I had installed the MIUI4 rom ported for Galaxy ace and could long press on Wifi and directly go into settings.
Currently i am using a different Rom which doesnt support this feature.
Is there any hacked .apk or notification framework which i can put in this rom to get this support?
Try 14 mod toggle. You can find it in themes section.
And one more brilliant dev has ported swipe to remove notification in stock Rom ddkq8 . It comes with 14 mod toggle with it. So better flash if you using that baseband.

lol then use stock rom instead. some rom apk cannot be installed in another rom, it needs the rom framework itself to run. yes u can use an apk from samsungs default rom in another samsungs rom, but thats because its pretty much use similar framework. but cm is different story.
Transparent touchwiz launcher you find in theme and app section is working
But not dialer
Search the forun for "Touchwizzed" CM7 theme. That's the closest you can get.

hmm, i'll take a note on that,
it will not work with other ROM's because the modification files were from creed's ROM,
i'll try and get it working as soon as possible with other ROMS
Don't worry about that I went. I went back to creed ROM. But the gprs((edge) icon reverts back to stock. How to make it stick.

i have made the zip from "ultimate online kitchen"..... to make the notification bar transparent....and changed the barrey icons etc.....
i flashed the UOT everything went correct.... but NOTIFICATION BAR is not transparent..... anybody knows how to do that... on STOCK GB ROM....

Regarding UOT Kitchen questions/problems you have to ask in their official forum -> [KITCHEN][01/22] UOT Kitchen (Ultimate Online Theme Kitchen) version 4.0
They can help you with your problem if you have used their kitchen.
Also, from what i know in some roms, even custom stock roms (odexed or deodexed) transparency is not working, but to be sure you have to ask in the mentioned forum.

You need to deodexed your rom for enabling transparency.

Transparency isnt supported in 2.2 (froyo), you can manually edit the img in system.ui using gimp or photoshop

No really need of GApps.
To add more icons in bottom bar go in Apps grid , press the menu button and edit.There you can add and remove whatever you want to the bottom bar

Got stuck on loop, and had to downgrade :\
First try it stuck on Samsung logo, tryed a second time and got loop on android logo. Don't know what I did wrong.
I was really looking forward for a stable fast room, and that this would e it for Galaxy 5
