The link I just provided you is a sticky. Stickies are a wonderful thing. They exist at the top of each page so they don't disappear and so that you can find information, such as how to properly root the Streak, quickly.
In the future, do learn to use the search engine we have here on the site and try to find the information yourself before posting. It's a site rule. Also remember the stickies.
P.S. In case you're wondering, using a one-click root method is not the proper way to root the Streak.

I'm not sure about this particular build version, but when I had a streak on 12792, psneuter, gingerbreak etc wouldn't work. I resolved the issue by downloaded rageagainstthecage and using it in SuperOneClick. Hope this helps.

You can try running the QDL tool again...
There is a thread here in xda that guide you how to from any 2.2 froyo to 1.6 and with that is how you go to 02 2.2 all you need to do is search the general or development section, the reason no one is answering you is because almost everything you need is here, almost all the guide is here, all you need to do is search. You can go to the dell wiki section all you need to know about the streak is there., all the roms, recovery, links etc are there. And don't forget, Google is your friend.

1. That link is a sticky at the top of the General forum and is pretty damn hard to miss. The fact that you somehow missed said sticky thread shows me that you didn't bother searching at all for information that has been posted more times than I care to count.
Searching before you post is the number one rule on this site. You'll find the search button on the right side of the screen, across from the yellow "Post Reply/New Thread" button at the top of the page.
2. Something tells me you used one of the one-click rooting methods to root your Streak. Well, the one click methods aren't recommended. The recommended method is to install StreakMod Recovery then install Superuser.zip using StreakMod. The aforementioned link gives you what you need to know. So go read up.

Hi all,
I've just got a Korean android base device.
The manufacturer is: MPGIO
Model: Plan80
I've search all over google to find some info about this device - but nothing fits.
I tried to root it via superoneclick and adb cmd but the device reboots without any root.
I also tried to enter manual recovery but it doesn't work (also downloading mode).
Can you please advise how to continue from there?
Device inforamtion:
Model: plan80
Android Version: 2.2.1
Kernal: 2.6.25
