[Q] Galaxy i550L locked: too many pattern attempts. Possible brick? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, this is my first post here in XDA,
-- And my problem is-
I've a samsung Galaxy i550L, and is locked for too many pattern attempts,
the easy way to unlock it, is entering google mail and pass, but this way DOESN'T WORK for me.
But that's not all, my PC doesn't recognize the cell phone!, when i connect my phone with computer, just start charging the battery. (So in a way yes it recognizes, but can't acces to it).
There is nothing i can do, also i tried ti connect with Odin, and tried accessing to recovery mode for Factory reset by adb recovery on PC, but of course, PC doesn't recognized the phone >.<.
The only thing i can do is access to Download Mode (Volume Down, Home Button and Power button), but neither is recognized by pc or any program
My phone has a solution? (thanks in advance, and sorry for bad english)

why doesn't this work for u?
If you've forgotten your google id:
just connect it with ur pc and open up kies (must have usb debugging off or won't connect with kies). Click on your phone contacts. There should be a tab for your google id in your contacts.
If you've forgotten your password: try recovering from google website.
Other than that, I'm out of suggestions.

Many phones have a key combo that restores the default settings (the lock pattern should be removed also). Perform a search in google to find it

[Q] how to enter debug or recovery or unstock

hello, i have a tablet techpad that only has the power button and the reset hole
i have been reading a lot and i'm desperate now
the tablet got stuck in the gmail user account due to several attemps from a friend to unlock it i forgot the password so i cant unlock it
reading i find that it can be fixed with adb but when i do all the tutorials i always find that debuggin options needed to be activated wich they arent
i try contacting the manufacters but they did not respond
basically i cant enter to the recovery because it only has the powerbutton
i cant use adb because the debuggin options are not activated
what i can access is the internal and external memory in the computer via usb cable
is there a slution for this problem, is it posible to move something in the files so it automatically boots into recovery or to activate debuggin?
thanks in advance

Recovery data problems, need big help please

Hello guys, first of all sorry for my bad english but i need your help. I have a big trouble, my phone fell to the ground and got broken display and touchscreen. I tried recovery my data but when i plug the phone with usb cable it loads in the pc but looks empty, i think because i have the pin number for the sim card (tried removed but it doesn't work ) and i have another for the android system but i can't insert the number for unlock the phone. I haven't samsung account, i haven't enabled the usb debug mode and i don't know how the hell get in my phone!! I have tons of picture to save in dat phone and any backup aviable. I don't wanta buy another display, is there another way to control this smartphone with my computer with broken display/touch, pin number and usb debug mode disabled? Pls help me boys!
Have a new screen fitted. If kies cant do it and you cant flash nothing your options are limited.

You can't access your data while the phone is locked because android blocks mtp... If all you want to do is access your internal storage, you can try flashing TWRP in Odin and then accessing your internal storage using mtp in TWRP.
Try the following:
boot into download mode with home+volume down+power, after some time press volume up to confirm download mode activation
flash TWRP via ODIN (dropbox#com/s/3ir2eqsx8ewgj8m/twrp-2.8.7.3-i9300.tar?dl=1 Link for twrp-2.8.7.3-i9300.tar)
after you notice successful flash in odin: prevent auto-reboot by long pressing power-button
reboot to recovery mode | with home+volume up+power
connect s3 with usb, MTP connection should be enabled by itself
tricky part is at point 4./5.

I think the answer of your problem is to open your Google account.

Viewsonic VSD220 factory reset /remove password

Hi everyone!
I recently got a hold of a used Viewsonic VSD220 all in one Monitor/Tablet and is password protected. I'm trying to do a Factory or Hard Reset of the unit so I can get rid of the unknown password and use the device as normal. All of the suggestions on the net involve pressing a combination of volume, plus, and or power button. This unit has only 1 (ONE) physical button, and that is the power button. All other buttons display virtually on the screen, once you have logged in. The instructions in the user's guide/manual and other websites require you to be logged in and tap menu buttons and options that are displayed virtually on the screen, and only available when logged in. The problem is, I can not log in, because of the unknown password. I don't know or have access to the associated google account; therefore I must do a hard reset. Is there a way to hard/factory reset this device without having to log in, or without a combination of buttons that this device physically don't have?
As a side note: I have tried the ADB method, I installed ADB and open a console, I connected the powered on device and didn't work. I assume that this device does not have usb debugging enabled because I don't see it in my computer with "adb devices" command. There is no prompt of MTP, Mass Storage or anything. Also I don't know any system/OS or apps versions because I can't log in. Model is VSD220 and model number is VS15006
I'm open to rooting, but then again, I can't log in, so I don't know if it is possible rooting without access to the device.
Thanks beforehand to anybody with some insight into this matter.

Access Samsung A310F with broken screen over PC

Hello,
I broke my phone screen (cant see anything) but I can still hear sounds from the phone.
I tried to access it over ADB, but unfortunately it says unauthorized. I also tried booting into recovery and sending the RSA keys over adb but the phone isn't rooted so that also isn't working.
It's running Android 7.0
Is there any way to remotely access my phone? I need the Google Authenticator database or I need to be able to use it one last time over the PC or whatever.

Yes , is possible by simple enabling ADB on your device .
To Enable , you need to flash your phone with Odin with ADB enabled file .
1. Odin https://odindownload.com/download/Odin3_v3.12.3.zip
2. ADB Enabled flash file https://files.fm/u/c33vbbkf
Instruction
1. Make sure your phone is OFF
2. Put your phone in Download mode by pressing all together Vol - & Home button & Power key]
3. Connect your phone with USB and plug in PC
4.Open Odin , click on AP , choose ADB enabled file and click on Start.
Now , wait until is flashing finished and you should be able to access to your phone storage : )
Good Luck
ADB is already enabled, its just that it says "unauthorized" when I try to access it over my PC

Cannot enter recovery

Hi,
I have an E5823 from a friend (sounds dodgy but is for real).
*. Phone is from Sweden and boots up with a 3 logo
*. I cannot enter recovery no matter what combinations of power and volume buttons i use
*. None of the codes (like *#*#7378423#*#* or *#06#) work
*. i don't know if the bootloader is locked or unlocked and cant find out.
Can anyone suggest any steps please?
have you tried using adb and fastboot from a pc?
I am trying but i cant get adb devices to recognise the phone. All drivers are installed. I suspect USB debugging is not switched on
However I cant into settings to turn on USB debugging mode. The phone is locked. I've bumped into the android FRP i think. My friend tried various accounts to unlock. No luck. I was his last resort to get the phone up and running again (i know this sounds suspect but it's for real)

Hi. Did you ever get this resolved? I am facing the same problem with my brothers phone. I can't get into recovery with any key combo and I can't get in to settings because it's locked and he forgets his PIN.
No. But i found a few YouTube videos that show you how to get around FRP
