Here is a LIST (NOT LINKS) of Gameloft game versions modded and un-modded that work with the Sony Xperia S. In my testings i have only tried modded games if i already own the original copy on another handset. This thread is to help inform you of your choices if you already own a non compatible game on other handset. Not for promoting piracy.

Google is your friend here. As I said it's a list of working versions to point people to where to look. no posting of warez as piracy is wrong. This is only a guide to help people who own games they can't play due to gamelofts rubbish support.

Added Gangstar Rio. Works very nice on our Xperia S shame we cant get direct of the market yet, come on Devs support are S. A modern Gta with more detail. Strange this came from Gameloft with there track record.

hmm.. that's weird~ im seeing n.o.v.a 2 as incompatible in playstore for xperia s and the version is 1.02 instead of 1.04

Nova 1.0.4 is from Gamelofts store. As the google store only has up to v1.0.2 plus you will need to either download a copy to another device and move the APk across or search the net for the right version. Even as it works gameloft won't allow you to buy it from xperia s it's self.

A modded version is an original app but it has been modified to remove either gameloft device compatibility check or has been altered to display a different screen resolution. To make the game/app compatible with non supported devices.

All the games on that list on both store's and the modded versions found on internet on 3rd party site's are released. As i said in first post no links are being posted here as are paid title's. The only reason to get a modded game is if you own a copy of the original game (eg. you have brought it on another devices) and if that version does not work on your device.
