How to re-stock x10 mini pro - Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini

Hello!
Currently I'm running miniCM7 on my x10 mini pro and I want to re-stock it and install this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1206625. So My question is- how to get back to stock kernel, stock 2.1 and then install xrecovery and then rom that I mentioned above?

SEUS or flastool

U just need to flash stock kernel with flash tool or seus .

Do you first want to go back to stock/standard rom? Or just switch to Clean?
If you want to go back, i hope you made a backup, that makes things easier
If you just want to switch to a new rom, just do it the same way as you flashed CM7. Boot into CWM/xRecovery, choose zip, flash, factoryreset and wipe.

it's not just need the PC companion?.
I have a question. I want to restock my rom from the last backup I made from xRecovery, but im now with CWMRecovery, how can I boot into old xRecovery?

with cwm you have the option to restore using xrecovery backups

[Q] Easiest way to go back to stock ROM from FXP30b?

Hi. I'm on FXP30b, and I need to go back to stock ROM for some test with headset, what's the easiest way to do it? I have backup of stock but from xrecovery(I guess I can't restore it using CWM Recovery). I think the fastest way is to flash Baseband .71 with stock kernel and stock ROM? What about going back to FXP30b from stock, can I just flash FXP kernel and with CWM recovery restore my current backup? Will that work?

the easiest way would be to do a factory reset using your SEUS or PC companion, just click on repair then you can always root it again so you could get back to your current version, just make a back up of what you have now
Use flashtool

[Q] Help! Xperia not working

Okay, so I installed Wolf's TW latest version, and made a nandroid back up of my old rom, I flashed Wolf's and flashed the kernel, and it worked just fine, but then I realized I didn't save my contacts so I tried to revert back to the rom before which was the stock 2.1-1 and it won't boot up anymore. It will get to the sony ericsson logo and then stay there, and the led would go white and reboot. I made a nandroid backup of both roms, and I can't seem to use SEUS because it says I have the latest version. The computer recognizes it, but I can't get into recovery or anything from Flash tool.

Stock 2.1 wont boot up on a 2.3 kernal
You need to flash the 2.1 stock kernal....not sure where it is but you can try some of the stickies in the dev section.
The other way is to use some of azuzu's tools to extract the nandroid backup.
Find it in the dev section...its called unyaffs (I seem to remember)...
Finally another way will be to flash a generic 2.1 firmware.
FInd some of them here

I figured out a solution!
What I did was I just downloaded a generic firmware and flashed it using flash tool and it went back to stock, and just reroot it and reinstalled a rom. Thanks for your reply!

i will be waiting for reply.thanks in adavnce..i am using x10 mini pro
Hei Balabir how did you make your backup of the stock? With recovery, with the stock backup app?
The easiest way woud be you connect your phone to your PC ->start PC Companion -> start update Service -> press repair Phone and the stock rom will be installed ALL DATA IN YOUR PHONE WILL BE DELETED !!! So backup anything you need to your sd card first

you just have to boot into recovery, in minicm7, hold power button, choose reboot, choose clockworkmod.
In clockworkmod recovery choose backup and restore-->restore-->the date you backup stock rom.

nAa kernel and rom for x10 mini pro

Hey can we put xrecovery in this
THANKS IN ADVANCE
There is something you need to know before you check with xrec.
xrecovery is the basic and old recovery and backup system. now all of the scripts that custom roms use need CWM recovery. because that is easy and all (majority) of the users use that recovery.
Why do you want to go back to xrecovery? you will/sometimes brick your phone if you try to install a custom rom using xrecovery. so it is better that you move to CWM.
That is much better and advanced then xrec.

I have a xrecovery backup of my 2.1 rom
Can I restore it via cwm
And do I need to do factory reset before restoring to 2.1
Please help
Why u want to go back? Why don't u just install it straight away? I think u can just install it without need to turn back to stock 2.1.
<----------------------
So can I just unlock bootloader, flash kernal and straitaway flash minicm7
Sent from my X10mini using Tapatalk
Yes. Of Coz, im changing around all of those ROM without need to Flash our stock kernel n firmware. But u need to read about installation guide on which ROM u want to install. Make sure u used the right Kernel with the right ROM to avoid Mal function on your device. Is this help?
<---------------------------- i will be glad..
Can you please give me steps on how to install cm7
Now Iam in cm6
Which kernal should I flash
Please explain
Sent from my X10mini using XDA
Actually u can find it at the Thread from where's the ROM u downloaded.
Which CM7 u want to use? MiniCM7 ?
Okay, since u already used a custom ROM (thats mean u a rooted)
If in that thread said u need to used their custom kernel, so that mean u need to download n flash that kernel.
Your downloaded ROM should be place in your root of your sdcard. i cant be in a folder.
boot your device in recovery mod.
Usually, they told to do a full wipe(factory reset) clear dalvik catch etc.. then
after u done with that, u can now install your ROM.. after all that finish, just reboot your phone. it will take a time to reboot for the 1st time. Is this help?
<---------------------------- i will be glad..
