[Q] How do I revert back to regular stock theme HELP PLEASE! - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note I717

I'm using Saurom and installed one of the themes on the forum. It's great but I'm ready to go back to regular theme. But I don't know how?? I would like to leave everything the same except for my app icons, that would be even more awesome. Please help me someone I don't want to be stuck with this theme.

Look in the thread of the theme you flashed...there is a revert file...download and flash...done!

Or just do a full wipe and then reflash

Why do you want to wipe again? There's no need...
If you wipe, just reinstall from scratch don't worry about reinstalling from cwm. The system will work better if fresh.
And remember, if you wipe and cant get it all, just remember to take a shower for hygiene's sake. =)

[Q] Alien theme ----> Stock theme?

Is there any way to go back to the motorola theme from the alien 3 theme?
try to flash this theme right here, it's the original stock theme that Nottach uses for 'uninstalling' his custom Themes:
http://www.mediafire.com/?8sombt6awnqqujn
This worked for the most part, but the home launcher is still the one from the alien theme. And a couple other things are the same too. Do you know why this happens??

Flash the no wipe version of the rom

Do I need to flash back to 1.8.3 and start over or can I just flash the no wipe version over the alien build 3?

[Q] how to return to stock theme

Hi,
I've got a novice question. I'very just got my sgs2 and thinking of using custom themes. Just wondering how i can revert back to stock if i want to after that.
Thx.

Depending on the theme you choose to install, most have a revert package that will get you back to stock.
Just download the stock rom and install using odin... Thats all.. you will be back to stock.

I9100 Theme

I really want a theme:
( [THEME]**SPECIAL EDITION v2.2**IMMACULATE PERFECTION**(26.10.2011)*JKAY*KI3,4*Online* )
But unfortunetly this theme is only available for the international version. I was wondering, though, would i be able to flash this theme if i was running an international based rom? Or might this theme even work with the stock AT&T rom? And if not, is there any way I could make it work?
Thanks a ton for the help! =D

Yeah you can. If you flash an i9100 rom that will work with that firmware, you can flash hellraiser from the development thread that Entropy made. You will be able to use that theme. Really easy bro.
Alright thanks, I just wanted to make sure I didn't do anything to screw up my phone.

Haven't flashed in a while, do we have to worry about going back to HC from ICS?

So I have had a nightly CM9 on my GT for a while now. I recently got a Samsung Epic 4G Touch for my phone and there are tons of restrictions on which rom/kernal/recovery that you have to be on to go back and forth between ICS and GB.
Just wondering if I want to go back to a HC rom that I can just flash away and now worry about that. I can't remember if I ever when back to HC from ICS on my Tab.
Thanks
overcome rom
I have had some booting problems when trying to go from ice to hc . I tried a few but if u flash overcome hc rom u will be safe then you can flash any other Hc rom u like. I have done it a few times. Or if u are familiar with Odin you can use that without a hitch. Make sure u do a data wipe cache wipe and dalvik cache wipe Before u flash.
I go from ics to honeycomb on my tab all the time, and don't have any issues. Just remember to go into cwm and factory reset and wipe cache / dalvik before you flash.

What's your favorite ics rom if you don't mind me asking

I've switched between Overcome and CM9 without any issues - just make sure you do the usual backup, and wipe data/cache/dalvik cache.
I'm currently playing with CM9 Nightly, and AOKP - both seem pretty stable apart from the touch screen locking every now and then.

Unless you're totally bricked you can always restock with ODIN.

I have used both Cyanogenmod9, and AOKP build 36. Both are excellent ICS builds, and both have different options that make them stand out from each other. I can't say either one is better, but I started with CM9 so I tend to lean to that one more. My only gripe is probably the same gripe everyone else has: the camera doesn't work. It won't work until official ICS comes out, and I've accepted that. For that reason, task14 is my go-to ROM.

Thanks all, I just wanted to make sure since the Epic 4G Touch has so many restrictions on how to flash back forth between ICS and GB.
I have to restock my Tab with Odin and an 'official' ROM from samsung-updates.com first.
Trying to go back directly from AOKP to Overcome or Infamous with CWM Recovery leeds to bootloops for me or the ROM just won't install in Recovery...
