800 MHz spectrum lte - HTC EVO 3D

Just read an article that stated sprint will use that spectrum to deploy lte on. Will this help our evo 3d out or still a lack of radio

It'll allow you to make calls and use your phone like you do every day...

Yeah basically you will get better voice coverage and signal. Which also means better battery life indoors.

"our" 800 mhz radio is CDMA specific, not LTE.

Sprint isn't supposed to be deploying anything on the 800 mhz band yet anyway. That's phase 2 of network vision. They have to support the nextel network a little longer.

Isn't 1x advanced going on that band along with LTE? If so we should be able to use that for faster data too
