Hey Ace-Community!
I just search on xda but found nothing related to that ,what a pity :s
So i'm asking you guys, do you know how the click sound (when you click on a menu or button) is called? Because when i try to listen to all the oggs in the system/media/ui i didn't here a sound ... i can only here the camera click file.
SO it would be nice if someone could help me.
they are in media ui
i think it was called tick.ogg
G.ace
G.gio
System/media/audio/ui/effect_tick.ogg

Quite honestly, I loved stock dialler of Samsung. I was missing it for 2 days when I flashed CM7 by grif_07 for the first time! After exploring what CM was capable of, I agreed to compromise.

Mostly, I liked the swipe (from left-to-right) to call and Right to left for SMS. I installed plenty of Dialler Apps from market. None was such a smooth.

can someone help me locate these 2 sound files on 4.2.2
the flare sound when you press on the screen
and the flare sound when you unlock the screen
i want to replace them with another sound but can't seem to find them
I think they may be built into the rom, so they may be in the /system/media folder.

Samsung forgot to add the flare sound media. You can use any of your own .ogg media and rename it to lens_flare_lock.ogg
Then push it system/media/audio/ui. It will automatic use this sound when you choose flare effect lockscreen. Hope this help.

I see. The sound you looking for is located in framework-res.apk - raw folder. You will find the media there easily as the name of the .ogg pretty much explain itself.
