Hi, i'm finding a rom to update my old htc magic to android 2.1.
i found many roms but the download's link doesn't work because it is a megaupload's link.
If someone can sent to my a working rom or a working linke i would be very happy. and if someone can send to me a tutorial for the installation of the room i will be very pleased.

I recently got my flyer (2 days ago ) I live in Lebanon and I noticed that my flyer doesn't support the Arabic language, and I really need that for my work, emails, internet browsing...Is there a place where I can download a ROM that supports Arabic? Is there a patch that I can install?
Please any suggestions are much appreciated.

Yes you can upgrade to Honycomp which support arabic reading and writing but the prossess is lengthy and you have to follow it carefully. the link below is speaking about reverting to GB but since your flyer is new you can just follow the upgrade to the end of the process you can change to other rom there in XDA I use Mwakious Flying ROM®(MFR®) NEW GENERATION 2.0

There is a thread about an Arabic Gingerbread ROM in ce4arab.com and adslgate.com, I don't have the exact link but it should be easy to find and they have all the instruction and it's much easier than flashing Honeycomb..

Hello,
If you look above the guys shared links with me, one of them shows you how to add the Arabic support without installing a full ROM.
However I found it complicated and found it much easier to just install the full Arabic ROM.
If you have bad internet, I doubt you'll be able to donload the ROM since its a minimum of 600 mb compressed.
Anyway try ce4arab.com mentioned in a previous comment above, I found the original Arabic ROM for the flyer and installed it successfully.

I am running the exact ROM right now and waiting for a flashable patch so I can load LeeDrOiD ROM as I found those ROMs were really good when I had my Desire HD but am not complaining so far..

OK, i am on the 3 network and have sent an email to LG regarding updating to 2.2.3 and they say that it is only available in the UK on the T-mobile network, I want to no if i can manually update to 2.2.3 that is compatible with the UK and my network. If not is there anyway to unlock my phone to make it compatible?
I have already rooted my phone using Gingerbreak
If i can update is there anywhere where i can get download links and a step by step guide that will work on my phone? i have been through many posts that explain things but i still am not to sure whether they will work with my phone, and if the ROM will work with my phone.
If i could get some advice or if someone could point me in the right direction of a post that will help me i would be most grateful!

I meant that i want to update to 2.3 gingerbread, or if anyone no's of any better ROM's that would be great, i generally use my phone for games, apps, music and browsing the internet so i just assumed that the official 2.3 ROM would be a better option but i am open to any suggestions. Download rom manager from market and flash clock wok rocovery and use a rom from ther they are mostly based on 2.3 or if you looking for something more advanced with tweeks download a rom from here make shur you have the right baseband 1st

Yesterday i bought htc Sapphire Also known as HTC magic 3g (Not slide).
It have android 1.5 version.
Now i want to upgrade its version to latest available for it.
Please experts tell me what is the best latest available version for it (I am thinking that it would run Jelly Bean 4.1 if so, its great).
And please also refer me a very noob tutorial step by step how to update it because i have never bought android phone so thats why i dont know much as you all know.

I could find 14.0.3 and successfully installed it, but I don't like my phone to be buggy. So I wna clean install version 15.0 and then update step by step to 15.0.1, 15.02 and finally 15.0.3!
Could any1 plz help me to find the original ROM download file of v15.0.0, 15.0.1update and 15.0.2update?? I already downloaded 15.0.3 update.
I came across the main thread of Mwakious, but finding it very difficult and neither the download link work. Or I might be searching on wrong way

Hey, i need help from experienced guy if possible, i updated my phone to 2.1 to 2.2
Then 2.2 to 4.1 then 4.2.1
Now camera isnt working.
It worked perfectly before updates.
