I recently installed cyanomod on my wildfire (buzz), but when my phone is on AC i can not turn the phone on. this can only be fixed by removing the battery and booting it without being connected to the net. Also,if i plug in the AC when the phone is turned off, the red led indicating the battery charging will won't turn off when i unplug the device.
Any suggestions to fix this?
Thanks in advance

Hey guys last night i left my phone in charge and everything was fine until this morning i woke up and i realised that my phone isnt charging whit the wall charger but only whit my pc using my usb cord so i was wondering if my wall charger is broken or the phone itself because in my wall charger when i plug it i can see the green light on?
Thanks.

Hmm. Well if it works with the PC then the phone should be fine. My guess would be maybe a fuse in the wall plug part. Maybe one of the electrical engineers can chime in to help you out.

same thing happened with me weeks ago... its a charger related problem!! dont worry.. get a new one!!
This happens every once in while to me. Unplug from the phone and replug and wait for the phone's green light. If it doesn't start in 5 10 secs. reboot and then as a final measure (before buying a new charger) pull battery for another 5 secs. Hope this helps

Hey guys here's a tough one. I have a 3G/Flyer that has no charge to its battery what so ever. when i plug it in the charger, the power LED blink a couple of times and then it boots into bootloader and LED stops blinking (i know that it doesnt charge while in bootloader) as soon as it hits bootloader it shuts down again only to start blinking and do the same thing over and over and over.
any ideas??
The little charge that it gets is immediately drained by the bootloader white screen.
What if anything did you do prior to getting stuck in this state

Battery is dead, plug it in and leave it. It will boot after a few hours charging (preferably overnight)

when the battery is full empty
the charge is very slow
at 0.01% the archos turns ON automatically
I rebooted my phone and it won't power on. I have tryed a known good battery and still no luck. It is rooted and s-off. I have tryed all the usual tips volume down and power, pulled battery. Anybody else have this problem?

Hi guys,
a friend of mine has the Desire X.
Yesterday the phone turned off because of an empty battery.
Now he can't turn it on again.
Phone was untouched in that sense that it wasn't unlocked via HTC and no modifications of any kind were made.
When the phone is connected to the charger or connected via USB to the PC the LED is on.
EDIT: phone is not found via adb
Any ideas how to turn it on?
Unplug device from charger and hold power button for at least 10 seconds. It should reboot.
Otherwise press volume down and power and hold them both for at least 3 seconds. This will get you into bootloader where you can select reboot with volume buttons and power to confirm.
AW: Desire X turned off and doesn't turn on anymore
Does not work. This is what we tried in the first place.

show it to HTC if its not working after charging for some time too..and removing battery once..
It looks like an hboot brick... That's unfixable...

But he didn't do anything like root, etc.
But if it is a hboot brick, yes you can do nothing.

Hi what did you end up doing? Did your Desire X come back to life? How did you fix it? It just happened to mine. Same exact symptoms!
What actually happens when this occurs, and why is it not fixible.?

Can you just replace empty battery with another fully charging?
My HTC Desire X didn't turn on too (with still the orange light), so I tried the famous "Hold 'power on' + 'volume down'" for hard reset but didn't work. I decided to plug in my PC (I say it but I'm don't think it was decisive) and I removed my MicroSD and the SIM card and then, the previous manipulation (Power on + volume down) worked.
Hope it will help.
