Are you holding power, camera, and reset to enter bootloader?
You said you upgraded the SPL and the Radio...but what ROM are you using? Are you still on a stock ROM?
I tried to get into bootloader with camera + power + reset button with no success. I still have the stock rom in it!!!
Did you hold then all in at the same time for 5 seconds?
Yes I did!
You could try to install a new rom when you get to the htc screen. But I doubt it installs.

The phone was rooted and installed the CWM using the below link
http://atrix4ghacks.com/atrix-4g-hacks/how-to-install-clockworkmod-recovery-on-atrix-4g/
Used the CWM to install the Custom ROM from
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1957539
When i tried installing it showed the completed message in few seconds and after the mobile restart
Here is the situation today.
-Normal boot
SVF:108:1:2
Failed to boot 3
Starting RSD mode
-Power Button + VOL DOWN
Blank Screen after a fraction of second, cannot see the exact message
-Power Button + VOL UP + VOL DOWN
SVF:108:1:2
Failed to boot 3
Starting Fastboot protocol support
-Power Button + VOL UP
SVF:108:1:2

Starting Fastboot protocol support
This phone was replaced by motorola couple of months back and came with 2.3.6 OS, so not sure if this was any different from original Atrix 4g models.
Please help me to unbrick my phone!
Looks like Bootloader is still locked
Looks like you never unlocked the bootloader before install a custom rom..
This should get you out of the woods, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1182871
Fix softbrick
unlock your bootloader (This will void your warranty for sure)
Install a recovery
then install a rom
Exactly have you unlocked the bootloader before rooting?.

[Q] Help! Brick?

I was flashing Vipers RUU to go back to S-on from Moonshine, While it was flashing my phone got disconnected from my laptop and now I have a black screen that's says htc and triangles in all 4 corners when I plug it into my laptop. Now my laptop wont recognize the phone.
when unplugged I have a white screen that says
Tampered
locked
jewel pvt ship s-off rl
hboot 2.09
RUU
Can it be saved?
Your phone isn't bricked. From the bootloader screen (the screen with the information you posted) use the volume buttons to highlight the "Reboot" option, then hit power to select and see what happens. Your other option is to run ViperRUU again from the bootloader via Fastboot USB mode.

The bootloader screen has no other options besides the RUU, I tried the power button on it (it didn't work)
How can I use fastboot USB mode if my laptop isn't recognizing the phone?

[Q] HTC Pico (Explorer) : Bootloader Unlocking problem

Hi,
I have been following the instructions from htc dev for unlocking the botloader of my HTC Explorer (Pico). However after unlocking the bootloader,
the HTC dev site and many other forums tell me that the phone will be reset to the factory condition. But my phone is just as it was before, no changes have been made, except in the menu which shows up when you hold down your power button+ volume down key, it shows the title **UNLOCKED**.
So is it really unlocked? Can I go on with completing the rooting process and installing a ROM?
Please help!
It is correct, nothing on the system will change but you now have the ability to write to the partitions containing BOOT, SYSTEM and RECOVERY.
