WHAT are you waiting for?
Warning: Xperia 2010, your bootloader will be LOCKED forever if you SIM UNLOCK.
So, did anyone tried unlocking BL with flashtool(since here it say it can unlock BL on SIM-unlocked(with omnius) phones: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254225 ) after SIM unlocking x10 mini pro?
Or tried with omnius, since it also supports unlocking BL.
My bootloader was unlocked. Unlocked simlock using omnius and reason unlocked bootloader using omnius. Seems fine
Sent from my Dell Streak using Tapatalk
s1tool says unknown certificate
tried flashtool - no go - shows "serious error"
tried omnius - no go - shows "communication error", once has come to the end, but the bootloader is still locked
it seems like bootloader is locked for good...
or am i missing something...?

If it is true, all we need is 4.0.A.2.330 firmware for FlashTool and SuperOneClick 2.1.1 by ShortFuse.
Unfortunately I have .335 and SOC doesn't work (check this post for details).
So, if you have sk17 (mini pro) with .330 firmware, please, try SOC and post the results of the test in this thread.
And, if you have 4.0.A.2.330 and SEUS says that it is the latest firmware, please share firmware files with us. They are located in /Program Files/Sony Ericsson/Update Service/db/*nine numbers*/blob_fs. We need 3 files with the names started from "FILE_": the smallest one with the size near 64 kb and two bigger files (smth about 13 MB and 110 MB).
I have firmware version 377...
So I think at least...
I did upgrades to wotanclient.
and later put it on me and wrote (seus update service sonyericsson) have new software for your phone, but when it opened in 377 wrote the logic of this software is downloaded to the file. if you want I can upload to. but will soon because I have a problem with my speed internet.
sorry my bad english!
Jinx13 unlocked my phone for me, and it seems mine is the same now, i have rooted it, and it says bootloader unlock allowed yes, not that it is actually unlocked.

I recently got a Xperia Neo. It is new and less than a month old. I have seen several websites offering unlock codes but need to know if they work or not.
I may have been a little bit foolish buying it on the "Orange UK" network, but I did see these codes being offered, so I thought I would try it
Can I unlock my Neo with a code and would anyone here be able to help me?
I am asking this because I saw on omnius that the Neo has option for testpoint unlocking and I don't want to have to tear apart my new phone to unlock.

I didn't know where to post this as there doesn't appear to be a Neo Q&A forum
-()-
you can easily unlock with code.
Thank you for the fast reply. I just wanted to check first.
Is there anyone here who can provide a code? I can pay with paypal
Thank you
only over site :/

No.
You cannot relock BT after that.

Yes. As I mentioned I have heard of omnius and testpoint unlocking, however I heard an experience from someone who got their phone unlocked by a shop from this method and even they managed to screw up the phone.
Anyway I am currently waiting for a code from Sony Ericsson, because I took it to local shop and they told me to wait also because it is such a new mobile.
Sony Ericsson codes service is down, no one can give you the unlock code for these phones, except the provider themselves.
Secondly test point will void your warranty.
Use CSCA dongle unlock and everything should be fine.

As a happy user use the x10 mini pro, my hand has been forced to upgrade to a newer phone - so the xperia mini pro is the obvious choice.
However in the UK it seems the only place still offering this phone is O2 - however I simply want to swap my existing Vodafone sim into this. (I'd be buying the phone on payg)
As I understand O2 sim locks their phones - so is there anyway, paid or otherwise, of sim-unlocking the phone?
I would only want to run "stock" but with root.

Perfect - so for 10 euro I can unlock it and just chuck my Voda sim in. :good:
That's still cheaper than buying from anywhere else/ebay already unlocked!

I think that unlock method (Test-Point method - which also unlocks the bootloader) only works until the model 12W14. This happens in the Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman (WT19i)
How to find your model

Yup - looks like the 12W29 I've received can't be unlocked by wotanserver.
Ah well - I'll just send the phone back.
If I get the operator to SIM unlock it, would that unlock the bootloader, or would it still be locked?
LG V10 TMO issue with unlock app
I have bought my LG V10 locked to T-Mobile last week from ebay and when I try to unlock it permanently through TMO unlock app it allways shows the message " Unlock Failed - Failure in Processing Request"-
I already reebooted, made hard reset 3 times but it doesn´t change.
Any ideas how to fix this?
I have upgraded to the latest Android Version.
I don´t know what can I do more.

Device can only be unlocked after it has been used on an active T-Mobile account for 40 consecutive days.
But How can it be unlocked, if there are no connection through TMO unlock app?
The app connects to a T-Mobile server to process the unlock. There is no other way to unlock the phone.
That I know. I already unlocked 3 or 4 LG V10 from TMO but the message was different when pressing Permanent Unlock. It showed Device Not eligible to Unlock. In this situation, it was easy to unlock it. But with this kind of error (Failure in Processing the request), I don´t know if it possible to unlock it... In several sites, the advice is to reboot or make hard reset and try again. I have done everything and the error message is still showing up when I choose permanent unlock.
Perhaps that one cannot be unlocked. If you search eBay for unlocks through the app, all the sellers expressly state their unlocks will not work if you receive that error message.
Hi I have a issue to help
I have permanent SIM unlocked phone .and I want to update to mm6.0

Warranty:I bought imported phone unlocked so no warranty guide me safe way to update my phone

Hello. Ive been around awhile, not new account but coudlnt get my login info right. Sorry about that. Soooooo... I purchased a Pixel 6 via Amazon listed as unlocked / renewed. I fully charged it and booted it up. Its running Android 12 currently (not 13), and its model is: GB7N6 .
After enabling developer mode, OEM Unlock is indeed greyed out and unchangeable. Isnt model GB7N6, running Android 12, specifically compatible for bootloacker unlock?
Does it say anything underneath the toggle? On my 6A it shows as "carrier locked" and wion't let me turn it on.

Underneath, it says "Connect to the internet or contact your carrier". Currently on wifi. Have not switched yet from my iphone to this one (was hoping to have it flashed with a custom rom etc beforehand)
@bleedingoutward Can you put the imei into an IMEI lookup? It might be an unlocked Verizon phone (which cannot be bootloader unlocked)?
That message will show sometimes with Verizon Pixels
Its not Verizon. Model in settings is GB7N6.
@bleedingoutward
Ok, so it's T-Mobile (which will unlock). Can you try flashing 13 with Google's online flash tool and seeing if it unlocks from there?
From my understanding, wont that make it permamantly unable to be unlocked? I thought i read that about 13
No, 13 will not do that. 13 supports unlocking on Pixels (I'm sure about it).
Still no luck
Take a screenshot of about phone and dev options please?
And can you try putting a sim in it?
