You got to be f**king kidding me!
Great Video
Did they train the elephant? I can´t imagine that a Elephant uses a Smartphone like this without Training. Not important, I´m just not sure if the Add maked a good message, the Phone is big, everybody knows that and everybody can see that, but to proof that it is big ENOUGH for an Elephant? I don´t care, the Add is cool
Yes it might be a negative for people with weight issues. Its a cool ad for people who have the phone but for people who are thinking about buying one it might change their mind.

elephants are way smart, and have excellent memory, once they learn something, it stays with them forever
thus the old saying of never do anything bad to an elephant or it will hunt you forever
they can recognize a person even after years and years without seeing them
and they easily learn stuff they are able to do.
at first i also though the video was fake, but every time i doubt so, they turned the camera around, and it was indeed the elephant doing all that stuff, rather than a muppet hand faking it
If you send the link to your phone and use youTube to open, it states (I can't post links):
Description
Peter the elephant plays with a Samsung Galaxy Note. This all real, no film trickery, post-production or hidden cuts -- he's just a very clever elephant. Check out the unedited footage clips if you don't believe it:

LOL.. I could always elaborate...
I have somehow managed to convince an iPhone 4s user and a Nexus user (both close colleagues @ work) to switch to the AT&T Note just by allowing them to play with my toy. The Nexus user is a Verizon customer that is now seeking to switch to AT&T. That's pretty special IMO.

It does feel good when you show someone your phone and they automatically love it. I had a Dell Streak before the Note and converted 2 people from iphones to the Dell Streak. My dad even got the Streak but he converted from blackberry. Now my dad and i have the Note and we each have showed someone and both people got the Note when it was on sale at frys for $199.

Amen to that
I had a random awkward encounter today, but it still put a smile on my face. I was waiting for my next class and reading xda on my note, when a completely random girl, who I noticed had been standing nearby for about 5 minutes, walked by and simply said "nice phone" on her way into a neighboring class. I only had time to say thanks before she was in her class, but it was cool that she apparently knew what phone it was and acknowledged it.
Not that I'm looking for attention at all, but I love the simple conversations it can start with people, and I think people are really starting to realize how awesome Android phones can be. I enjoy showing people my Note and the awesome things it and Android can do.
With Android in general, I have loved being different from everybody that has an iPhone, which is seemingly everybody at my college. Even more so, I like how the Note stands out even more, as I guarantee not a single other phone on the market would have piqued that girls interest around my school, as all you see are iPhones, nor would she gave distinguished it from being any other old regular Android phone. This phone is turning heads, and people have taken a huge liking to Samsung recently.

Glad to hear. Ive yet to see anyone carrying a Note in person besides me. But it doesnt bother me, makes me feel unique when I whip it out. All I see are people's eyes squinting at their little 3.5" inch screen (yes i'm talkin about the iPhone). Same sized screen since 2007, its old news. Go BIG or GTFO of here.

I'm still getting uninitiated attention in public randomly. This has carried over to the Note from the Streak.
Like if I'm in a regular shopping-type of center, and just standing around using my phone, some random passerby's will notice me and ask about what I'm holding.
But I definitely think this would stick out most in a university lecture hall type of environment.
From asking some random local at&t store sales reps, they said a good share of both genders have purchased the Note. I initially was guessing that it would be mostly guys buying them.

FACT CHECKERS UNIT is a web series. You need to keep up to date on your pop culture. This is not a comercial at all its an episode of FCU and has nothing to do with Samsung at all and is not made by Samsung the stars just get paid to endorse Samsung products on their show just like other tv shows and movies do with other brands. Its kinda like how James Bond will drink beer instead of liquor for the first time in the next James Bond movie, cause Heineken paid him to drink their beer in the movie. This episode came out about a week ago and was watched by millions including myself. Every episode of this season has featured the Galaxy Note in some way. The season started in Jan and the season was called FCU2 GALAXY NOTE. Get your facts straight!

Thats the default Samsung dialer. You can use video calls without an internet connection or with one. Not sure how it works without a connection but it does. Anyway AT&T has disabled video calls on their devices so we don't have it on our version of the Note. Maybe someone can add it to a rom if they haven't already.

A friend of mine asked me to see it (when a hot girl asks for your phone you just hand it over hahaha) but she is tiny, by tiny I mean 4'10" and maybe 110lbs. Well it truly looked like she was holding a tablet. Haha. That's when I saw how big it is. But I can never go back to a smaller phone now.
