Hi
I am using ICS with Nova Launcher.
I miss the old bookmark widget in Launcher Pro Plus, I used it in text only mode with a transparent skin and it looked good.
The bookmark widget that comes in ICS is ok but I want something with just a scrollable list of the bookmark names. I have looked at a few different apps on the market and they are mostly thumbnails of the webpage
any suggestions on a good app to use for this, am willing to pay a couple of bucks for a decent one

i am using spb for a long time.
but there are many other cool, clean launchers which do not need as much cpu/ram.
so i do not need most of the spb thinks. i do not use most of the spb widgets.
but i really really love the 3d sms and 3d birthday widget.
i read the posts here that it is not possible to get widgets running outside there own launcher.
i searched the web for a really long time to find widgets which are looking as cool as this 2 widgets.
can anybody tell me such widgets so that i can drop spb and use it in an other launcher?

You tried to change the launcher to see other widgets?
yes. i tried many launchers (adw, launcherpro, go ex, panda home....). but i did not find any widget that look so cool.

I also would like to know if it is possible.... I know samsung TW widgets works on others launchers but SPB's widgets seems to be locked, only works on its own launcher... too bad
I just got this and was wondering if there was a way to make the background scroll like any other android phone? Mines not doing it?
It depends of the launcher that you are using, check the config options or use another launcher.
I just did the update and now have lost scrolling on wallpapers; live and images. I see no options that affect this. When setting the wallpaper, it only gives me the option to crop the image in portrait for some reason. Any fixes?

Hey Guys,
I'm looking for some cool apps & widgets to mod my homescreen.
Right now, I'm using Apex launcher (I think that's the best out there), Minimal Text, Widgetsoid and Recast (Look for it on XDA; It's a weather/clock-widget).
Furthermore, I'm using Widgetlocker for my Lockscreen, because I was sick of the standard HTC-Theme.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a widget that would act like a scrollable container for other widgets. Mainly what I am looking for is something for Widgetlocker that would alow me to have 2 equal sized widgets that I could scroll between (music controls and Missed It!). If anyone knows of something like this (widget container, not an app container), please share it.

Hi guys.I want to ask if there's any app that can let me put widgets in the notification drawer.I'd love to have there widgets like weather,calendar and so on because my screens are filled up with them and they take too much space,so having them in one single place would be better.By widgets I don't mean "toggle widgets",I mean widgets installed from the market.I'm currently running CM9.Thanks and have a nice day!

Actually, those aren't widgets, are simply notifications. There aren't any way to put a real widget in the notification drawer. If the developer wish something like that, then he should program it using a service and normal notifications.
Maybe Jelly Beans new notifactions could have some impact on this.
