticker you're getting a charger that probably wont last 3 months or might start a fire or burn out your phone or your battery. Buying from amazon or eBay is very high percentage you're buying disposable to save a buck or two and being a tree hugger I realized myself and other people were spending more going that route. Peace out.

Well, my Note 2 didn't come with a charger and I bought a "genuine" one off ebay. That was a year ago and I recent went to the Note 3. Now that charger I bought off ebay is still working fine. So either it's "genuine" as it was advertised or its a really close copy being it looks the exact opposite as the one that came with my Note 3.
So maybe, just maybe, there are genuine Samsung chargers on ebay.

good find, however if you are worried about it being the genuine article, I'd go the samsung website route.
39.99, it's only 20 bucks with the 50% off coupons floating around, and it's guaranteed to be genuine.

The sammy site still shows coming soon on those batteries
It doesn't seem right, I haven't seen a packaging like that, and it doesn't have the proper samsung logo on it.
ButI could be wrong.
The price is great but the only thing that seems shady is the odd box and the website that looks like it was designed with 1996 Html lol

Is this the web page you're referring to, where its sold out? If not, can you please provide the link?
samsung.com/ca/consumer/mobile/mobile-phones/mobile-accessories/EB-B800BUBECCA?subsubtype=battery-covers
Thank you.
Edit - as a newbie I can't post full web pages until i have 10 posts.
So it's been a month @harosxcomp170
How's the battery holding up so far?
Sorry guys I forgot I wrote this topic, but yea this website is legit! Its just the battery and a plastic case to keep the battery in! I've done my research and it is a genuine Samsung 3200mah battery made in Korea. Go to shopblt.com its only $24.99 and free shipping too! Here are some more pics of the battery and case that comes with it too! I peeled back the sticker to show the shinny chrome looking metal and the back of the sticker is the same color gray as the front of the sticker which means it's legit! One of the other photos shows the NFC antenna a little in the light behind the label too!

not sure if it's just me but your pictures wont load
Here are some pics of my stock battery that came with my T-Mobile phone new in the box! Its got the Chrome shinnyness metal and the back of the sticker is the same color gray as the front of the sticker! The only difference is on the Battery that came with my phone it says Cell Made in Korea, Assembled in China. The Genuine OEM one that I bought from shopblt.com says Made In Korea. But on the box it says it was packaged in the USA! But its legit it holds a charge the same as the one that came with my phone, maybe lasts a little longer just cause it's a bit newer! Really good deal too! Hope I answered everything for you guys! Enjoy! shopblt.com also had some other great deals on some other OEM parts for the Note 3 too!

Is it me or is that website extremely difficult to navigate? It appears that they are out of Note 3 batteries right now though...which is no surprise. Samsung really sucks when it comes to accessories.

Yea it is a crappy looking website but I swear there legit! They sell a lot of other things in there warehouses too so I kinda understand why there website isn't that we'll put together. But they have some great deals though!
The pics I posted a couple posts up should be working now! !

D852 PMA wireless charging battery door $30 shipped

Hey guys I just wanted to share with you a PMA enabled battery door that will allow you to wirelessly charge your G3 with a Powermat charger. Here is a link:
http://www.aliexpress.com/store/pro...2-Housing-Shell-with/1628681_32274550167.html
I just ordered one yesterday, they are $30USD with free shipping from China. When I receive mine I will let you know what I think.
IMO this is a much better option than the stickers you can get. With the stickers you have to butcher your stock backplate which could complicate warranty issues. This way you're getting a new door and you don't need to worry about how to align the sticker properly and such.
I also ordered 3 Powermat chargers from Amazon.com. They were $4 each and shipping for all 3 combined was about $5. I shipped them to CBI on the US side of the border and I will pick them up in a couple of weeks.
Anyhow, I just thought I would share about a cheap/good way to get wireless charging with your G3.
You can also get this one in the us for the same price. I bought it because I didn't have to wait for shipping from China. It's been working great for months.

How does it compare to the original? My link is better for Canadians because amazon.com won't ship to us.

I don't have anything to compare it to as it's the only one I've ever used, but it has worked flawlessly. I suggested the one from amazon because you said you were shipping to the US and then picking up. Either way, it's an option and I know it works.
Post back when you get the one you ordered. I'm curious to see if it causes the battery door to bulge like mine. That's the only downside.
