Why is the World Against me? - HTC Amaze 4G

Ive been dying to get ICS on my phone and it feels as though the "world" doesnt want me to successfully do it
im S-OFF, bootloader unlocked, on T-mobile
The AIO Kit doesnt work for me (I click buttons and nothing EVER happens, tried using 3 PC's) yes i have HTC drivers on all pc's
everytime download an ICS Rom , i try opening it and it says "Corrupted" (tried downloading it on 3 Pc's also)
everywhere i go i see different ways of doing it, some simple "rename to XXX then put on root of your SD card etc"
and hasoon just made a post on doing it and its like freakin 10 pages long O_O (i know a little exaggerated, but still)
for hasoons way hes using his tool a lot. and his tool doesnt work for me, and the other way, renaming the file and letting hboot do all the work, sounds kinna risky because my file seems to be corrupted no matter where i download it from
I been Reading around for hours now and i feel like just giving up
any help would be appreciated

Why did you unlock your bootloader when u were s=off?

If you give up the phone wins, ive spend weeks on 2 hours a sleep a night messing with my amaze and other androids.
I wanted to give up but, the voice in my head knew I was possible and I eventually found it.
Don't give up, just think if someone else can do it with the exact same. Resources why can't you

Why do you need AIO Tool to flash ICS? Just find a good dl link and flash it. Also you should try dl'ing it from your phone. That's how I did it and it worked fine.

every download link to the ICS leak seems to be corrupt (when i try opening it), download tons of times on different PC's and its always corrupt?
my phone was s-on and bootloader unlocked, all i did was S-off it, im guessing it kept the bootloader unlocked?
unfortunately i have to go to bed now, getting only 3 hours of sleep with a 14 hour shift in a few hours
ill try tomorrow and update my failures to this post

bro, you dont need a toolkit to flash ics...
1. download the ruu provided the gentlemen above
2. make sure said ruu is named PH85IMG.zip and on the root of your ext sd card
3. turn off phone
4. hold down volume - and power at the same time until bootloader appears
5. bootloader will flash ics
6. yay!

Downloading and going to try to flash at work, I have a tablet so I can pop my sd card in there to delete files if anything
LOCKED or unlocked bootloader, hboot will still automatically update to ics because the other RUU is in the root.. Or that doesn't matter?

if youre s-off it doesnt matter whether its locked or unlocked, thats the whole point of s-off

I know Mikes ROM, you have to flash firmware ph85img.zip in bootloader, than flash ROM... Haven't tried NRGZ yet

I'm tempted to flash NRGS Rom >.< the ics leak is awesome. But sense 3.6 is pretty laggy and choppy when scrolling through home screens

Since you got the leak to install, you can install NRGZ rom directly now without having to install the PH85IMG file he included with it. I installed it directly over the leak (only wiped cache and dalvik cache), and it works splendidly.
