Help!!! Boot loop problem - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a samsung galaxy s2 which was running a custom rom when randomly it froze. So i restarted the phone and i was stuck with my boot animation finishing and then nothing else happening. I have read some threads about boot loop on galaxy s2 but in the threads you have to boot into recovery and wipe user data. I can't boot into recovery only into download mode. So should i flash stock LPQ with odin and then do a factory reset?

nevermind i found i way to fix it.

boot loop problem

Hi Guys
I flashed villain Rom 1.1 and then tried to flash back the official XWKE7 but the phone got stuck into an infinte boot loop
if i flash back villain rom the phone boots normally but any other ROM will cause the boot loop
I noticed that whenever i flash a ROM, the phone shows at startup that it cannot access system
Any ideas of how to solve this issue. Thanks

Yes, wipe the data partition from recovery, then turn off phone and enter odin
Check the red text in the rom post

Help with upgrading firmware through odin. Phone stuck on boot animation

Hi all,
I am trying to update my phone to a new firmware using odin. I am following the instructions in this thread. However after odin has done its thing, it displays "PASS!", my phone reboots but then hangs on the boot animation. I have left it for about 20 mins and tried reflashing the rom with no luck.
I have also tried another firmware, but its gets stuck in a half bootloop (repeating the boot animation)
Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can fix it?
Thanks
Aaron
Boot to recovery and wipe cache see if that works, if it still bootloops you'll need to boot to recovery and do a factory reset.
I booted into recovery and wiped everything, and it works now.
Thanks

Sounds like a nand memory issue if you've already flashed stock, partition corrupt or emmc damaged.

[Q] Phone won't boot

Hi guys, I have a stock standard S3 that will not boot past the Samsung splash screen. I have removed the battery but no luck. Any ideas on what I can do to get it to boot? I have not rooted, installed custom ROM, nothing.
Try going into recovery mode and wiping cache then reboot. If that doesn't work go into recovery and factory reset (but you will lose your data if you do that).

Galaxy S7 stuck on bootlogo even after flashing new firmware from Odin

Hello... so ugh I have a rather problematic S7 (SM-G930F) that would automatically go to recovery and not boot to Android. I figured I could fix that if I re-flashed firmware but it turns out that wasn't the case
After Odin reported a successful flash it booted to recovery again instead of trying to boot into Android, recovery mode also displayed some sort of verification errors?
Here is a picture of the recovery mode, other than that i don't have any other clues as to what maybe wrong

Do a factory reset in the recovery menu.

Doing a factory reset does not belp. Nor does flashing a brand new stock ROM which is rather bizarre
