Did you know that some devices have slightly diffrent touch firnmware in side
some of them does have 6 and 7 but there are definetly diffrences in contranst and colour depths
Since i did some comparision
Mine is 10 points,maybe more,but I run out of fingers...

Screens are measured corner to corner. Even if they have the same screen size (4"), unless the aspect ratio is the same the actual length and width are different.

I never got these kinds of ideas... It would be more trouble than it would be worth. Also, you would have to change more than just the screen. Drivers, kernel tweaks, etc.... would all be necessary for you to actually take advantage of it

The mini has propper dual touch.
Meaning 2 touches.. no axis bugs.
you would have to be insane to require more than 2 fingers on that tiny screen.

Too right. Screen is way too small.
I was using original moto 2.3.5 version.i had 2,3 dead touchscreen spots dat were manageable though...
but now when i flashed with MROM n NEUTRINO alternatively, the dead spots have increased ...
the whole central midline 1cm line is irresponsive,,, i am not even using OC kernel, but still this happened...
any idea why this happend n what should i do ???
its really irritating nowwith all these dead touch spots...

Its very rare but a dirty flash could cause misalignment. Completely different symptoms however.

This is common for him, he's one the best devs his roms are stable advanced and usually ahead of the times for like a month of other roms but every phone I have ever owned that he made a Rom for usual gets a few builds and when its 100% stable he's gone foreve.

He's like kaiser soce - poof, he's gone... I used the Ariel ROM on my SGS3 and it was the best of the (tons of) stock-based ROMs. He put it up and after a few tweaks, that was about it. As was said earlier, he didn't seem to care much about making an update just to add a minor feature. Once it was solid, he let it be.
I just picked up an LGOG last night and am definitely flashing this ROM.
As long as he comes back and makes a JB version of The Base (once we get JB), I'll be happy.
Staring down the isle of cubicles as I see a head rolling hmm lol

I hope so but I dont think so because mine is the same since day one compared to my wife's HTC One. Within my 14 days I went back to Verizon they actually made look at 12 different one they had in Stock all the same
