MIRACLE V4 Setting only applied after next reboot ?

Today I installed the CyanogenMod7.2 RC1 by vo-1 MIRACLE Edition V4 by following the guide in the DEV forum.
It seems that all setting I do in the settings menu are only applied after next reboot.
I.e. I turned off haptical feedback by unticking that option in the settings. After leaving and reentering the settings screen the option is still ticked and haptical feedback is still active. Only after next reboot it seem that the wanted settings are applied.
This applies to the normal settings as well as for the CM settings (in example when changing the layout in the status bar).
Does anyone know how to solved this issue ?
I've got no problems.
Did you wipe data etc before flashing? Because the author said, that you have to do this...
Yes I did a wipe as described in the install guide:
1. Βοοt into CWM5 Recovery
2. wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache/dalvik
3. format cache/data/system/sd-ext
4. flash MIRACLE V4.zip
5. reboot
6. almost done!
7. Finalize GPS configuration by following TURORIAL 6 or 7 - 2nd post.
8. Now it's done...enjoy!
I really like this ROM but this limitation is really anoying for me.
After reflashing the complete ROM again over my first install the problem is gone.

[Q] [MOD][ICS] Xperia V Camera Mod 5.1.1 Cyber-shot™

I do not understand why the mod did not work. Upload all according to these instructions:
JUST APPLY VIA CWM, DO NOT FORGET BEFORE INSTALLING, PLEASE WIPE CACHE PARTISION, DALVIK WIPE CACHE, REBOOT & ENJOY ...!
AFTER INSTALLING YOU MUST CLEAR DATA Cyber-shot ™ & STOP IN FORCE Setting> Apps> All
but after flashing when I go to settings, applications, all I have is there or force stop cybershot;/ / and on top of my application disappears and the camera stops working ...
Try flashting Stock FTF and then, folow up with the rom of your choice to get Normal Camera functioning again
Im not sure if this is the solution, but I remember reading somewhere that installing 4.7 Cybershot first and then following up with 5.1.1 worked for everyone
Again, not sure, so if anyone else has a better idea, try that first
Hope it helps
Cheers
(And yeah, Welcome to Xperia NXT Forums )
Try Xperia v camera mod it is the same but without bugs
Odp: [Q] [MOD][ICS] Xperia V Camera Mod 5.1.1 Cyber-shot™
Hmmm, First install 4.7.2, boot phone to launcher. Then reboot to CWM,.install 5.1.1 wipe cache.and dalvik cache and boot. Then clear data in Cyber-Shot. For me this works.

[Q] Fast Reboot and Restart System UI

In ROM Toolbox and other tools, the Reboot widget has the options Fast Reboot and Restart System UI among the others I already know.. What exactly do these 2 options do? I've read some explanations about resetting all processes, but they're pretty old posts (2010-2012). Are they necessary on a modern phone?
Fast reboot is quick reboot, and also known as soft reboot.
Restart system Ui restarts your phones system ui if you have changed your system ui, then you have to RESTART SYSTEM UI to apply changes.

TWRP Wipe > Advanced Wide then Select Cache and Dalvik.
I would not recommend installing that mod as it will have a detrimental effect on battery and is mostly full of placebo, useless build.prop tweaks which I explained in a different thread (might have to search to find the post).
