Could someone port the Cynogenmod 7 music player for my GingerDx.... its really cool and much faster than Google play music.....

Just download MiniCM from nAa and pull the music.apk from its system folder.
The minicm 2.2.0 is the more faster rom and the music player is one of the best

Unless im mistaken, minicm7 2.2.0 uses the stock CM7 music player... more or less.
i did that but not works.... it repeatedly force closes the app...
now what to do..? help me

I have tested the player base on the miniCM and Floyo v015, It run well on my device X8,
and much amzing,this player can play FLAC. I didn't test APE, you can try it.
just enjoy it.

That is propably modified old version of PlayerPro xD
My music player was deleted
i deleted d previous music player. But now after installing the new player im unable to play any file. A box comes up saying error in playing the file. Please help me....

I think that GingetCruzt has stock player. That one should work on GDX.

- download and install the (free) light sensor diabeler app for xperia devices so you get a brightness boost. I use it now and i think it is 3 times brighter than without

I wish those files will be included in a final ROM (I mean the new ICS Sony music player, not the old one like in beta ICS, the new keyboard, not the old one like in beta, the new icon pack and Chrome as a default browser-but I'll use Opera anyway )
