I also purchased this battery. Its similar one as the one I purchased few weeks ago but this is from Hong Kong instead of UK. Over all it looks and feels similar as the one from UK and it also says that its MADE IN JAPAN. We'll see how this battery performs.
Will post and update in few days.

I'm seeing alot of these ~$16.00 batteries, would be nice if in reality they were 2500mha but I would bet the story under the sticker tells a different story. Good luck with your Battery Juroid.

Does this battery fit without an extended cover?

Please let me know how this battery preforms. I was contemplating on the purchase of one.

This battery is same size as OEM so no extended battery cover is needed. I really don't think this battery is 3030mAH. I'll be happy if it performs just like OEM.
With that, here is my first review.
Over all this battery performed well. It was on a light to moderate use. More towards light use.
Total of 16hrs 24 min use with 1hr 48min display time. I recycled this battery 2x so far.

[WIP] Mugen Power 2650mah Slim Extended Battery Review

I just got the 2650mah rated extended battery. Will post a review once it goes through a few cycles.

Awesome, thanks for doing the review. I've been on the fence about ordering this batt.
Hello where did you buy and how much?
You can get it at mugen power website. So far it had been disappointing (stock performs better) however let's see after a few cycles.

extended for an extra 150mah? not worth it...
Where is the review
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using xda premium
Aftermarket batteries are crap. OEM's spend millions on battery research. Aftermarket battery companies spend a fraction of that, hence why their batteries blow chunks. Don't waste your money.
Yeah on second thought 2650mah is only like a 6% increase in battery life?
I'll have to agree. Not enough return for the price. I'm waiting to see if seidio comes out with 5,000 mAh extended like I keep hearing about
seidio has there battery available now.

Yeah I know. But what's more important to each person is really gonna be the question. Size or battery life?

have you tested it?, any comments?
thanks
I finished testing it and will post a full review along with pictures (for proof?) later tonight. Currently at work so unable to do so.
But for anyone looking to buy, I say don't waste your money. The extra minutes isn't worth the $45-50... I am returning it and buying another stock for $25.
Also I apologize for the delay for the review
If you want extended battery life, buy the Anker.
Anyone purchased any of the 2800 may batteries off eBay?
Curious if they really are more power or its just another lie.
Is there a good aftermatket extended battery out there?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using xda premium
Why cant they make a 3000mAh battery thats only 50% thicker instead of double???

Big Battery...

So having a bigger battery is nice right? I mean all that extra juice comes in handy especially with that nice big note screen. However the thing looks a bit funny and isn't well protected anymore. Is there a case that replaces the back cover? The batteries are rather cheap(I got scammed for 40 bucks for my 5200) there must be something out there....
Your best bet is to just buy a spare OEM battery and charging dock. Keep it slim and most likely 2 OEM batteries will last longer then a 5200. The spare is real thin, I keep mine in my wallet. Usually only need it for trips and really late nights partying.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using xda app-developers app
This is honestly your best bet at this moment. I'm ordering mine tomorrow after my pay clears. I also have a 5000mah battery but I figure this would help me along also.

I was hesitant to buy the extended battery, however at less than $9 shipped, I took the chance. I'm very satisfied! Sure, the device is bigger now, but I can go the whole day while on LTE and not worry about swapping the battery out or forgetting the extra battery, etc. I purchased an aluminum bumper to aid in protection for the sides. I got over 6hrs screen on time yesterday on the FIRST day of using the battery. All syncs on, all location services (except GPS) on always, etc. Basically, I wasn't trying to save battery at all.

I have an extended battery and Hyperion case its not that bad after this I don't think I could go back to the regular battery I stream Pandora to my Bluetooth speaker and play Netflix heavy. I can make it through 8 hours now its well worth it for me!
I'm testing both these extended batterys to see which ones better.

HyperIons case fits the funky extended battery

Battery not so good... Bigger battery?

There is a battery coming out for our phones that's over 3x the strength of ours, And it comes with a case that looks as durable as an otterbox.

Check out the one for the S4, ours wold be just like it. Would anyone get this?

My battery last two to three days. No need for a bigger battery, I get roughly 9 hours screen on time
Sent from my SM-N900V using Xparent Green Tapatalk 2
Agreed. If you can't make it through the day on the stock battery you probably have something running constantly in the background or a wakelock issue.

Got to agree with the people up top. Download something like GSam Battery and check what's running in your background.

Do not have a clue what a wake lock is but I am lucky to get 2 days, when GPS and bluetooth are on 24/7.
I like them on always, GPS for my runs and bluetooth for the car, gear, and fitbit.
Turn GPS off seems better.
I've been off the charger for 30 min, pretty constant use checking messages and such, down %5 that's 10%/hour, 5 hours of screen on time? If it were more like 9 I could actually make it through a day at work.
Heres a screen shot, I just downloaded that gsam battery app, so we'll see today what happens

Now that app says android system (wake lock) is the most draining issue on my phone. How do I fix wake lock issues?

I bought a Hyperion Extended 6400 mah battery. Doing first charge tonight. Will let you know how it goes
Case feels great on the phone. It makes it feel better in hand because it gives you something to hold on.
the stock battery is just fine for me. i charge every other day and still have a good percentage left. :good:
There is already a thread about the ZeroLemon 10,000mAh Battery.
Mine lasts 5 days with minimal use, 2 with regular and 1.5 with intensive.
Plus I just pre-ordered a 15600mah powerpack mobile charger. I'm set.

These guys are a joke. There have been no reviews showing the capacity in Mugen's batteries are more than Anker's despite it costing more than DOUBLE the price.
In fact, there are review AGAINST IT.: http://batteryboss.org/

Thanks for the opportunity to make my 4th. This is my second week on this forum, and I'm mostly reading, not posting. When I feel that I can contribute, I do. I've used smartphones for 10 yeras since E90 and used many different extended battery brands, so yeah, I stand by what I say.
I've used the Mugen Extended battery on both the original Note and the Note 2. I didn't have a problem with either. Great quality and great battery life. True the price is steep but it's a good product. If the back cover of the Note 3 extended battery was like the leather effect of the standard cover, I'd be more inclined to get it

Do they sell the back separately? There is no reason to think that the battery is better than an Anker, but the back definitely is.
How did you think they are able to charge that much?

Yes, we do, and we exchange back doors for the ordered batteries free of charge.
I wouldn't mind having an extended battery although I don't really need one. Only thing really keeping me from getting something like this is the fact that there isn't any cases that this would be compatible with and I have to have some kind of protection on my device.

Well it all depends on your needs and taste.
I dislike big rounded styluses so I ordered a Samsung C Pen which works great for me!.
Cases, well I got a few but nothing so far that I call amazing. As for Battery back ups, there is one that is 4500mAh and outputs 1A which I saw a nice review for it on youtube and feedback seems to be a good choice.

Sony's CP12 Power Cover is a 3000mAh battery case with flip cover & stand and comes with such a stylus. It comes with a magnetic charge cable to charge the battery & phone. It's mains charging process charges the phone's battery before it tops up the case's battery, when the case is charging the phone's battery, when the phone hits 100%, the case stops supplying power.

The stylus is extendable, BTW. The case does add a little more width to this already large phone, but it still fits in the front pockets of my slacks.
Yeah note for 139 I don't think I can do that for a case that seems a bit to steep for me I saw a couple on amazon for about 30 buck but I'll check out the Samsung c pen out
