Are there anyone using location app from HTC with turn by turn navigation on there radar.
My app constantly tries to update but nothing happens it's stuck on version 1.2.0.0.

I enrolled in spotify premium to be able to use it on my cell phone. However, every time i start the app the phone freezes then the app eventually force closes. On top of that after it force closes when i press the screen off button the phone screen turns off and wont turn back on. I have to pull the battery. I wouldn't normally post an app related problem here but im thinking it may be my phone since the market reviews are good with some 3d users posting that it is working great on their phones. Anyone else having this problem? could this problem be caused by temp root?
I haven't had any issues with the Spotify app on my 3d. I am not presently temp rooted but I wouldn't see why that would matter.
This has not happened before. I'm using Pandora and it isn't affected. Also on stock ROM. Anyone experiencing similar issue? The app would come back as soon as I wake the phone.

this is getting very strange. I think the problem lies with the 4G connection. It keeps dropping off whenever I turn the screen off. The TuneIn radio app seems to go into a buffering state sporadically vs. if I keep the screen on then the problem goes away. Not sure how I can fix this problem as it only happens with TuneIn radio and not with Pandora or other radio apps.
Try going into Settings, then Power.
Ensure that "sleep mode" is off, and if your power saver mode is on, then uncheck "data connection" from that screen as well.
These options disable the data connection if the screen has been off for a while.
I solved this by performing the following steps as soon as I first powered up my phone...
Settings-apps-scroll over to the right to ALL-click on TuneIn Radio-click "disable"
Done.

Wifi works great, until the phone goes idle. An example is when i turn on Pandora, and lock my screen, 5 minutes into playing it stops. I go to check it out, wifi wasnt connected, but then immediately connects once Ive awakened it. Ive checked all my wifi settings, but nothing helps...

If your using power saver it shuts off data when asleep. Just go into power saved settings and shut that feature off.

It was a known issue for HTC One X / XL / X+, fixed in the last official update. No other custom ROM, app, anything could fix it. I sold my first unit due to that, and then purchased a X+ some time ago. Now I purchased the One, I hope this issue is addressed because it's very annoiing and I won't keep the device with it.

Turn off WiFi optimization in wifi settings
Randomly when I turn on the screen I see the GPS icon in the notification tray for half a second. Then it just goes away, and it is impossible to tell which app is using it. It does not happen all the time, but usually when I am outside or moving. It used to happen on my old Droid Charge too, but I thought that was just some incompatibility error with new apps on GB. Is this a part of Google location services?
Are you using the Samsung weather widget? I'm pretty sure that uses GPS when it updates
Google now will also use GPS to track your daily habits just turn off GPS when you don't need it

Hello guys, I have the next problem:When I use maps and click to get my location with gps off it shows a pop up message with says that I need to activate location through wi-fi (or something like this).I go to settings activate it and nothing, same error, in Google now the same error.I use greenify to greenify play services and nlpunbounced to prevent wake locks and alarms from GServices, tried to deactivate nlpunbounced and greenify but error is still there.I have no idea, help me guys!
