What are you looking for CDMA or GSM? You looking for the latest builds or you need a update with radios and what not...

The build I have up is stock themed tho... But the latest 2.17 build.. Fresh Rom also has a rom out all stock.. You can take your pick of what you want man I only seen a few stockish roms out there..

The Link he posted is the stock stock with everything stock in it.. All bloatware is in it too lol.
The latest is 2.17 build.. So have you already updated your radios in the past? To the lateset 2.17? Are you looking for a radio update? Or just a 2.17 build?

So i flashed the new firmware ... my build is now 3.11.605.22 and im running scotts cleamrom 4.0. With that said can i run like.. lets say Bamf rezound ics? Or anything without the leaked build? Im so confused lol any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, but he already has a build up based on the new firmware as does most of the Devs if not its in the works.
Whenever someone calls me, they say "hello" and I reply but they can't hear me. It doesn't happen ALL the time but MOST of the time. It is annoying, anyone having this problem, have solutions for it?

Which kernel are you using with this rom ?
The problem you facing can arise if you are using a non-mswap version of Siyah/neak kernel as we need to use the mswap version only for AOKP/CM9 based roms ..
I faced the same issue when I didn't read the OP of the siyah kernel and flashed the wrong one over paranoid ..

I think there is a seperate post under Android development section for all modems released till now.. IMO uckk6 and uckh7 r best.. Also consider trying anther kernel if this doesn't help..

Hi the modems you suggested are gingerbread modems if im not wrong (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1336958) but i'm on ICS.
Unless here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1361393, "Modems For Samsung Based ROMs" work with AOKP?

You have some reading to do.
There is no difference GB/ICS modem.
all modems will work for you, and you would need an AOSP flashable zip in order to flash if you are running AOKP....

I'm having an issue with vanishing ringtones, notifications and pictures from my sd card (They're there, but the phone for some reason is not reading/finding them). I want to see if this problem gets solved by flashing a stock rom, but without loosing root and S-off. Is this the rom I should flash?

flash mean rom.. it has the lil ota we just got baked in the rom.. it fixes the vanishing ringtones ect...
Looking for the latest stock rooted Ics rom. If someone can post a link I would appreciated.
You could try this, if you want it to look complete stock i think version 1.0 or 1.1 might be the best. I havent flashed this though so im not sure.

You need to have the latest recovery installed before you can flash >4.4.

Thank you, I did put the newest CWM on the phone. I didn't know if I had to upgrade to JB before switching right up to 4.4.2, or if I needed to jump to CM10 first. I had a phone that required you go to at least CM9 before moving into 10. Thank you for the reply.
You can go from ICS to JB to KK and back to ICS if you want. It doesn't matter.

Thanks guys, that was the answer I was looking for. Just wanted to play it safe before doing anything.
