Same question here, I have read a bunch of people using it on ICS but no one have provide a clear way of achieving this.
Use Astro File Explorer on your phone and make back up of the game (menu button > Tools > Application Backup). Back ups are stored in your Micro SD card under Backups folder. Send MC3 apk via gmail or copy and transfer over to Prime and install. Prime should be able to open it and allow it to download data.
Thats it. Enjoy one of the best game gameloft every produced on a bigger screen.

This is interesting cause thats how I got it to work before it was available on the prime. It was version 1.1.0 on my HTC Evo 3d. Installed the apk over to prime and it worked fine. This is all over the game thread.
EDIT: Here is the post from a while back how we all got it to work. See my post #156. Next pages also confirmed theyve done the same and it work. Later on 1.1.0 became available on the Prime and now its up to 1.1.1.

I get it to work with the v1.1.1 but if you close it and open it again won't work. You need to clear cache and delete data... with the modified version it works fine. Hope Gameloft fix this soon.
Also just thought about it. 1.1.1 is already available on the Prime. You should be able to download directly. This is an image of my market when I search for modern combat. Im running the latest ICS .21 and I've had mc3 since ICS v.15

I tried this with the virtuous rom and could'nt get it to work. God thing I backed up my original SystemUI.apk. Idk if I did something wrong but I have tried the serenity theme and that also does not work with this rom but I had serenity working fine with the stock rom.

I'm a derp - Virtuous is deodexed, my file system is odexed. Give me like 15 minutes to make one that'll work with deodexed roms.

Just root.
I'm going to try to make it only require root for as long is it is convenient. Once it gets to replacing, say, 3+ separate things I'll make it require CWM.

Thanks for this mod. Finally I got read of purple and Asus navigation button!!
It would be fantastic to have the icons replaced to match ICS in the quick settings menu (Settings, Wifi, BT, Sync.....) like Serenity, that is a NOGO for me as it require to be installed via recovery.
The apk method is indeed much appreciated as I do not want to unlock my Prime and loose warranty of a not so reliable device!!

I just updated to 9.4.2.21 and I miss the default icons and the black quicksettings panel. Attached is the new SystemUI.apk if it strikes you to update it . I noticed there may be 2 quicksettings panels to change to black (there is a simplified version accessed from the lock screen which does not show the setting toggles nor brightness slider).
I hope you fix this up again so that it works with the .21 update. I really liked this little mod and miss not having it.

that's the reason. the market sees your prime as something else. I'm in the us on stock rom and this game is available for me in play store.

Sip of a fresh air after all those xxx-defense like games.
I'm in AU btw, rooted Prime - had to problems buying the game.
I'm stuck in that boiler room. where the claw picks up the stuff and dumps it it the big oven. you have to flip the switches so claw can pick you up. but I can never make it in time..lol. I also got some tool from in there but can't find out where to use it.
this game has really good visuals and love the soundtrack.

I modified my EOS cornerstone #9 build prop to be able to buy it.
Does anyone else have the issue of the bottom status bar being moved to portrait mode while playing this game?
Works fine for me. I have it on my Prime and my One X. This is my sort of game. Love the puzzles and the graphics are pretty cool too. Only works with 720P+ HD devices...
Is this normal? My status bar is on the side. Sorry couldnt get the pic to load in landscape.

When I was running AOKP it said it wasn't compatible as did a lot of other apps. Almost every other ROM I've tried doesn't have this problem.

I can't get the app to open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but with no luck.
When I click the app the screen goes dark and the status bar goes to the side but then the app closes and I'm back to my home screen.
I am running the latest virtuous rom and haven't had any problems like this before. I really want this get to work as it seems to be a very well developed game. Any ideas?

It does that on my Prime too. I don't mind though.

I'm on cornerstone build 9 and it also does that... even turning off auto rotate doesn't fix it.

You'll probably want to change the ro.product.* values in your AOKP build.prop so that google sees your tablet as a "Transformer Prime TF201".
You might have to clear data and cache and resync your tablet with google again.
Either change/mod the build.prop or flash stock rom and purchase/backup via titanium and restore nandroid then restore game.
So if you haven't heard the new Mass Effect game came out for Android today. The only issue is whether we can play it on the GNote, or whether specific roms work. It won't let me download it from the Play Store with AOKP Rom and it won't let me install the APK fom my sd card.

