If you're interested in working on a brand new style of journaling app, email or PM me and I'll give you the details.
If you go to my profile and then to my blog, scroll down a bit to the GLOWW Journal post and you can see a little bit of what you'd be getting into.

I searched. Unless my search-fu is weak, I couldn't find my anwser.
I like Timescape (OMG?! i kno rite) teasing me a side, I would like to know if there is some way I can change the default app that Timescape uses.
An example; If I click on a Facebook post in Timescape, it loads the internet browser. I would like it to load the Android Facebook app instead. Same with Twitter. I would like it to load my twitter app instead.
This option is available for text messaging. When I open a text message from Timescape the first time, it asked me what I wanted to open it with, Handcent or the default Messaging.
Thanks !
You can't change the FB and Twitter element of this in the current implementation of TS.. I'm just hoping they allow us to change the defaults when the new version comes out later this year.
Anyone know if this is possible yet? Can't find any other topic on this for x10...
Do I get a cookie for "old thread revival"?
Anyone know?
Thanks

Not sure, yet you can DL the file of course. i use Polaris Office due to working easily with MS Office.
Can someone post the apk for this app? I want to use it on my Xoom.
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
Anyone else have any idea about syncing?
thanks

It sure does! I sync between my Jetstream, the web, my Windows laptop, and my rooted HTC Incredible.
I have HTC Notes and the Evernote Android App on my Jetstream. You don't have to, but they each have a couple cool features that the other doesn't offer... By the way, having both installed has not led to any conflicts with syncing as far as I've noticed. Here are the couple of cool features IMO...
HTC Notes on Jetstream:
Timemark recording - open or create a note > hit record audio > write down "need to verify the numbers he reported". When I review the note after the meeting, I can jump right to the section of audio that was recorded at the time I made a particular text or ink (scribe pen) entry.
Calendar linking - I can link a note to a calendar entry... This makes it easy to recall a note specific to whatever meeting I happen to be in. I can also create a new note from a calendar entry. This only links with my calendar on the Jetstream I do not see the linked item in outlook on my PC for instance. I can still find the note in Evernote on any of my devices though.
Android Evernote App on my Jetstream:
Notes does not have the format functions I've come to depend on in my notes. The android app has the basic text formatting features like Bold and font sizes. No big deal until you have to live without them... I use formatting to categorize things withing my notes all the time. When it all looks the same, I get lost in all the noise.
The android app also has more complex formatting like bullet points and... CHECK BOXES! No such thing as notes without action items and this has become a crutch for me!
On a side note... I've used an iPad2 and a Xoom and never found either to be the go-to device that I could take from meeting to meeting. They were great for checking email and accepting meeting requests, but my phone was better... and more discreet. This is the first time I feel like I've invested in a business enhancing tool vs, a fun media, web, etc. tool. My take. I can't wait till a decent case with integrated scribe pen compartment comes out!
Cheers!

S moy Optimus V doesn't have much space on it and the Facebook app is relatively large so I don't have it installed. Every once in a while I see something I want to take a picture of and post it to facebook. Are there any apps that will allow me to do this without having the actual facebook app installed?
I know there are websites that you can hook into your facebook account to post things without going to the FB website but I'm not sure of any apps that might work in the same way.
If you know of any, please let me know.
Thanks!
This might do what you're after http://www.appbrain.com/app/andmade-share/com.andmadesoft.share quite small as well
There was a thread here a while back about this issue. Basically, every post or picture I send to Facebook through the people or picture hubs goes in with "only me" privacy.
The previous fix was to edit the permissions of the Windows phone app on facebook but this app no longer exists so I can't do that. I've tried many permutations of deleting the Microsoft app from facebook, my windows love association and the facebook account from my phone then starting again (in various orders and permutations). I've even tried logging in with my facebook.com e-mail address and nothing is fixing it. I've sent a request to FB asking for guidance and nothing yet so if anyone has anything to suggest that would be great.
It's beginning to get annoying as it's a great feature for WP.
Hi,
I've tried making this inquiry in the normal support.google.com forums and (for no particular reason) then tried stackoverflow for the last couple days, but I get no replies. I've even asked for suggestions where to post this thread. Perhaps the topic is relevant here? If not, I'd appreciate a tip on where to move it. That said...
An HTML5 ePaper I read has a function that lets us open a single article and send a url/link in an email from that open article. When I hit the article's typical Android "share" icon, and then select "Use my browser's Email Client" from that form, I can choose Gmail or Outlook. The problem is that when I select Gmail, the url in the email gets truncated and doesn't work.
Here's an (imitation) url in the Outlook email that works:
https://news-paper.com/?publink=2c7e0cc11_2457643
Notice that there's a unique identifier (ie. "=2c7e0cc11_2457643") after the word "publink" in that url.
However, when I select Gmail to handle the newspaper article, the url in the email gets truncated and doesn't work. In an (imitation) email it looks like this:
https://news-paper.com/?publink
Notice there's NO unique identifier (ie. "=2c7..." ) after the word "publink" in the url.
Any idea what is going wrong here with Gmail truncating the url? I'd like to help the ePaper publisher's tech support people fix this, or better yet, give the link to this thread so they can discuss this coder to coder.
Again, please advise if there is a more appropriate venue to post this issue. I appreciate your help.
Regards...
