Can anyone make a theme which like Samsung?
There is an alternative Launcher available somewhere in the Wildfire Android Development Section, which emulates Samsung's TouchWiz. Just use the Search function and enter 'TouchWiz', you should find it without any issues.
I want the status bar also like the Samsung's one

Hi peeps, was thinking of flashing cyanogen to my s2, now its a little more stable but would like to know if I can rip the odd app from TW stock rom as an apk and install it/them on my shiny new flashed cyanogen rom.Tia

Only apps in data and some system apps but/most Samsung stuff won't work.
The one I am after is the voice widget, anybody know if this is possible?.

I have a HTC Flyer and I use a lot the HTC Notes app. I synchronize my handwriting notes to Evernote and it works perfectly. I tried using the Sansung SNote app that came in my Galaxy Note and I prefer the HTC Notes.
Is there any way to install the HTC Note in my Galaxy Note?
I downloaded an apk for the HTC Note and it didn't instal.
Please help.
It would need to be ported. What rom are you using?
I got my Note 3 or 4 months ago and haven't changed the rom yet. It's completely stock.
You can try to side load it, it may mess up your phone so do a backup.
Edit, never mind. Your stock.

Wouldn't you need the Sense 4 framework to use HTC Notes properly? I feel like it'd be similar to needing TouchWiz framework to use the S-Note app, but I could be wrong.
I current use a Galaxy Nexus with 4.2.1 and was wondering how downloaded apps might look on an One X+ with Sense on it. Meaning would the menu UI of the downloaded Google GMail app or the like, would look different on a One X+ when compared to my Nexus. I played around with a One X+ at an AT&T store and was really surprised how different the OS was compared to stock, but was not sure if downloaded apps would be effected by Sense UI or not.

If looking for same functionality, yes, apps do same - look same, only ui or framework is different
HTC Released their newest blinkfeed version, the one that can be found in sense 6, to the playstore.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.htc.launcher
But it's quite sad that the HOX+ is incompatible? Any idea how to overcome that issue and download it and use it?
Yep, this is kinda weird. Notice that HTC's app is on the play store for some time now, but only has 3 ratings? It looks like it is disabled for everyone.
You can try to get the apk from play store. Here is one tutorial how to do it.

Nah, won't work. It is the true blinkfeed but the issue is that aits designed for the 4.4 API, hence us running 4.2.2 won't allow us to use it. That's why i was able to see it on 4.4 but i cant see it now.
Is there a way to modify the APP that we can use it in 4.2 too

a german site said that right now nobody can download the app not even the htc one (2013),and they don't know when it will be ready for us

I think HTC will be smart enouigh to downgrade it themselves. You see, from my point of view, I don't really want 4.4 that much as much as i want sense 6. I can get 4.4 from AOSP easily thanks to our devs, but I want Blinkfeed launcher most importantly.
HTC released that app about 1 week ago, which is still not available to all phones yet. I think they want to make every one feel how awesome their software is, so I think they will make blinkfeed available to all androids 4.0+.
BBM did something similar, they started with 4.2.2 and above, then one by one decreased. Now its available to 2.6 androids.
I think i will just wait.
I asked them in twitter this was there response

I guess Ghand0ur is kind of right. If HTC were to update the apps in our One X+, such as the launcher, the Gallery etc., 4.2.2 wouldn't suck that much.
They even have HTC zoey and HTC TV and other apps in the playstore but you can not find them with your phone.you must search it With the pc

I succeeded to get the latest launcher working on my HOX+ with CarbonRom on (4.4). It said on the market that my phone isn't supported so I had to download the apk alone from a third party app. I succeeded to have the basic functions of the launcher. App Drawer, widgets, home screens, home wallpaper, however
1- Blinkfeed was broken, it said "No content, swipe down to refresh" and swiping from the left side of the screen gave me a sidebar with "Highlights" in it and clicking the 3 dotted button wouldn't bring anything up.
2-Also when I clicked on the "Search" button in the app drawer the launcher would just stop working.
How did you get it to work whenever i will to Start the launcher there is a message that my phone is not supported

You have to have 4.4 , so download a kitkat rom(like carbon rom or cyanogenmod) . Then search for the apk online. I think we aren't allowed to mention third party apps that get you full apps for free. So you have to search for one.
I am on carbonrom 4.4 but it still did not work

It won't work, as I said I downloaded the apk from somewhere else and only the basic functions worked. BlinkFeed did not.
Anyway once BlinkFeed will be available for us I will move straight away to 4.4 . Can't wait !!

Why not just change your device model in the build.prop to one of the ones that does support it. That should theoretically trick google into letting you download it.
