Yeah I don't know about this. This dude does not post any description of the ROM or which carrier it is for. I was born at night but not last night. I'm not putting this on my phone and I find the OP's vague responses questionable.

It's been around for a week... but it's reported to overheat excessively the CPU that's why intratech never published it
Search for it on intratech's thread and there's a thread in general forum too
Edit: intratech comment on this was: this firmware doesn't like Democratic phones

Awesome, it has speed like fa10. The lockscreen looks cooler, more like ics. Browser is fast and everything runs smoothly. Thanks. I wouldn't suggest flashing it to a fascinate though.I own a generic showcase from ntelos.

TBH , wondering abt the same meself coz typically the Tar files that we ODIN on our fascinates have the following contents ( as are shown in the attachment Jpeg.

Well I decided to be brave and flash it. Phone didn't burst into flames. Its interesting. Boots up and works fine so far. Flashes a new modem too. Have 3g but says digital roaming in the statusbar. So for anyone who was nervous to flash it, it will not brick your phone no worries

If it says Digital Roaming that means it's definitely either a Mesmerize or Showcase leak.

It would be the Showcase. I hadn't ever heard of ACG until now so I looked it up. They must be who local CDMA carriers get their non-branded phones through. That explains why our local ACG cellular company called NexTech Wireless has the same phone lineup as C-Spire, United Wireless, etc.

How's Google Maps work with it? Hopefully this is out there to have the updated kernel to fix the lockup issues that was plaguing EH09 and EI20.

Well I tried to flash back to a different rom and no matter what I do whether I go back to stock flash a different modem, flash aosp or tw rom. My 3g is now cutting in and out. So I wouldn't suggest flashing this afterall. I tried updating roaming already and still didnt work so now trying to figure out how to fix this. Stupid me
You probably borked the way the phone connects to the verizon towers by flashing a rom from a different carrier.
Try an ESN swap, you can do this online if you have a spare phone, you can do it on the verizon website. Basically what it is, you transfer your line to the spare phone, let it sit for like 5 minutes then transfer the line back to your fascinate.
If you dont have a spare phone, then you can call Verizon, tell them your 3g keeps dropping and ask to talk to techincal support level 2, they can perform the ESN swap for you. This will fix your 3g cutting in and out.
Google ESN swap if you need for info, is not that big of a deal. Hit my thanks if this helps you.

For those of you who flashed this and broke 3G, I had the same problem. Odin to EH03, factory reset, MTD or RFS roms, nothing would fix it. I called Verizon and explained the problem to technical support, and the guy on the other end after trying basic troubleshooting ended up fixing it. When I asked him what exactly he did, he explained that he "reset" my profile with them, and the problem was solved. Just figured I'd throw it out there since I went without 3G for a day, which sucked to say the least.

(we appreciate you posting them but if it isn't for our device then it will just mess things up.)

It's for the generic showcase hence the acg branding (ntelos,alltell..and other regional carriers). It's still a showcase...don't see a reason to discriminate. Although proper warning should be posted in the op. I'm on ntelos running the cspire version of aokp, all I had to do was make a few edits.

Well the screen grab had 5/21 as the beginning of the PUSH date, which means depending on how many phones there servers can handle at the time they would begin sending the OTA out, checking for update on your phone is PULL which is dated 5/23 11:59PM so until the 24th comes you can't call them on being bogus dates.

Indeed. I don't know why they all just don't have threads here with the patch. Generally someone from our forums has to go through, find one they want to try, get it running, and either port it over, or post thread with patch & instructions.
I rarely browse other variants' forums, as I imagine most don't, so we miss out on some ROMs for awhile. Eventually, though, they generally make their way here, or devs try to write a VZW specific without the actual device, which is very commendable.

I.... Personally..... Haven't had much luck with any int roms. Bad battery..... Hiccups.... Just my personal experience.

Would love to have a int rom for our verizon note2, maybe soon we will have one of these great devs to build us one, thanks for all you devs do, im glad and enjoy what you do,.
No int roms work woithout an official complete port they are gsm and will not run on cdma abd will not get aby mobilec data I did plenty v of testing on this and had a thread a while back about it

I also sugest against that I posted a thread a while ago about how to do it and what roms would and would not work with his patch gave credit to him for all the work and he reported and got my thread removed for saposedly stealing his work just saying be careful if you decide to post anything that deals witht that patch

The patch he made is just stock files in a zip..There is no custom code or anything of sorts ....so its acually samsungs and verizons work ...and the files are in any stock ROM to be pulled out of so how can you steal something that is already implemented into your phones ROM.Scott threw it together and just figured out what stock files were needed were from our rom to make the international work..also ther are other patches floating around.But credit for scott for putting it together. Nobody is trying to take credit for putting the patch together. We just wanna see what other n7105 ROMs work with it. NO need for someone to cry and shutdown a thread that will help out the community.

Yes but does everything work like non third party apps such as stock mms sms and also 4glte

Perhaps I don't understand something - but why would anyone want to bother doing this? Why not use whatever ROM you got and just add the APN's ??? Obviously you need a hack or ROM that lets you add the APN's - but once you've done that, what's the point of putting some other ROM on the phone?
Because there are files in the patch that control the backend of our connection. Sometimes you can do what you mention, but it causes errors on Verizon's end. Too many people do this, and Verizon will lock the phone up tight. I like my modded phone, don't you?

that still makes no sense. if you're not connecting to vzw to begin with then how is this going to generate some sort connection error on their end? there would be no connection thus nothing to error. if you were outside the usa it would not even be possible even if you had the vzw apns ..no towers no connection no connection errors. ....obviously you have to do it right with all the apns but I still dont understand how there could be some error caused on the backend.

The path does nothing to the all it deos is change the build.prop file which kinda sucks because it will be replaced woth a stock build wich disables any tweaks that were added in the build prop the best way to make it work is modife the build.prop yourself get notpad++ extract his patch and the rom u want to use compare and change what need to be I cant remember what lines its between but you will notice because it all say vzw stuff such as

I've tried a whole lot of different roms. So far I haven't had issues with t moroms and international roms.
But on the service side I haven't had any except for the vzw roms actually have working data. Sometimes I could get some slow service but I think the problem lies in our phones having the cdma radios in them. I'm pretty sure there's not really any difference in the hardware.
But I don't know how you could get around it.if you want lte your going to need a rom that someone smarter than me built to work with the network we are on.
There work. But not exactly right . some won't work at all. At&t ones act the craziest. I have a bunch ask me to insert my sim card.
I'm running an international one right now. No lte so far.
