When I read the overview for ICS, I saw that one of the features was the ability to access the notifications from the lockscreen. I so far cannot use this on my TP. Pulling on the notification bar does absolutely nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

The Galaxy S notification bar is awesome with some function toogle such as wifi and silent mode.
Is it possible to port the notification bar to Nexus One?
Cheers!
And we all know that the notification bar is where these toggles belong!!! I second this!
No more power control widget :>
Would be a great feature to see appear in Cyanogen roms
The problem with that is once you start at wifi toggle, bt toggle someone will want something else and eventually you will end up with clutter in the Notification Bar. Its a Notification Bar, not a Settings Bar. I just use Quickdesk with long press on search. Each to their own I guess.
Speaking of clutter, this should prob go in the Apps n Themes thread.
I imagine it is possible since Samsung released the Galaxy S source. The app "Tasker" can accomplish something similar to this in the meantime.
Previously my S3 could display whatever apps that was running in the notification shade (pull down notification / status menu thingy). It was simple to switch between apps this way. After I upgraded to JB, this function was gone. I can't remember what app it was that made that happen or was it something in ICS.
Does anyone know how to get this function back or what app I could get to achieve this function?
Hi everyone,
I searched the web for quit a time now, but did not find anything to answer my question:
Is there any way to disable the icons in the notification bar which appear while apps running in background without losing their full funktion?
For example I have an "Anti-Virus Program", "LBE Security Master" an "Tasker" running in Background. There a little Icons shown in the Status-Bar and big notifications when I pull down the notification bar. Of course many apps have an option to disable this, but they tell me that they won´t work right anymore if I would disable that. Since Jelly-Bean, I think, there is a way to disable notifications from every app but same thing here - apps seem not to work right anymore.
Is there a way to get rid of the icons or the big notifications without losing their funktion?
Thanks for answers

Really no one has that problem?
This is a very good forum but sadly in very most cases no one answers...
I was wondering if the default lockscreen on Jellybean was customization. I came from using the Jellybean theme on WidgetLocker and had it so unlock was at the top of the circle, camera was on the left and voice search was on the right. It made access to much of my phone very quick but I didn't like the way much of the major functions like music playing or a missed call or message wouldn't integrate at all. I recently switched to a stock Jellybean ROM and I like the default lockscreen and the way notifications integrate well but I don't like the slow access to things. The way you swipe from the left to access the camera works okay but I don't like how it lingers there for a second or two before it gives me control. So is it customizable and if not does anyone know to add more integration to widgetlocker? Thanks
Hello All.
I have an S III and Running CM10.2.
I Want to have full screen on EVERY APP on the phone, but still have the ability to access my Notifications bar.
I Have tried some apps but none of them worked to get Fullscreen and the Navbar together...
Any Suggestions?
