AOSP and MIUI would be welcome.
Not really, Going to wait for the real deal, all these "like ASOP" and "like MIUI" "roms" are nothing more then themes that break something that's tied to sense, or only look like what they are suppsoed to on the home screen, everything else just looks the same. Swapping some .apks around doesn't make this a rom and isn't really development, it's theming. No offense.

Yesterday I was searching Google for different skins for Sense 3.6 for the Rezound and came accross these skins http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1558736 for the Sensation by Team Elegancia that are absolutely amazing. I sent the dev (SeriouslyCrazy) a pm asking if he would be willing to port these over to the Rezound. He replied that he was unable to do it due to his busy life schedule (which is totally respectable), but he didn't mind if one of the themers that work on the Rezound would do it as long as credit was given to him and his team.
So, my question is, would any of the themers here be willing to take on this task? I know it's a bit of a task and I would be willing to donate what I can. But I'm sure many of the Rezound owners would love these skins as well!!!
I know there are some awesome devs for our device with awesome themes and skins, but I figure the more options we have, the better.

This has NEVER been done for a phone yet, so here we go
we all come together and make one HUGE rom, with tweaks themes and everything you could think of together.
Everyone could be apart of making it, and we could use the devs/themers/scripter/helpers here and make this happen.
no reason to not make somthing huge jammed with features.

Seriously though, I still want to see some ability to change the haptic feedback. I can't remember what rom it was but it was one of the first I put on the phone, it had an option to adjust the feedback on all things vibratory. So that's what I'd want to see.
I'm not a dev but there has to be something I can help

I would like to see sports star, Craig, silent, heyjoe, the intelligent, rms, apaquette a part of this project and working together to try to bring sense 4, miui, cm9 and other awesome roms. Something different than what we already have. I know you guys can do it.
Bc of the developers we have now working together it feels like it brings unity in the amaze community. I like this. Proud to be an amaze owner!

I've been reading through the general forum, I was actually heading to the market place, lol. I came across the number one topic which was the "How to apply for Recognized Contributor" status, So had a look see, and I gotta say, I've seen no recognized contributors in our forum (odd right?). Now I was gonna do some recommendations of a few people that deserve the status, imo, but apparently the individual has to agree to want the status, so do you think there's a few members here that deserve the status? From the requirements and what not, IMO, the following deserve the status:

I like sense as well, so don't get all mushy in here, lol.
But vanilla is pretty sweet as well, but the option to have both is even sweeter .
Looking forward to seeing the screens then soon enough the rom ziggy.

If there are any Dev's that can take over for the others that left us hanging, that would be great. The Rezound is a great phone and is only a year old, please help the others that have no idea how to do what you do. The sense 4.0 rom's are awesome and darn near perfect. It has been over a month sense we have had an update to either "Venasaur v.3.2.0" or "RezROM S4 v2.5". Now they say that life has gotten in the way, however they have promised many of us an update to fix the "Bugs", and we are still waiting. Now Newt has produced an update of " Newts OnE XxX RLS 3 (Sense 4 ICS 4.0.3) 6/14/2012" and it has all the fix's of what JoelZ9614 said he would update to, for the most part. If you want a solid sense 4.0 rom, than "Newts OnE XxX RLS 3 (Sense 4 ICS 4.0.3) 6/14/2012" is the way to go, other wise stop complaining about when an update will be coming here.

I know that feel Bro. It's pretty frustrating but the best thing to do next time is when someone says something like "If you guys buy me a phone I'll develop for it", move the mouse away from the donate button. That way there is no expectations and no possibility of disappointment.
If you run a ROM that makes your phone more fun for you, donate a few bucks for what was done already versus what will be done in the future.

Con is correct it is just a themed version of NeWts ROM..

To expanded on that I was asked by some nice members to add my blue theme to NeWts XxX RLS 3.2.1 ROM, so I did. I didn't do it for my own profit as a matter of fact I don't even use it. I did it because I was asked to. I never asked for donations or said I would do it if I was paid. I did it for FREE because I was asked too. Seems like some people just don't appreciate that anymore.

with the FINALLY released source does that mean we have a good shot at true aosp(cm9/10, etc etc etc)? i know its been elsewhere(question that is) and as some of you know Ive been very sick over the past few months. For those I havent told its cancer...Im gonna beat it though. but please dont beat me down for this as i know I am a senior member and the less stress the better.

I'm never going back to amaze. Gave it to my nephew... but I like a lot of the members here so I lurk and chime in here and there. I'm still here... my one s is running cm9 as my daily driver and we just got a jellybean port from nexus 7 so I'll be OK there
@ hasoon I did not use the toolkit... I for some reason find it very simple to root since its the identical process with the amaze. I unlocked and rooted using fastboot... makes me feel like I know something about what I'm doing lol

Maybe you should think about selling it again then maybe CM9/10 or AOSP will be fully functioning.
