is there a link for non-branded 9100T australian rom

No. There are no links. You can either search Samfirmware.com for a generic AU rom or download a carrier branded rom with Checkfus.

Try http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/ then search i9100T
Look for I9100TDUKJ1 Australian Vodafone, Hope this helps mate.

Alternatively find an international stock rom and flash an Australian modem onto it.
If you need a link that isn't multiupload - try that one http://whrl.pl/Rc56pi
It's the DUKJ1 modem

Yes, but it's buggy as hell. Best to stick with GingerBread ROMs for now.
Read the forum stickies and FAQ's in the guides before doing anything, as looks like your trying to flash a 9000 ROM instead of 9100.You can flash any 9100 firmware on a T version.
Here is a place to start:
[ROM+Guide]Official i9100 Firmwares KG, KH, KI, KJ, KK1/2/5, KL1/2/3, LA2,4 Download
Whenever using Odin, make sure you NEVER use PIT etc. Follow the guides exactly etc and you won't have a problem.
When flashing firnware, you might need to flash your carrier CSC, or just enter the APN manually. Also, you probably need to flash a modem (baseband) to recive better signal/strength/stabilty/battery life etc. These are found in the modem threads. There are some Odin flashable and other to be flashed using CWM Recovery (need root);
[REF] Galaxy S 2 Shipped Modem Collection
Edit: If the links are down, find/download with The webversion of Check Fus 2.0 and or download with the Windows Program
If your using Telstra or other 850MHz carrier, look for the T modem such in my signature (for Telstra).
If your unsure, best to re-read again and again, follow guides exactly, and also the forum stickies before posting.

Hi Sam1,
See the thread of intratech " [ROMS]Official i9100 carrier branded firmware download for Odin Flash"
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1113928
BOKF3:http://www.multiupload.com/15O4TE3FBT

Good luck!
I don't think Multiupload has been shut down. Probably, its just temporarily down.
Is this an original dev?

@Danny04: Thanks but it is still multiupload, which has been shut down and the link no longer exist.
@3xeno: it has been shut down by fbi so means permanent ...
@Princeomi: i need the original stock
Have you asked in Intratech's thread if he has a copy (he probably doesn't, but you never know) ? If he doesn't have a copy, I doubt you'll find anyone else on here who does.
Why not flash the latest official firmware available for your carrier/country ?
@MistahBungle : where can i find the official firmware(uk version)?

Not kernel,What stock ROM/Firmware do you want??
If you only want the stock kernel then you will need to give us the original firmware you have on your phone.
unable to locate stock rom
I have recently purchased an sgs2 (actually came to my senses and swapped it for a blackberry) and have been scouring the forum for information on how to restore the rom to stock so I have a base to start from. I am new to Android so excuse my ignorance on this. If I do a *#1234# I get the following:
PDA: I9100XXKI3
PHONE: I9100XXKI3
CSC: I910OXAKI3
Build Info: Thu Sep 15 13:53:07 KST 2011
I am based in South Africa and can use the phone as normal but it does currently seem to be a bit unstable and the Market Place crashes fairly regularly on the phone. My carrier is Vodacom South Africa and from research the ROM I have on the phone is a generic for Europe (not sure if this is relevant).
In Kies, there is a message that says updates cannot be done using KIES.
I have tried download the stock ROM from the links on the forum but multiupload.com seems to be down or has very high congestion.
HELP PLEASE!!!

The real question I have is which is the correct ROM to download? There is such a lot of information that I am totally confused now.
On all the posts I've seen so far the one to download for South Africa could be many different versions. What is the relevance of this information?
XWKI4
Firmware info
PDA:XWKI4
PHONE: XXKI1
Date: 14/09/2011
Android 2.3.4
What information do I use to determine the correct version of file to download. I am completely confused by the mass of information available, especially considering my phone is currently running what I assume to be XXKI3 which is non south african.
Could it be that my phone was originally purchased in Europe? If thisd is so should I be installing a version of ROM for that region or will any region do?
Bazilla said:

What firmware was on the phone originally or what firmware do you want .

Who knows ???
CSC: I910OXAKI3 but that reads as Polish CSC from memory .
Its normal to download the firmware for the location the phone is being used in .
Its also usual to download the latest version .
Its the CSC that gives local network details and the baseband /modem that may be changed if poor reception .
XILA2
Android 2.3.6
This package has: PDA: XILA2| Modem/phone: XXKL1| CSC: XEUKH2
Latest posted for the UK .
I would flash that enter network settings if needed manually .
CSC or modem can be changed later .
Note multiupload is closed down for good you will need a Google search or Sammobile .com for firmware .

This is a South African Firmware and although its 2.3.4 it contains the regional info (CSC) that you need to make it stable.Dont forget to do a factory reset after flashing.

Flashing a stock rom to an unbranded phone - OTA

EDIT: The headline is supposed to say - 'Flashing a stock rom to a BRANDED phone'
Hey guys!
I've recently acquired a Galaxy S3 yet my carrier has decided to brand the phone (Three). I've been talking to them about getting them to debrand it but they will not do it for free, and they say that once debranded I won't be able to receive OTA.
My question now is: Will I, if I do it myself, be able to flash an unbranded stock rom located on the internet using ODIN and still receive OTA updates, or is there something preventing me from doing this?
Cheers
Mikkel
I had the same issue (orange),
Go to SamMobile download the latest unbranded btu (uk) version 4.1.1 and flash with odin.
As you flashing the official stock firmware you don't need to be rooted and your counter won't change.
You will then get the ota updates from Samsung and not your carrier or you can just keep flashing the latest versions as above.

But I suppose I have to find one that comes from my country, which is Denmark. The only one I can find on sammobile appears to be a branded version from Three.

Go to the Sammobile.com site then the firmwares link and select
Type - Smartphone
OS - Android
Model - this will be your phone for example GT i9300 - Galaxy S 3
Country - and from the drop down lost select Open Europe OXA
That is non branded European version 4.1.1, it should work fine for you.
Totally up to you this is just a suggestion to get rid of the branding from 3 which is the only version listed under Denmak itself in the country list
Use CHECKFUS to download any current firmware from Samsung and flash via Odin .
jje
Thanks a bunch guys. This is great help!
Before I start flashing the rom is there anything I have to do? Do I have to backup/wipe/reset the phone or do I simply start download mode, connect it to my PC and flash the new rom using Odin?
