I tried every app on Market and there is no chance to print on my Samsung ML 2010 printer. It is shared and other computers on network can print on him. Some of applications recognise him, but no printing...
Did someone find any solution?
Thanks in advance

Is an IP printer? or usb or lpt printer? you can try programs like epson iprint
It's usb printer, attached to my home computer. Every pc from my network can print...

I would think that you could only print to a network printer not a shared printer... but I might be wrong.
I use printbot on my networked printer... seems to work but I only used it a couple of times.

I wonder if any chef can add more drivers to the printer other than the HP. I have a brother brand and it will not connect to it. Is it possible the edit the printer driver script?
I would like this also, I have a lexmark and it doesn't detect it :/

What are you using to print with?
I have Printer Share and it works with the Brother, Kodak, HP's and Canon that I use.
If your printer is connected to your computer that's also on the network, then you should download "Google cloud print" on both your phone and comp and that is a workaround. That's what I have to do.

Has anyone found a free printing app compatible with the Nook Tablet? I tried Google Cloud Print but you need your computer on for it to work...which, to me, defeats the purpose of having the app since the NT is Wi-Fi only. I couldn't get GCP to work anyway.
Only other thing I found was PrinterShare Mobile Print, but you have to buy pages, etc.

That...that just doesn't help at all.
I've got an HP printer and the HP ePrint app worked fine with my rooted Nook Color. I've installed it on the Tablet and it will see my networked HP printer, but it won't print to it. If you have an HP printer, you might take a look at that and see if you can get it to work.
I probably should have noted I have an HP Deskjet 3050 wireless...not ePrint compatible, already tried that. =/

I'm very pleased with Cloud Print, but I use ProWOL app to wake my PC if it is sleeping prior to printing. I have a HP photosmart 7200. Wake On Lan can be tricky to set up, and but once the router is configured properly, it works great.
You need to enable adhoc on your Nook Tablet. There is a mod available here on xda. I used it on mine and was then able to see my hp printer.

I've done this, now how do I search for my printer?

I found Epsom iPrint for free at the market. It only works for wireless Epson printers. It won't work for your HP but for others looking at this thread may find it useful.

I found that Printer Share works great. Have it on my NT and Captivate.

I'll second Printer Share, it works great for me. I've also discovered that Google Cloud print works great also. I used it today while out of town to send a document to my printer at home.

Yes but don't you have to purchase pages?

Hi,
I would like to use the display of my desktop pc to display a 'copy' of my galaxy s3 screen in semi real time. What is the best way to do this please?
I know I could use a hdmi cable between s3 and a hdmi compatible PC screen but helas my PC monitor is not equipped with a hdmi input. It only has a vga input.
Therefore I would need some program running on the PC capable to fetch via wifi or via a cable, the content of what is displayed on my galaxy s3 screen.. So I suppose I would need some specific software on the s3 as well...
Is there any such solution?
Thanks for your help

Hi, I use TeamViewer and find it does a good job.
Thanks for your replies guys. I'll try Teamviewer, but from what I understand it won't work over usb? I'm looking for a fast and local screen sharing solution.
The 4.2 screen share function sous very good! Will it be over usb? Wifi? 3g?

Hi, there is an app called BBQScreen now. I just tried it, it connect via local wifi.
Some years from now, since my nokia smartphones, i've been using MyPhoneExplorer, it has a function (phone control) that is what you want. It also stores your sms, contacts, etc.

You can use Quicksupport
I've heard of this, even went into office Max to see about figuring it out. Has anyone got any experience with this?

I have printer share from the play store, and it works with a lot if printers. Also, I use an Epson app for my wp-4530 at the office.

You can set up Google cloud printing. Its in Google chrome. You just set up the printer you have (in chrome settings) and it works pretty well. Think you just need Google chrome browser on your phone and pc (that has connection to the printer) and Google's Cloud Print app on your phone.
The Cloud Print app actually gives instructions how to set it up.

I have a laserjet and a Togo usb cable, and use printer share.
Thanks for all the answers..
Apparently ics has a built in wifi printing system that establishes a link with any wifi enabled printer. Works pretty well actually.