How did you get it to work? I'm running the leaked UCLE2 rooted but with the unsecure kernel and it shows not compatible. Did you have to edit the build.prop?

Ok so yah i downloaded the game to my prime and pulled the apk and installed it just fine on my note. Game starts but it's stock on the EA screen. I tried loading with CF3D w/ NVIDIA plugin and still no luck. I'll keep trying for other ways.
Edit: Nevermind, finally got it to work. Just cleared cache & dalvik, fix permissions, reboot...and it works. Now downloading files.
Good I never ran into one problem not sure why they are not saying its compatible when it works great! beefed up dead space with sweet fun play even though you click on enemy then he shoots but it in my mind makes it easier to do magic.

Just installed it on Team Perfections UCLE2 Objection rom and its coming up with a not authoried for use on my android device error message.
Deleted was not aware of that rule i did not keep the app just letting people know who are not compatible.

I figured it out how to install on all note roms!!! Verified on AOKP and Objection Roms.
First, download the apk and sd files from the web....I will not post it for good reasons.
-Using Root Explorer place the apk in: (make sure to check mount/IO to mount/OI or something to allow you to place it)
/systems/app
-Tap on it to install > Exit.
-Place the sd file folder in:
/Internal SD Card/android/data/
-Delete file "dynamic_text.prefabs.sb" located in:
/Internal SD Card/android/data/com.ea.games.meinfiltrator_row/published/data
-Go to home > menu > settings > applications > manage applications > All > Select game: Clear Data/Force Close
Launch Game..... Hurray!
(If it doesn't work, Boot to CWR and clear cache/dalvik/fix permissions, go back in to system/apps and re-nstall app and try to open it again.
Or just move an apk from the device YOU BOUGHT MSI from easy and no move SD card files u don't need to do that keep it simple ;-)

that's weird because on. 21 update I left the wpa supplicant file in there and it updated fine.
I think its more of a server issue on Asus side. try again after the hype dies down from everyone trying to download it at once.

its correct. I had that exact same one from when I was on. 21. I always wondered what those extra things were after the numbers.
If u ever did anything to ur build.prop even if u edited it back to look exactly like stock it will fail. U will need an original build.prop file from somewhere/someone.

I think the modded build.prop added extra stuff to GPS version then. I wondered about that also when I saw it on mines. but I was still able to update just fine and not fail. update just erased everything and inserted the new firmware build.prop.

All I did was add .bak to the original build.prop and left it there. Thought that would be okay. Today I deleted the mod and renamed the original by removing the .bak. Guess that's not the way to do it.
Same issue here, only modded the build.prop, updated failed then reverted back to the original one, cold rebooted but still can't get the update available again
I believe Asus server logged our SN once downloaded the firmware, which makes the update no longer available to us...

that's the correct way to do it. just make sure permissions of OG file are set correctly. sometimes renaming or moving them changes permissions.

this proves its not build.prop file. factory reset clears everything and puts it back to like it was out the box or last update. its Asus servers. just wait an hour or so at least to try again.
I guess that gives me time to revert to .15 and get root back...

Does HBO go, netflix, and DirecTV app work on this JB ROM, or does it have the same DRM issues as the others? Also what bout flash?

Flash is not supported at all past ICS. Adobe is ending the mobile support

I know, but can you restore flash from, say, a Titanium backup and have it work like in the CM Roms? And what about the video streaming apps I mentioned? Do you know?

I haven't tried them yet and am about to reflash it...something screwey with the last one I did. Has residuals of previous Rom which is weird Cruz did full wipe. I've used the ice mod ROMs for a while tho. Seems once I get one of theirs I stop flashing all together unless they update

Thanks for info. I'm running androwook minimum with all the extra tweaks and the motley 2 kernel and it has completely "transformed" this tablet from a chore to use to a smooth experience full of joy. I will most likely do a twrp backup of my current rom and try this out for fun, but if the streaming apps don't yet work I will have to stick with wook.

Yeah, Netflix must use some different format because it was the only one that worked in CM 10 too.
That's the only TV app I use. I just go to the sites like ABC.com or whatever from the browser to catch up on shows. Not a big TV fan.

I installed ES File Explorer and could see the microSD and SDHC in the keyboard (at the same time). They are mounted under /storage/sdcardN where N is 0-2. There's no popup notification like the stock rom though.
You can just download flash and install it
